Patient and funny with savvy inside information about food restaurants meals bakeries gelato. As well as pointing out sites and other activities to do in Florence. Small group of eight and nicely paced tour Especially good info about leather and a tip to go to the school of leather for best quality leather items.

Florence, an open-air museum, which gets better when you hear its history

Alejandra made the tour very enjoyable. We felt very comfortable with her; she was very friendly, adding touches of humor on several occasions while she guided us and told us all its history through the streets of Florence, a sight to behold. She gave us good recommendations for places to eat and get the best ice cream. Ahh!! And thanks for the very fitting final touch.

Great!

We started just outside the Uffizi and our guide walked us through the gallery pointing out the major pieces while providing interesting historical context. Once the tour was over, we had time to walk back through the gallery and observe whatever we wanted to see. It’s a bit much to see all in one trip but nice to get an intro from someone with better knowledge than us.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve had the pleasure to visit. The tour was excellent very informative. A tour guide was wonderful. Walk in the streets and hearing about the history was excellent. Obviously the highlight was seeing Michelangelo‘s sculpture of David.

Miri - Tour Guide Extraordinaire!

This 13 hr tour (I know they advertise 12 hrs, but it's actually closer to 13 hrs), is off exceptional value for the price that you pay. Lunch is included. I came solo to the tour, but quickly bonded with a friendly lady from San Fran. The weather was exceptionally good (not overly warm or muggy). The bus was comfortable with gentle AC (enough to feel it, but not unbearably chilly). I enjoyed going into these smaller cities. It feels like a more authentic Italian experience than my entire stay in Florence. The highlight was our lunch outdoors at a communal table. Food was exceptionally fresh! Miri, our travel guide is a real gem. She is articulate, charismatic, and personable! Her Italian is easy on the ears. Since she is a native Italian, it made the experience all the more authentic! If you are lucky enough to get Miri as a tour guide, you won't be disappointed!

Waking your of Florence

I could not recommend this tour more but I think we may have gotten extra lucky with our guide who was beyond spectacular in knowledge, keeping us engaged every moment, leading us to shade and just a wealth of information, engaging, fascinating even my 14 year old was engaged in this heat! Thank you! We loved it and learned so so much in such a short amount of time. Excellent!!!!!!
