Great experience!

Read the reviews, this is a great snorkel experience through the remaining section of the reef that’s still living. It’s the full 40-45 minutes and you are swimming the entire time so be prepared. I wouldn’t recommend double booking activities on the day you decide to go, it does take a good chunk of your day. The guides do offer assistance if anyone gets too tired or needs to get back on the boat before the tour is over. This is well worth it and you get to see so much! Carlos is knowledgeable and very friendly. We would definitely do this again.

Great time with kids

We went on this snorkel trip with our small children (4 and 7). Even though we fell behind (Omar and Olaf) ensured we saw fish and sea turtles and they hauled the 4 year old all around the sea on a life buoy when she decided not to snorkel. We can’t recommend them enough.

Great day on the water

Super friendly hosts. From pick up to drop off everything was taken care of. We enjoyed our time on the catamaran with lunch and never ending drinks :) The snorkeling was a ton of fun and we were excited to see a sea turtle. Don’t forget to reapply your sunscreen after the snorkeling!!

Low key Big Fun Sun and Sand

This was the perfect low key way to spend our afternoon. Leisure boat ride to section of ocean where you can stand in the ocean. We brought our masks to dive down for shells. I suggest you bring snacks but they give out food. Free drinks all afternoon long. No complaints here whatsoever. Crew was super friendly and helpful. We will go back next year.

Great snorkelling!

Well coordinated, professional staff; fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledgable and enthusiastic guide. We were lucky enough to see 3 eagle rays, many huge schools of many species of fish, and a little bit of fish drama. Our last Viator snorkel tour was crowded and unsafe; this was completely different. One of the best caribbean snorkels we've been on.

Adventurous tour of Cenotes

We are not the adventurous sorts but we really wanted to explore a number of Cenotes and this seemed the best option. We ended up really enjoying the zip-lining, kayaking and all of the activities, despite a lot of nervousness and a ton of adrenaline. There was a lot of care for safety so that was good. I would definitely plan to bring a towel and a change of clothes for the end of the day, so you have dry clothes for the ride back to Cancun. Plan to spend the day in a suit only (no wrap, no hat and sunglasses, etc) Joshua was great and moved things along from cenote to cenote but it never felt overly rushed. Also they do tell you that the person you are meeting is wearing red but they were wearing green.

Isla mujeres sunset trip

We didn’t go on the boat we expected but the staff made the trip! They went above and beyond for us from start to finish. We caught a fish, managed to do some snorkeling and managed to catch the sunset! 5* highly recommended Tony was brilliant! (I can’t remember the other 2 members of crew’s name but they were both excellent.

Really fun tour

Really well organised and professional with friendly staff. Was unexpectedly able to accommodate 3 of us whom had not booked. I had booked the husband with my daughter however upon arrival was advised that myself and my 2 children could go too ( obviously paying) if i had been able to prebook we would have . It felt safe and it was sooo much fun ( i had done a similar tour on jetski and didn't enjoy it) oma our guide was great made sure we all knew what we were doing. The video and pictures looked good, but we declined as felt £79 was expensive for what was offered, personal choice. Would definitely recommend the tour.

Lovely First Time Experience

We had an amazing time! It was our first time riding jet skis, and our guide Jorge made it so easy and fun. He was super informative, patient, and made sure we felt completely safe before letting us open it up and have a blast on the water. The location was beautiful, the water was crystal clear, and everything was well-organized and professional. They also had a photographer offering drone videos and photos for $75, which was totally worth it incredible memories! There’s a $14 dock fee, but it’s not bad at all considering the experience. Highly recommend this activity for first-timers or couples looking for a fun, memorable adventure in Cancún. We’ll definitely be back next trip!
