My wife and I waited too...

My wife and I waited too long to get advance tickets to see the David. This tour was available and cost only slightly more than the advance tickets would have. It served that purpose for us, plus the tour guide was nice to have to get some more background and Michelangelo, what makes the David special, and a couple other works that are there in the museum (though not too over done). Recommend if you want a guide, or also just if you missed out on advance tickets through the website.

Good overview

My wife and I only had 1 day in Florence and wanted to see a much as we could with our limited time. Our tour guide Marco was very knowledgeable and provided us with a detailed history of Florence and the many places we visited. Allasandro took us all over the city, showed us the history of the Medici family and its affect on the history of Florence. He showed us the most ancient pharmacy in the city which was stunning. He took us to local market that sold fine Italian products we could buy. He took us to a local market and showed us the history of the market and the merchants that worked there. He fed us at a local corner trying out local food that normally we would never think of trying but it was DELICIOUS. He brought us bread from a local market to try that was FANTASTIC, and gave my daughter a gift for her birthday. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Exceptional Tour - Great Value!

Samona was fantastic! She combined humor with amazing history and descriptions of the beautiful sights of Florence. Some of my family don’t usually like tours but they loved this one. Samona also made sure the group stayed in the shade as much as possible so the extremely hot weather was more bearable. We were late to arrive but communicated our delay through the company and she greeted us graciously when we met the tour at the second stop. A truly excellent experience all around!
