I was denied access to the church. I didn’t get an access qr code. Don’t buy it! It’s a waste of money.

Hi Klaudia, Once again, and after having refunded you in full, I am sorry for the confusion caused. There is nothing in our listing that entails that the Trales city audio guide is an entrance ticket to a cathedral, so if that is what you're looking for I agree that it is a waste of money. If you're looking for a 100 location based stories about top sights, famous people and historic events around Florence there are 1000s of users that enjoy the product. Just to clear out any confusion. Hope you had a great time in Florence anyways!

Ninguno porque no pude usarlo. Al principio no recibía el código y cuando lo recibí ya lo estaba allí. Fue difícil entender la interfaz.
