The trail ride itself was incredible through the jungle and even a stream, which made it feel like a real adventure. It was my husband’s first time on a horse and he absolutely loved it. The horses are beautiful, really well trained, and clearly well cared for, which made us feel comfortable the whole time.
At the end of the ride, we stopped at a resting spot where the staff had fresh fruit and water ready for everyone, which was such a nice touch with a wonderful view of the Volcano. The views throughout the ride are amazing too and overall it’s a really family-friendly experience.

This was a blast! We all had some riding experience and it was great to go through the river and run with the horses through the field. We would definitely recommend.

Great experience. Very helpful and polite guides (Kenneth, Juan and Giovanni). My family - including our two 9 and 11 year old boys enjoyed the tour through rainforest, fields and even a river. I can only recommend this tour!

This was an incredible trail ride through the jungle and a stream. It was my husband's first time riding a horse, and he loved it! The horses are very well trained and the views are great if the clouds allow.

Very friendly guides. My kids (10&12) loved the rides. They were on shorter female horses that fitted them better, and the horses were very well trained. The horses are beautiful and well taken care of. During our ride it started raining- waterproof outfit, rain jacket, and waterproof shoes are recommended. At the last part of the ride, we stopped at a resting area, and the staff already prepared fruits and water for everyone to enjoy. This activity is family friendly and highly rated by my kids! Wonderful experience!!!!. Me and my husband we both never had a horse riding experience before. I was a bit scared at the beginning. But my horse BAYO made my journey easy. He was clam and knew where to go. My husband had ZAINA. She was also clam. Our guide ALONSO was a polite and friendly guy. He helped me to get rid of my fear. Also he explained everything to the detail. There was one more guide GEOVANY who joined us from another view point. He waited there for us with snacks and water. The route they took was adventurous. I really enjoyed it and I am so happy that I did choose them for horse riding. Now it’s a core memory of me and my husband at Costa Rica. They really deserves more than 5 stars for their service. Highly recommended.

The horse riding was so fun, the guides were kind and the horses were friendly. But definitely way more active and hardcore than we thought. You will be going up and down different terrains: the hills, through rapid water, and very muddy and rocky roads. Be prepared to get your knees and legs wet, and your clothes a bit dirty.

My boyfriend and I went on this excursion after we did the swinging bridges tour in La Fortuna. The tour was over an hour long, with fruit and water provided. The tour guides were a lot of fun and ensured a great time. Plenty of opportunities for photos and videos to ensure the best memories. I would definitely do this tour again and recommend it to anyone! We rode on Indio and Guega and they made great horses to ride on. Very well mannered!

The experience was amazing! I went with my mom who has almost never ridden a horse before (outside briefly to pose for pictures). The ride was a little bit bumpy because we were going through the mountain up and down but fairly easy to manage as all the horses were very gentle. Alonso went with us - not only did he explain a lot of horse riding techniques to us but also has taken tons of pictures and videos for later on. There was a short snack break before the tour was over, which was much needed for my sore butt. Amazing experience and my mom and I had a lot of fun! Thank you Alonso, and thank you to our horses, Bayo & Paloma.

We had so much fun on our recent excursion!! We had two guides and they were awesome. One even took my phone to take pictures and videos, which I truly appreciated. They do this every day, but truly make sure everyone has a great time and kept safe. My children had a BLAST. We wish the weather was nicer, but still had a great time.

From the arrival on the property to leaving the property was A+. My family did the horseback riding experience and it was amazing, Alonzo was a great guide, he took his time and made the experience worth while. Alonzo pointed out animals, paths and even took great pictures for us! I read many reviews beside booking and they didn’t steer me wrong. The hires were well behaved and well taken care of. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough.

Our horseback riding tour near Arenal Volcano was simply incredible! The scenery was breathtaking as we rode through lush trails with the towering Arenal Volcano as our backdrop. The horses were well-trained and gentle, making the ride perfect for both beginners and experienced riders in our group. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable and safe the entire time.
Along the way, our guide shared fascinating details about the local plants, animals, and the history of the volcano, which really enriched the experience. We even got to a viewpoint with a stunning panorama of the volcano and the surrounding landscape—truly a photographer’s dream!

The guide knowledgeable, patient and friendly which made the experience fantastic. At some point the guide even gave my husband his horse as it went faster. The views at the top were amazing. Tour lasts about 1.5 hours.

This was a life-changing experience. The steps to ride a horse were broken down to an understandable level even for first-timers (like myself). They checked in to made sure everyone felt comfortable and it soon became second nature. The guides took us (my friend and I) to an amazing view. They gave a freedom to explore comfort levels with speed while also allowing everyone to take it at their own pace. If you are visiting La Fortuna, this is an absolute must!

What an amazing experience!! We were a little nervous but the guides showed us how to ride and handle the horses. The views at the top were absolutely stunning, and the coconut water was an added bonus! Our guide was wonderful and offered to take lots of videos and photos for us along the way. Alonso was great!! Very informative along the way and the scenery was beautiful. It was along some hills, very easy and doable ride for everyone. Even had a nice little coconut to enjoy the view at the peak. would reccomend!
