Highlight of my wonderful time in Florence

First, I must say that I was the only participant who showed up for this tour. The guide, Julia, was so gracious she agreed to take me regardless. It turned into a private tour and much more, pointing out all the locations I needed to find that week. Unless you really enjoy walking, cycling is absolutely the way to go in this city. Tuscany bike tour/wine tasting

This tour was an amazing experience in the Tuscan country side. Angus did a great job leading us through the country side on bikes. He stopped at several points for photo opportunities and share info about the area. The wine tasting and lunch at the castle was a perfect end to the morning. The biking is 12 miles long and you do need to be able to navigate some hills.

Fun bike ride around town with fun facts for adults about the interesting city and Florence history. Even with small kids it was fun and safe and our youngest (5) went behind dad on an extra wheel and our oldest (7) did it on her own bike! Kids see other things in towns and they noticed other things on bikes than in a car or walking
