Very fast tour without...

Very fast tour without and opportunity to stop for buying some souvenirs from Toledo and Segovia, also neither sufficient time for lunch, to much people in the areas. The price we pay it not what we think we get in these tour. Both Julià and Beatriz are very experienced about the areas. You should evaluate because as I said we paid a lot money for that experience. You have to consider that the people who get these tour are from different nationalities, and also the group was about 45 people, consider make a group about 20 or 25 so they have plenty of time, and more easy to visit the areas.

Not a “full day” tour - pay attention to top part of itinerary

The guide, tour, and transportation were great, however this being advertised as a full day tour, which I believe is misleading as it wasn’t clearly mentioned in the description and barely mentioned in the itinerary that the mobile site hides and as such easily missed, see other reviews in this. This is a half day tour to Toledo, back to Madrid, then ride Segovia. We arrived back at their office in Madrid later than anticipated, with barely 30 minutes to walk somewhere to eat and before being due for check in for the second half, which means running to the office, running back to the under underground parking to hop on over to another bus with another guide. Too stressful. Recommending with caveats.

Worth visiting

Both cities, Toledo and Segovia, are worth visiting. The tour is a little hectic, will all the things they try to put in there, but it is worth it. Our Segovia tour with Mariana is more memorable. She is very knowledgeable of the history of Segovia. We totally enjoyed her tour.

Marciano and Julia were amazing!!! We did the Toledo and Segovia day trip …truthfully it was a lot of walking -but didn’t feel like it because of strategically placed breaks in between. I traveled with my senior citizen parents and 2 young kids -we all had a great time ! 🥰

This was not a 'full day' tour, instead it's 2 'half day' tours, which I only found out after I check in fir the 1st tour. So 1st tour goes to Toledo, and you go back to Madrid, and have about 1 hour for lunch on your own, then you go back for the Sergovia tour. Both tours ended up being dual language tours, so the tour guides spoke both Spanish and English during the tours and it seems to me the majority of the both tours are Spanish speaking. None of the above are problems to me. In terms of the dual language tours, as long as the guides are fluent in the languages. Toledo tour.... Our guide Nacho from the very first interaction was rude and unfriendly. His English has a very strong accent, so when he started speak English, right after he finished with Spanish, it would sound like he was still speaking Spanish! By the time I realized he's speaking English and adjusting to his accent, he's either done talking, or switched back to Spanish!! So I didn't get much out of his talking. Also, he was talking more in Spanish compare to English. I would give Nacho 0 out 5. Sergovia tour..... Our guide, Christina, was a 180° change from Nacho. She was professional and friendly. Her English is very good, you can easily hear the distinction between the language change. What a relief!! I understood everything she said. It rained a lot during earlier part of the tour and a few people wanted to go back, but she handled the situation very well. I would give her 5 out of 5.

Good tour for those with limited time

We did a full day Viator tour of Toledo and Segovia. It ended up turning into 2 half day tours with the central meeting point being the tour agency. The buses were clean and comfortable. Clara was our tour guide for the Toledo part an excellent guide from boarding the bus, talking up through our itinerary, pointing out info during the journey etc. Her English was perfect.
