Such a beautiful way to see the mountains!

This is so much fun! I booked this tour with a friend and we both had a blast. The quads are very easy to navigate, and the guide gives you options for insurance if you have a fear of crashing before hand. Luckily they are very easy to maneuver. This tour probably isn’t the best if you have a fear of heights, as you really go up the mountain with some very narrow roads. The guide was very friendly and ensured we knew what we were doing before we began. We would recommend doing this with friends, maybe not young children.

Maria was one of the best tour guides we have ever had and we travel A LOT and use viator all the time. She is so warm and kind and so passionate about sharing her knowledge about Cretan history, traditions and their lifestyle. She was attentive to every little detail and customized our day to our desires. Since we travelled in late March it was a little chilly and she went out of her way to go back to her own house and get jackets for me and my daughter. It also started to rain as we were ending our tour and she gave us her umbrella so we didn’t get wet while getting back to our hotel (which she picked up at our hotel the next day…so thoughtful and kind). I highly recommend this tour! 12/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He took us to so many beautiful places we never would have discovered on our own and shared a ton of knowledge about the island, its history, and local culture along the way. His friendliness, hospitality, and professionalism were outstanding, truly a 10/10 experience. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable, and he was a safe, confident driver which made the day even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a personalized tour that goes beyond the typical tourist spots, we highly recommend this experience. It was one of the highlights of our time in Crete!

Best Food Tour I've Ever Attended

Absolutely 10/10 experience. It was extremely authentic and genuine. We tried several of the cretan classics and whether you're looking for local ingredients, restaurants or pastries this tour will satisfy you. We went on the morning tour and explored the old port city. The tasting for cheese, honey, oil and everything else was to die for. In addition to great taste the tour was very educational and lively. Christos was an excellent tour guide and gave me a contact number so I could reach out to him for further food recommendations. If you are in Chania do not skip this tour. It is beyond worth it.

Absolutely wonderful...

Absolutely wonderful experience from pickup to drop off! Yiannis was an incredible guide for the day and had so much information to share about Crete and Greece from history to culture to food or even favorite restaurants or places to travel. The beach was also incredible with clear blue water and reserved loungers, along with a very nice lunch right at the beachside restaurant. Definitely recommend this!!

Terrific experience in Crete!

This entire experience was 5 stars from beginning to end. We were picked up at the port and taken to Veerna’s kitchen. She and her staff we so kind and we all felt like family while we were there. We cooked SO MUCH food in 4 hours and it was all DELICIOUS. Even picky eaters like me had lots to eat! The home is situated by a beautiful olive grove and the gardens and seating area are picturesque. You need to do this while in Crete!

This will be the highlight of your trip!!

I love the water, and I knew that I would enjoy this outing, but I think this was the highlight of my family's trip. The crew really go out of their way to take care of you, and to make sure that you have a good time. They provide a fresh breakfast with juice and coffee, they cook a lunch on the boat that was some of the best food we had during our entire trip, and a dessert that I heard was delicious...but I missed it because I was enjoying those aqua blue waters to my heart's content (no regrets). I have never in my life experienced beaches this beautiful, and the history of Gramvousa Island is fascinating. All of these things, combined with plenty of wine/beer, and a wonderful group of people from so many different places...it was the perfect way to spend a day! I hope to do it again. Please, if you even think you might have motion sickness...put a patch on or take your medicine ahead of time. My son was sick on the way out to the beach, but he recovered fairly quickly. The crew was great at giving him tips on how to get through it, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Highlight of our Honeymoon!

The crew was so welcoming, helpful, and made our experience next level! The food was fantastic, plenty of room on the boat for the 18 passengers to sit in either sun or shade, and ample time to swim and snorkel and paddleboard at the island! We had a blast and the crew made it extra special for our honeymoon- our favorite part of the trip so far! Would highly recommend for anyone whether families with kids, couples, or group of friends!
