This was a very fun activity for all of us. Great location in heart of la fortuna between the huge trees and close to the volcano mountain so great scenaries. We were able to spot some tucans and a monkey along the way. 8 cable zipline all exciting with various length and levels but was not hard even for our 10 years old. The staff was very friendly and informative and made sure everyone undertands the instructions and is having fun along all stages. Recommend this one for families looking to have a super fun zipline experience in La Fortuna.

For me, ziplining was...a very fun experience; the guides were very careful—excellent. I would do it again.
Amazing experience : start to the final good bye.
I came to the meeting point myself , but they do have a bus to get you from each hotel around here .
Young crew : professional, knowledgeable, funny made this experience unforgettable.
From training “Plato” to the end of the line they were patient , accommodating, respectful, at the same time talked about their culture and surrounding rainforest. They made it so easy and fun !
My trip was on Sep 6 at 10:30 and I am sorry that I do not remember each of their names except Alberto , and I should have , because they were the bomb !!!
Ziplined from one post to another through gorgeous rainforest full of life , captivating and beautiful… alongside wild life and farm life , with the view of Arenal volcano becoming through the wall of trees ..

This was a nice zip lining tour. It was perfect for beginners. The guides were friendly and made sure we were safe.
This was a really fun tour! Alberto was our main point of contact as our tour guide. He did a great job guiding us, along with his co-workers. There were a total of 8 ziplines and we really enjoyed the pace and seeing the beautiful nature surrounding us. We opted to pay for the option to take live action photos and really enjoyed seeing them afterwards. We even got to see some toucans while we were there! Thank you for a great time!
Very good, but seemed that it was rushed to get through the zip lines. Wish staff was a bit more interactive especially pointing out different plants and wild life. The road up to the zip line was also very bumpy. Wish they would have told us there is a bus ride to the zip line and then open truck up the mountain.
It started to rain and I was the only one that early morning...I was given a choice to do this at a later time to avoid the rain but I was leaving right after. It was invigorating!! It rained hard and they helped me transition from one jump to the other! Absolutely awesome!!
We had such a great experience ziplining! Victor and his friends were extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire experience, even when we definitely didn’t make it easy for them 😂. They were so kind and made sure we felt comfortable and safe the whole time. You could really tell they cared about making sure everyone had a good experience. The views were amazing, the experience was so much fun, and the team made it even better. Would definitely recommend booking with them!

Fun going through the trees in La Fortuna. Centrally located. Saw monkeys while in trees and that was a big hit with the kids.
What a great adventure for our family! As first time zipliners, we felt super safe with the practice course and professional staff! We literally flew through the rainforest and got glimpses of sloths, toucans, and so much more! A special shoutout to Alberto for his care and understanding of working with our child with Down syndrome! He worked so well with him and helped provide an unforgettable experience for our whole family! The rest of the staff was outstanding, too! Informative, engaging, and so much fun to be around! Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica! Pura vida!
This was a great circuit of 8 zip lines (plus a practice line) for kids and beginners. The guys were all fun and friendly and put our nerves at ease. Our kids (10 and 7) did all the zip lines with guides and had the best time, as did we. Even my husband who hates roller coasters really enjoyed this. One thing to note is that once you start the zip lines you must finish. No one wanted to back out but I didn't see a good way to get back to the start of the course without completing all of the zip lines. Also, we had a stressful start as our pickup was over 30 minutes late in getting us, and it seems they didn't have us on their pickup list despite me confirming multiple times in advance.

Great experience overall! This is the perfect zipline adventure for beginners and intermediate thrill seekers. The staff were friendly, professional, and communicated clearly in both English and Spanish, making the entire experience enjoyable and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
They considered our safety first so they cancelled our booking due to weather and rescheduled for the next day which I’m glad they did because I really wanted to see a Tucán and we got so lucky to see 2 while zip lining. The guides were funny and very friendly.
Was a fun experience, knowledgeable and helpful guides all throughout. They were one of the few I could find that were willing to let me book for just 1 person. Good for first timers.
Event got canceled due to rain. I was offered a different tour that was cheaper but I was not given my refund. I paid $110 n they offered the sloth park which was $67. I should have been given a refund and zip line park wouldn’t honor it. I reached out to Viator and sent screen shots from my conversation with zip line tour. Still nothing. Disappointed they refused to make it right.
Allen was the coolest! Helped challenge my fear of heights. Overall an amazing experience! It was so beautiful, 10/10 would do again!

This is the real deal despite outward appearance. Did not love the upsell attempt at photos, however may have been cool to have these after was all said/done. Guides were hilarious and gracious with newbie zipliners and 2 children in our group with special needs. You start by taking a beautiful landrover towed transport back past beautiful farms with a great view of the volcano (when not overcast). These are not beginner ziplines, however they are beginner friendly with the staff's help.

This started with a short bus ride, then a wagon ride through pastures with cows, horses, beautiful scenery. So fun. The zip lines were fun and exciting but not scary. Little kids through older adults all easily did them and enjoyed. Zipping through the rainforrest, clear views of the volcano, even saw a Toucan and lizards! Guides were kind, safety conscious, and fun. Highly reccomend as it was the full experience of zipline, farmlands, rainforrest, and fun wagon ride. My 14 year old son loved it too!
It was super and safe! Nice to get a photographer with the tour, so you can get photo’s of yourself and the animals.
We were very nervous to go ziplining and I'd definitely recommend this experience for beginners. The guides drove us to the start of the zipline (it ended where we left from). I've been zipliining once before but I'm afraid of heights so this isn't my favorite activity. I was with 3 20-year-olds who had never been. It was a little unnerving not being able to see the platform you were heading toward but by the 4th (out of 8) I was actually pretty comfortable with it. I loved the pace because they would send people through the next one pretty quickly (the one I'd done before they waited for everyone to do each line before starting the next which felt like torture). The guide tried to get me to do the "superman" on one of the last lines but that was too far outside my comfort zone. They did very well managing people who were scared and also offering a more exciting experience for people who wanted more. I'd do this again. They do upsell you on a photo package which of course we bought.
The guides were great and this activity was lots of fun. Definitely less strenuous than other options as the zip lines were on platforms. We had a great time- even the young kids in our group who could go with the guides or their parents.
Really well organised. Collected us on time and explained instructions really well. Friendly helpful staff. Incredible experience soaring through the trees. Looked after me as I was nervous to start with!
