Make your own way to a pre-arranged location on the Cancun coast and climb aboard an awaiting boat. Listen as your expert instructor delivers an informative orientation session then buckle into the parasail as soon as you feel confident. Feel your adrenaline levels surge as the rope slowly releases and you rise up to 350 feet (105 meters) above the iridescent ocean.
Gaze down at the dense tropical jungle, the idyllic Isla Mujeres Island and the innovative structures of the hotel zone. Alternatively, select the lagoon option to soar high above the waters of Nichupte lagoon; enjoy breathtaking views of the resort while feeling the buildings directly beneath your feet.
After your exhilarating experience, return to dry land and bid your guide farewell at the original departure point.

We recently booked a family parasailing package in Cancun, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. There was a lack of communication about where we needed to go, and upon arrival, there were no signs or directions to guide us to the crew. We ended up having to search for them ourselves.
We arrived at around 9:20 AM, expecting to depart by 10:00 AM, but we didn't actually leave until about 10:20 AM. During that time, we had to repeatedly ask for updates, and there was no clear guidance or information provided. This lack of organization really affected our overall experience.
We hope the company can improve their communication and organization so future guests have a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

Be sure to confirm where you are to be long before your date because they give mixed addresses! We went to the address on the reservation just to be sent to another area in Cancun and those people sent us back. Come to find out, our reservation was not entered until after I called. Cost us three hours and travel money to get things straightened out. Also, you are charged $20 extra per person to opt for the lagoon parasail experience that they don’t tell you about until the day before the event!

It's a 45 min wait from your booked time to actually leaving the beach. The pics they offer are $50 USD! For real maybe try $25-ish and you'd most likely sell a LOT more

Our experience was awesome for 10 minutes, as we soared above beautiful Cancun - we expected more! More time as promised but less time being uncomfortably shuttled on seadogs, to wait while others rode - and raised. Their ascensions were exceeded 15 minutes - we expected the same. Operator stated we had to keep schedule - it is what it is!
Viator didn’t think a refund was warranted but a redo certainly is.

They were unprofessional. We were right on time only to be told that they were running late 45 minutes late! Did not inform us. It was extremely hot and humid. The boat in which we went for the para sailing had a rude person operating it. We were 5 people. When asked if the 5th person could fly with her friend, flatly refused.

This was actually a horrible experience. There were no clear instructions about the meeting point. Tried to call customer service which they stated they would send an email with instructions. Which they never did even after calling a second time. We wanted to do the ocean side by the way. So we went to the actual place since there were no clear instructions and the receptionist stated that we would have to get on the city bus and take another 15min. Ride after already paying for a taxi to get there. We were also scheduled for 12pm but once we got to the place they said they changed our time to 2pm without even notifying us. I will never book through this company again!

We chose this option for comfort for our whole family and it was awesome! This is the only way to do it! So much fun, you feel safe, and its comfortable for all ages including our Gramma and our 10yr old!

The actual para sailing easy 5 out of 5 , once you get there it’s super organized and smooth process, all the people are extremely helpful. The organization is 2 out of 5 if you are doing the ocean side viator sends you to aqua world which is for the lagoon side ONLY, you need to go to the grand fiesta villas hotel no where does it tell you this on the booking. Also parking is extremely limited if you are not a guest it’s hard to parks, once you enter the hotel you need to exit the hotel go to the beach and take a left you will find a canopy there with the setup.

We were not able to enjoy parasailing this trip. As it was cancelled once we arrived to the location. No one called to advise us. Trying to get the refund as difficult as the representative wasn't very helpful. The next person whom we spoke with was very helpful. Previous trip was great.

A perfect sunny day and proficient taxi service and tour guides who took really nice pictures and a video for $45 US dollars extra.
I felt safe during the entire experience, which was even better than I had imagined.
We could see turtles and fish from the highest point.
Afterwards, the guides were very relaxed about us staying at the resort beach, even though it wasn't our hotel, and we swam in the crystal-clear water for over an hour without feeling rushed at all.
I also really appreciated the tour company reaching out to me before the trip to confirm the address, time, and where to meet.
Not all the companies in Mexico have communicated well and this company really made it fun and easy.
All in all, this tour was nothing but great. Thank you for a magical last day in Cancun.

It was supper scary especially while 300ft up in the air realizing you are being held by this single thin robe. It was nice but wouldn't do it again. Too dangerous. Staff were very good and professional.

Made a reservation in the morning and my wife started having a panic attack. I booked it at 9:56am and sent and email an hour later to try to cancel; reservation was at 2pm. Contacted the company and I tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t without a medical note which I wasn’t about to go to a clinic or hospital in Mexico since I don’t speak the language. I didn’t get to experience it so that’s why it’s average. We watched a lot of parasailing in the actual ocean so I would have rather done that anyways. Never got a call to confirm if we were going or not after.

Great experience if you’re looking to see the water from above. I was expecting it to be more scary, accelerating however it was very relaxing and peaceful. Loved it! The only thing I would have loved to know is that you go as a big group and there’s only one parasailing per couple. You do have to wait until is your turn and until everyone is done to head back.

I had a great time parasailing! I'm traveling alone but the staff were able to accommodate me by having me ride with the photographer. I thought it would be scary but it was actually a very gentle ride.
