What an amazing experience, such wonderful and knowledgeable owners/hosts who obviously put their hearts and souls into making the best olive oil using the much more labor intensive method of hand sorting olives and pressing and not the much faster commercial centrifuge methods. We learned so much about what determines good and high quality olive oil.
