Wonderful day trip to Toledo, Spain. Rodrigo was excellent at explaining the highlights of the 3 different places we visited synagogue, the Greco painting and resting place, and the cathedral. I wish the group would have been smaller and for the guide to hold up a flag as he lead the group. It was difficult at times to spot him. The headset reception was spotted. I did appreciate that we had 2 free hours to eat and shop! That was a plus!

I liked the idea of a day trip to Toledo but I think it was lacking substance. Also the fact that there is a "with tickets" or "without tickets" option is somewhat misleading: nearly everyone buys "with tickets", so if you don't it just means you're standing around waiting for everyone else to do the ticketed thing - or you buy your own ticket but then you are not permitted to join the group and follow along. It would be better to only offer "with tickets" if that's what most people opt for.

Had a great day walking through Segovia and visiting the Cathedral, Jewish Quarter and Synagogue. Our guide was super energetic and knowledgeable (although she spoke quickly so sometimes was hard to understand). Wish we had had more free time to explore such a cute town.

There are no public bathrooms in Toledo. The tour was in both Spanish and English, not just English. There is free time for lunch. Our tour guide was excellent and answered all of our questions.

This tour packs a lot in! Our guide Arantxa did a great job – in three languages! Only quibble: Given the very limited time available for lunch, it would have been helpful to be pointed toward a few good options. Our choice turned out to be fast enough, but mediocre.

A great overview of Toledo. Comfortable bus, Christian an excellent driver. Beatrice our guide was born in Toledo. She loved the town, had a great sense of humour and loved hearing about our lives on the drive back.
The tour can easily be done by buying admission at the venue. Senior discounts are offered so a much cheaper option than booking the full package.

Lot of walking, some uphill. Fascinating city, old architecture, many shops. Guide uses radio with earphones which works well as she describes history.

We had a great experience, bus and activities were very punctual. This is definitely a walking tour, so be prepared to walk up hills and on cobble streets. Our tour guide Arantxa was very well informed and spoke 5 languages. Wonderful overall.

Our guide Rafa (Rafael) was very knowledgeable, he was respectful to make sure he took the time to repeat everything in English and Spanish for those who needed it. The tour was not rushed, Rafael allowed everyone time to take photos and to appreciate the sites. Our driver for the day was Luis Miguel. Both our guide & driver were professional, respectful, and pleasant.
The tour itself gave you a delightful overview of Toledo. I would recommend this tour.

Driving around the city was nice. Beautiful! Wish the tour guide spoke more English. She would say a lot in Spanish and then just a few words in English. Don’t think she translated what she said in English.
I paid 32 Euros online. When I got there, I had to pay another $35 Euros to the tour company to go into the Cathedral. Thought I might learn something, but the tour guide did not speak a lot of English. Bummer!

As you say, you paid 32 euros online for the basic full day tour of Toledo, that included the bus ride with an official guide, from Madrid to Toledo, and back to Madrid, a panoramic tour of the city with a stop for pictures, and an hour and a half walking tour in Toledo. The remaining part of the day you had in your program free time on your own. However, you decided to extend your tour by paying 35 euros extra, to stay with the guide and the group the whole day, doing the monumental tour, visiting not only the Cathedral, but two more monuments.
Our tours are very informative, and the same information is provided in both languages, although sometimes more words are needed in Spanish to say the same thing in English.
We agree with you that the city is beautiful.

This tour is more like a bus ride to Toledo with the whole day on your own. When we showed up, we were told that we have to pay 35 euros per person in order to participate in the guided tour. The cost of the admissions is 20 euros and 15 for the guide. Other people on the bus had an all inclusive ticket/different product. When we said we did not want to pay extra, the guide said our tour would be walking through the city, which ended up being 10 minutes of the guide’s time (from the main square to the cathedral) and she told us our time is up and we can go on our own from that point.
I had been to a guided tour of Toledo previously without entering the cathedral or other monuments and it was fantastic. This tour is not so. I do not recommend this tour if you are to learn anything about the city. It is better to go on your own and do a free guided tour there.

Dear Client, regardless of whether the visit lasted as long as contracted, you cannot make a visit by bus if you pay as a tourist. As you say, there were other clients who paid more on the same route, you were offered to pay like them, but you decided not to. As you could see, just like a plane at different types of fares, you paid the cheapest one, and the contracted services were offered to you. We are thinking about eliminating this option because we have been able to verify that the clients who pay the least are the most demanding. And this cannot be so.

The tour was well organized. We were glad we chose this tour, instead of exploring Toledo on our own which would have been confusing given its hills and winding medieval streets. Our guide was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great tour, really helpful guide. We opted for the walking tour with no add ons. The add ons were going to be €35 but if you paid for them separately it was €20.

Well organized and executed tour of the fantastic Toledo. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept the tour group safe (with an eye out for pickpockets) and engaged. Stay close to the guide since the the radio audio system has really limited range. Overall, a great experience and remarkable city!

Tour Operator w/o our knowledge or consent didn't provide one full day trip as purchased. Instead, we were on a bus for a half-day trip before we were consulted. Once in Toledo, as part of the walking tour, the normally scheduled attractions (the Alcazar and the Sta. Maria la Blanca Synagogue) were cancelled, although we walked past them and they were open for free admission. Instead, we visited the El Greco Museum and the El Transito Synagogue, also with free admission to all. The Tour operator claimed to have upgraded our trip with this change which was inferior in quality and shorter in duration than the one normally offered. In essence, Tour Operator gave us a half-day tour instead of the full-day trip we purchased and refused to give us the 50% refund we requested.

The pandemic means that every day we have to do our best to achieve the satisfaction of all clients or at least 99%. A very bad experience with Fun and Tickets company and Rafa guide. Lousy Service. We paid for a tour in Spanish. The guide being Spanish did not want to speak in Spanish. Several tourists asked him several times to please explain in Spanish because we did not speak English, he did not. Worst of all, is when we went to a church, we didn’t know we had to buy the ticket with the tour, but we still bought it in the church, the guide told us that we could NOT be on the church tour because we had not bought the ticket with his company, which I found illegal since we paid for a tour in that company.
If you do not speak Spanish look for a better tour company because you will pay a lot for a terrible Service.

Estimado Andrés sentimos que no pudieras disfrutar del mejor tour a Toledo desde Madrid, todas las indicaciones están muy claras en el voucher, punto de reunión, horario de comienzo del tour, horario de comienzo del check in, cientos de personas lo hacen cada día. El problema surge cuando el cliente llega tarde o muy tarde como en este caso, una de nuestras caracteríticas es la puntualidad. Hemos recurrido esta opinión, cientos de veces hemos pedido a Viator que no los clientes que no realizan el tour puedan opinar de algo que no conocen , lo normal es 1* como en esta ocasión. Entendemos tu frustración, pero no es justo.
