Exceptional! From the flexibility on pick-up location as our plans changed, to a nice filling buffet lunch, to the charisma and positive energy from all the guides (shout-out to Juan and JC!), to the right mix of being safety first but not scaring us, to the adrenaline rush of the ziplining and rappelling, to the beautiful views from the bottom of the rockfaces, this was one of the best things we did in our two weeks in Costa Rica! Highly recommend!

This was such a great experience! We are an adventurous group, but this surprised us. Prepared to get wet in the best way! The guides are so friendly and kind. Such a great way to see Costa Rica. Highly recommend it.

We did this experience of a family of four, including our two 9-year-olds, and we all had an absolute blast! The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us all feel 100% comfortable and safe at every step (there were quite a few nerves leading up to it from one of our kids). It’s packed with so much more than canyoning. We got to zip line, jump into the waterfalls (they were small), hike and be surrounded in the breathtaking, peaceful scenery of the rainforest + lunch and a great view of the Arenal volcano. The kid who was most nervous and didn’t want to do it ended up rating it “one billion stars out of ten”!

This was an amazing experience! 10/10! Super adrenaline filled and definitely wear water shoes because you will be jumping into pools of water to get to the next activity. Make sure you can also swim at least a little! The guides are very knowledgeable and if you want to get the optional photo package bring either cash or paypal!

This was the best adventure experience it was super fun, felt very safe and the combination of repelling in waterfalls, hiking and jumping into waterfall pools was fantastic! The crew were all so friendly, experienced and helpful - much as gracias Caesar, Ronaldo, Jose, Kendall, and all!

It was good but you need to hire waterschoes for $8 pp. And you can buy 1 video and 20 photos for $30.... (they are taken on the least cool place...) they where 45min late and didnt respond to any text or call.... but the experience it self is nice!

We came with a party of 10. The kids were ages 7, 10, 12 and 14. Everyone had an amazing time! The guides were so kind and helpful! Everyone had a blast!

My partner and I did this excursion in the afternoon in a group of 10 people. The excursion included lunch, and then we got driven to the company, where we were given lockers to keep our stuff safe and dry. Like the team said, you will get 200% wet! The entire team was wonderful and encouraging, there were 4 rappels, some jumps and zip lines. It was very refreshing and fun. Wear water shoes and clothes that again, you are okay getting 200% wet. There was a 15 min uphill hike back to the company where there are towels, water and changing rooms/bathrooms. We had an incredible time, and the team couldn’t have been any kinder, thoughtful and encouraging. My only criticism is that I wish it was longer! Would 100% recommend and do it again. Thank you La Roca Canyoning!

Our driver was there on time. He was extremely flexible when my daughter was sick. We had to make multiple stops and he was very graceful and helpful. Shout out to Gabriel for being so kind and patient.

César and his team were amazing!! They brought a great energy and made the entire experience unforgettable. Very professional as well, ensuring to check in before the tour to ensure all the details were correct and rides were arranged to get to and from the tour. The buffet lunch on site was great as well. The team even gives the option of a photo package so you can ensure your adventure is documented without risking your phone or camera!

The tour was overall slightly disorganized and we started off very confused as to where we were going, what vehicle to get on, etc. until we finally got to the canyoning part, which ended up being really fun. Ceasar, Juan Carlo, and Jose were our guides for the canyoning and they were great.

I don’t remember the names of everyone on our crew, but they really were amazing. The rappelling was much more wonderful than I imagined with multiple jumps, waterfalls, and zip lines. . Excellent experience and highly recommended.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Caesar, JC, Jose, Ronal were so fun and amazing!! They kept us safe while cheering us on, being extremely knowledgeable, and let us take in the beautiful waterfalls! Really fun experience best we did in Costa Rica! There are 4 repels (no previous experience required they teach you everything!), 2 zip lines, and 3 jumps into water (make sure you know how to plug your nose/ be comfortable with swimming and putting your head under water). Great time cannot recommend enough! Lunch was good too!

This is a GREAT experience. All the guides are wonderful people and teach you what to do and about nature as well (Thank you Kendal for all the neat information on the way back to return our gear). The lunch was delicious. The scenery is beautiful. A MUST DO for adventure lovers! Get the picture package because the photos are incredible and professional quality. Highly recommend and would absolutely do on a return trip!

10/10 experience, the guide to participant ratio was perfect! We felt very well supported throughout the tour. The guides were very humorous and made the experience very fun! They also took great photos and videos (worth the little extra money).

We did this tour as a couple. The guides were amazing. They knew their stuff, they were funny and I was made to feel safe the whole time. I was nervous but they explained everything so well. Not only were they kind to us, they joked with each other and you could tell they enjoyed their work.
At one point another person on the tour lost their glasses in the waterfall. The guide JC took time and actually found them! It was incredible he cared and even more incredible he found them in a waterfall! Cannot recommend them enough, Jc , Cesar, Ronald and Kendall (i hope their names a spelled right🤗) were our four guides, if you have them on your tour consider yourself lucky!

This canyoning and rappelling adventure is so fun and the staff were all amazing. Very positive, happy, helpful. Make sure to follow the location marker they send you via WhatsApp to the místico restaurant, or use their pick up option. We gps’d directly to the location and wouldn’t have made it with a car - OUR fault, they were great! The guys kept it entertaining while maintaining the highest levels of safety. Great for adults and kids, just be prepared to jump in! Would absolutely go again.

Had a blast! The staff was excellent, the adventure was epic, and I will always remember this! One of the guides went out of the way to make sure that I did not lose a valuable item that I was extra safe but afraid I lost. Truly appreciate all the guides so much! This was one of the best activities we did in Costa Rica. The guides were amazing, funny, and patient - particularly with one guest who had a fear of heights. It was a great mix of rappelling, zip lines, and even some jumps into water. Prepared to get wet! We did it on a rainy day and thought that would be a disappointment, but it really didn't matter. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were nervous for this as it was our first time! Our guide Cesar was wonderful! We felt comfortable and confident in him and what he explained. The rest of the guides were helpful knowledgeable and friendly!!

Our guides were awesome and walk you through each step of the way. The water is not really cold, even in Jan, so it is refreshing but not uncomfortable when you get wet. This is a true adventure with lots of different types of small experiences. We had a group with an older couple and a father and daughter who was around 13. And we all were cheering each other on. Once in a lifetime experience and very worth it.
