We had an absolutely wonderful day touring Crete with Mike! The tour was exceptionally well organized and perfectly timed, allowing us to experience so much without ever feeling rushed. Mike’s commentary throughout the day was excellent—informative, interesting, and full of great insight into the history, culture, and traditions of Crete. Visiting Knossos Palace, the Lasithi Plateau, the charming mountain villages, the olive oil tasting, and Zeus’s Cave gave us such a wonderful variety of experiences. The lunch stop was also excellent. The restaurant Mike chose was fantastic, with great food and a beautiful setting. Lunch was at our own expense, but it was absolutely worth it. The comfortable mini bus made the long day very enjoyable, and Mike was an excellent driver and guide. His knowledge, timing, and attention to detail really made the entire experience special. We highly recommend Mike to anyone wanting to see the highlights of Crete while also getting a genuine feel for the island and its culture. It was one of the best days of our trip!

We had an absolutely fantastic time exploring Crete with George! From start to finish, the tour arrangement was excellent. George was incredibly thoughtful and proactive, adjusting our itinerary perfectly based on the predicted weather forecast so we could enjoy the sights comfortably (and safely dodge the light rain at the end of the day!). He timed our stops brilliantly, making it feel like an off-peak visit. We were able to explore the Palace of Knossos and the beautiful streets of Heraklion at our own pace without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by crowds. George gave us a profound and fascinating taste of the history of Greece and Crete—spanning from 3500 BC and the Minoans all the way through the Byzantine and Venetian periods. The itinerary was packed with local gems. After walking through the Venetian Harbour and seeing Palace of Knossos , we visited the Politakis Olive Mill for a wonderful tasting of Cretan "liquid gold." A major highlight was visiting the Ploumis Pottery Workshop in Thrapsano, where Me even got to try making pottery hands-on, and we learned about the clever Cup of Pythagoras! We ended the sightseeing at the peaceful Agarathos Monastery before a scenic drive back. Throughout the entire day, George was a highly responsive, safe, and accommodating driver. If you want a tour that perfectly balances deep historical knowledge, local culture, and personalized care, we cannot recommend George enough. Thank you for a wonderful day!

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our Crete safari tour! The tour was family-run, and you could truly feel the care and pride they put into what they do. From start to finish, the staff was incredible—extremely organized, attentive, and always making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. They went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable for everyone in our group. At the end of the tour, they surprised us with snacks, water, and traditional Greek liquor, which was such a thoughtful and fun way to finish the day. But what really stood out to us was how they helped our group afterward. We were having trouble getting a taxi, and they simply told us, “Don’t worry, we’ll sort it out.” They ended up personally driving us back to our hotel! That level of kindness and hospitality was truly exceptional. You can tell that this family genuinely cares about their guests and wants everyone to have a wonderful experience. We would highly, highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Crete, and we would absolutely do it again! 🇬🇷❤️

My wife and I booked this snorkeling experience and had an excellent time! Basil, Andrea and team were very knowledgeable and personable. We had so much fun using the DPV scooters and were able to see so much. On our tour, Andrea was very informed about the local marine life and history and was able to teach us so much about the Souda bay and the surrounding Mediterranean Sea. Both my wife and I were coincidentally stung by jellyfish and Basil/Andrea were able to quickly help take care of us, which we appreciated. We could not recommend this experience more!

This boat trip experience was 10/10. The night before we received a message to say we were upgraded to a larger boat at no extra cost with the same itinerary included and this did not disappoint. We were able to lay at the front and there was room for all to enjoy without feeling at all crowded. The ride out was a little choppy but really fun and enjoyable. We the stopped at Dia for the perfect amount of time which I believe was around 2.5-3 hours. The drinks were great lots of choice with beer, wine and soft drinks, the crew later made us some really tasty cocktails that also kept flowing. The activities were fun and there was so much to do. There was not many other boats in the bay at the same time so it felt very picturesque and so much room to enjoy the activities. We were cooked our meals and there was other snacks to enjoy this was a great meal too absolutely zero complaints. The crew were fantastic and really helpful. I felt very relaxed and safe, with also enjoying some fun activities, great food and drinks taking in beautiful scenery. 100% recommend. Great value for money.

Areti was the picture of Cretan hospitality. The wineries and the wines were dynamic and beautiful and we definitely brought things home from each stop but Areti was the true highlight of the day. Her generosity in speaking about Greek life and culture truly enriched the experience. It was a joy to spend the day sipping wine and hearing about the wine, and the people in an authentic way.

Our outdoor guide was incredible. It was a very hot day (June in a heat wave) and our guide took us through all the key spots and allowed us to take pictures before giving more detailed explanations in the shade. We had a small group, so it made navigating very easy. Our guide was very knowledgeable and tied in the mythology to actual events to piece everything together seamlessly. Very professional and experienced. We took the bus to the museum after, and due to heavy traffic, timing was tight. Our museum guide was quiet, but delightful and took us through the high points of Minoan society and artifacts.

Was a full day with 3 main stops. There is plenty time at each place to enjoy the areas and have quick drink if you want. The towns are very pretty and Spinalonga very interesting. It is €20 extra to get into Spinolonga but you can just sit and enjoy view of port or paddle if you don't want to walk round. If you want to jump of boat into water for swim on way back ensure you already have swim wear on. Transfers were great and local. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our day. Totally recommended
