Fernando and company on Samba 3 were so much fun and friendly! The service was exceptional and remembered everyone’s names all day. We rented a golf cart (signed up on the catamaran) and felt that it was the safest, easiest and non-pressure way to do it!

While the staff were lovely, and we're grateful for the opportunity to travel to Isla Mujeres by catamaran, here to manage expectations. The boat is on the smaller side with 30+ people, so you'll get cosy with strangers. There was a huge mix of people too - young children, lads looking to get wild, a newly married couples like us. We absolutely loved snorkelling and saw turtles, a stingray and gorgeous fish. Unfortunately the buffet was inedible (Ice Bar) - meat sitting out for hours, barely any salads, nothing fresh or labelled and no proper drinks were served (even non-alcoholic as I don't drink!). We would recommend the company find a venue downtown and go straight there to maximise time exploring the island. Overall, definitely worth booking but don't expect a relaxing or romantic afternoon (go private if that's more your thing).

We opted for the pick up which made check in extremely smooth! the cat was big enough not to feel crowded & crew is amazing. quick snorkel stop then off to the island for lunch & we opted to purchase the gold cart rental (great move, we had plenty of time to cruise the island). Drink on the boat were never empty so plan your dinner reservations accordingly because you are walking off tipsy but happy. Our 15 year old enjoyed this too & the kids on the boat had a great time.

The experience was amazing! From the minute we were dropped off at the pier to the minute we were brought back to our resort. Xabier was our guide and was so great. Actually, all the people on the boat made sure we had a great time. They did photos for us, too!! The sea was a bit rougher than we would’ve liked, so the snorkeling was definitely a workout. Overall, this was a very great experience and we woukd definitely recommend.

Staff was great! Thanks Alex and crew. Beautiful day with sun and rain. It was awesome. Snorkelling and island were just ok, but you can’t beat the catamaran trip.
