We arrived 1 minute before the tour started no one was there. I assumed we were in the wrong place so I walked back to the Duomo where I saw tours. I messaged the operator at 5 after for help. No response. I went back to the first place looking all around. They finally responded at 9 after to say I missed the tour. I offered to join where I get to my wife. No reply. I reached out to Viiator to get help. They aren't able to help either. I gave us after 25 minutes of frustration.

Our tour guide Rafaelo was incredibly knowledgeable, the amount of information provided was a bit much. the tour was supposed to end at 4:30 and it did but we never got to the last stop on the itinerary Ponte Vechio.

This was not what we signed up for- it wasn’t a walking tour, it was a talking tour. The guide was knowledgeable, but stood, often for more than 10 minutes and talked at us. Lots of history, nothing shared about current buildings, politics, or community. We basically walked around a few blocks. The guide was late, he had his “speech” and didn’t like when I asked him questions, sometimes he literally ignored me. There were only 4 of us, none of us were happy, and he knew it. Abruptly ended the tour, took our ear buds and left…didn’t even wait for a tip… The tour advertised had specific sites which we did not see. I would not recommend this tour, nor this group.

Our tour guide was not very informative and it felt very rushed. It was basically an hour stroll you can do on your own if anyone you’ve ever known has been here 5 minutes longer than you have

We very much enjoyed our small group walking tour and our guide was easy to understand and since our group was so small she was able to tailor the tour to our specific interests and answer questions as well as take us to some of the lesser known less touristy sites along the way! We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a quick and easy tour with the history of Florence you might miss if doing it on your own!

Unfortunately, didn’t learn much. Our guide talked a lot about stories and some history, but mostly irrelevant things. Spoke very soft and spoke too much. We didn’t cover much ground because she rambled too much. We did English tour, but guide was German so accent in English was sometimes hard to get. Just wasn’t what we thought and she went 40-45 minutes over. Too much detail

Guide took us around parts of Florence and provided explanations on what we saw. Unfortunately the guide had a heavy accent and was difficult to undertand. He also took us through very crowded parts of the city which made the tour feel hectic and less enjoyable.

Our Italian guide spoke reasonable English and was very knowledgeable, but it was information overload regarding dates and historical families and figures. We just wanted to know what the main attractions were and which were worth a subsequent visit. Our party consisted of just one other couple, which was probably just as well since everyone’s radio receivers stopped working about 20 minutes into the tour. Probably a problem with the guide’s transmitter, but had it been a large party, it would’ve been difficult., probably impossible, to hear. So in all, rather disappointed given the cost.
