Amazing beauty of Santorini. The cruise/ferry to Santorini was so beautiful. Very comfortable 2 hr ride with amazing views to the island. The bus rides were also great and the tour guide gave us amazing details about the island. Sufficient time in Oia and Fira to explore given the crowd. Santorini is super crowded, that goes without saying. But despite that, the views are definitely worth it. I thought the tour gave me the opportunity to spend exactly the amount of time I would want to spend in Santorini. You get to see everything without having to deal with crowds all the time

Wonderful excursion with easy directions and great guide! Christina was knowledgeable and gave great direction. We had a great experience with the transfers on board and bus. Our driver was careful and patient. Pick up areas were well explained and easy to find. Clean bus ship and overall a great day. Beautiful santorini we will be back soon.
I learned a lot during my tour. My tour guide was fabulous. My driver was right on time picking me up this morning and I’m already on the bus headed back to my resort. I would highly recommend this tour.

Was very busy in Santorini, and wasn’t quite long enough to see all the places. The journey going was excellent and on time, but on way back had to wait over an hour. Still was great to see Santorini.

Long day, but definitely value for money
Very crowded boat ride.
20 coach buses waiting for boat to dock .
Terrible sound system on coach bus making it impossible to understand every 3rd word of a thick accented tour guide.
Visited same 2 cities as the 20 buses and towns were shoulder to shoulder visitors .
Tour guide dropped off to shop and to try to get photos.
Would not recommend .
i had imagined Santorini to be so different, Views were beautiful, the 2 places we stopped to visit were very quirky. But i’m glad i only went for a day trip and not a holiday. But still glad i did the trip . ticked off my bucket lidt
Very overrated trip. For this price, I expected way more. To be clear, I traveled from Heraklion, and the price per person was €200 for day in Santorini.
So, what was included in this price:
A guide with fancy stories.
Bus transfer from the hotel to Heraklion port and back.
Fast boat, 2-hour journey to Santorini port and return to Heraklion.
Bus transfer from Santorini port to Oia and Fira.
In both towns, you can walk around for about 1.5 hours + -
Nice photos, if the weather allows it. Before you can take any photos, you may need to wait in queues, which can take around 10 minutes. So keep checking the time because the bus will not wait for you.
Both Oia and Fira are very expensive. I mean, even a small souvenir costs around €60. A meal for 2 people will cost €60+ as well. Of course, the magnet will still cost €2.50. :)
The views are beautiful, but nothing that special, I would say. Half of Crete has similar views if you know where to find them.
Worst part is that the time is very limited. You don’t have enough time to visit all the places, so you need to choose carefully. Don’t forget about the queues for photos as well. Nobody will wait for you, so you constantly need to check the time because it goes by quickly.
I would give it 4 starts if they will include vulcano visit. You can also visit volcano for extra price, but for such a short time, I don't understand how this is possible.
Quick tip for the no pickup persons. Look out for a sign on a bus for the tour operator or for a person carrying a sign board so you avoid being stuck in an unecessarily long line at the Seajets ticket window. Otherwise I had a great time on the tour, Sartoni is beautiful and I am glad I went at this time as the crowd was not too overwhelming. Maria our tour guide was one of the loveliest persons I have ever experienced. She will have you even singing along and Mr George was a good driver keeping us all safe.
Stopped at Oia and Fira with most time spent in Fira. Could have done with a little more time in Oia but nonetheless we enjoyed our visit. We went on 1st May and the places were busy. Our guide was excellent.
When you get to the island you take a tour bus and take you to a two areas….in each you can explore for a while even eat before you go up to have the perfect Santorini picture!! There is also a ruin you can visit !! But you need to have good knees to do the climbing !! Our guide Catherine was very good !! Thank you
Day boat trip from Crete to Santorini was a good way to see the center of the city. Roads/streets are narrow, lots of shops, plenty of spectacular views. We were lucky to see the St. George parade from one church to another.
I wouldn't want to go during peak season as things could be very crowded.
Our guide was very informative, delivering info in 2 languages. The trip was on-time.
We were picked up from the hotel, the bus was prompt. The ferry ride was smooth, I think everything was very well organised, they were waiting for us with the tickets printed already, informed us which bus would be ours once we reached Santorini. Once in Santorini the bus took us to the main 2 cities and was a lovely day. We were there mid to end of September, and it was very nice in terms of weather, sunny and a bit windy, a little crowded, but I imagine it is a lot worse in July/August. You have to walk at the same pace with the crowd, with people stopping to take pictures on narrow streets. But overall it was a very nice day, I would recommend this day tour if you want to see this island without having to actually stay on it, as it is quite expensive.
Great way to get a small taste of Santorini. No matter when you go its going to be packed! Our tour guide was informative, driver had amazing skills! They also comunicated very well when they weather had turned and the ferries weren't moving I was concerned about our day to leave but they assured me I would be refunded if the weather caused a cancelation, but thank goodness it all worked out well. We loved our day trip!
Amazing way to see Santorini. We wanted to see the island but didn’t want to spend extended time there and this was perfect. We were able to see two great little towns, with plenty of time to sight see, shop, and stop for a beer / quick snack in each. The tours were both briefly guided to the town square. Then we were free to see what we wanted and were given a meet up time where the busses are.
The cost is so affordable, as it’s basically just the cost of the ferry tickets. If you choose to drive to the port there is parking all day for 3 euro next to where you get the tickets. Once you arrive just get in the long line and show your voucher, they will give you your tickets and tell you in English which boat to go to.
The first town is the big tourist town of Oia, so expect a lot of crowds, but it was great to check off the bucket list.
The second town Fira was our favorite, much less crowded, plenty of authentic shops (my wife got a permanent bracelet for 80 euro at lava art jewelry, they were so friendly!!). Make sure you catch the parade of donkeys winding up the small switch back streets too, that was our highlight.
Only things to note is that no food is provided, but they were fine with us eating on the bus. Also the ferry ride can be choppy and is a bit long, but the seats they give you are more spacious and comfortable than airplane seats so we both slept both ways.
All in all 10/10, I would recommend to anyone.
This was a great excursion to see a lot of Santorini in a little bit of time! The two cities are absolutely beautiful and our guide was very funny and knowledgeable.

I read some reviews which weren’t so good, about the crowds, the weather, disorganization… but I loved it. Yes, it was crowded, but so many people want to see this beautiful island. Walk a little and the crowds thin and you can see the majesty of this place. Yes, it was hot and the voyage was a bit bumpy, but it was summer, and nobody can control the weather or the waves when it’s a little windy. In fact, the breeze was nice on the island to cool you down. Yes, it was very chaotic at times, but if you listened to instructions and got on the bus you were allocated to, and stuck to their timetable, it actually ran smoothly. I loved the day and the island.

We were given ample opportunity to explore all that Santorini has to offer and would highly reccomend doing this to experience the same.

Santorini is a beautiful, charming island worth seeing!
Overall, the tour was great. They picked us up near the hotel and the boat ride was pretty smooth. The tour bus and guide did a great job of giving us enough information and plenty of time to see everything we wanted without being rushed. The only negative was that we were picked up too early in the morning which resulted in a 40 minute wait on the bus at the next hotel. The tour company did try to reconcile for the inconvenience by offering us a free tour of the city but it was after we had departed.
It was exciting, very interesting, picturesque, beautiful and informative. The guide was excellent. We had enough free time to wander around.
Wonderful tour - everything was just as we expected. Would have loved more time in Santorini, but who wouldn't!! The boat ride there was a bit rocky the entire 2 hours, but we were told it's best to sit in the back and middle of the boat, which made a huge difference on the ride back! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this tour if you're in Crete and want to cross Santorini off your bucket list!
The pickup at our resort was on time in a beautifully appointed/comfortable bus. We arrived at the port on time and were given explicit directions on what to expect on board the SeaJet ferry and when we arrived. We found our bus and our guide, Lillia was amazing! She was SO knowledgeable and gave us so much history and information about Fira and the archipelago of Santorini. We had plenty of time to see the sites, shop and have a wonderful lunch in Fira.
This was the best way to explore Santorini. The ferry ride was nice and clean. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very friendly! We went end of April and it was not crowded at all. Our lunch spot on Friday was amazing. Totally recommend this tour!
Very good , excellent coach driver and tour guide. OIA and Fira was beautiful in the month of April, less crowded.
