I visited Cancun and this...

I visited Cancun and this was by far my favorite excursion me and my husband did! Our guides carlos and manuel were kind and patient and photograher itzel was amazing! My husband was pretty nervous as he is not a swimmer and they reassured him and made us feel safe. We weren't allowed to bring phones which was explained to proect the reef and completely understandable. We didn't get to see turtles but we did see some wildlife like stingrays and various fish, I would definetly do this again!

Our guide was Noel. You were so professional and speak Korean so well, you were the best guide!!! I totally recommend the jungle tour!!! First of all, what can I say about the snorkeling, it was the absolute best!!! I saw a turtle and a crayfish too, hehe Noel is the best!!💖💖💖

Very happy with the organizers

I had a great time, the warriors Harry, Eric, and Alex were incredible, they gave a special touch to this tour, and my guide Angel, I am very grateful for his patience and dedication, he made me feel calm and comfortable at all times, the photographer Arturo too, I think it is not easy to take good photos when we are all moving and he did it incredibly. Because of all of them I will recommend that tour

Highly Recommend!

Great experience. I highly recommend doing this one. It was absolutely perfect. First we got on the boat and took a short ride to the snorkeling spot. We had about 20 min in the water and saw some cool sculptures. It was the perfect amount of time. Then we hopped back on the boat and the drinks were flowing. We went to a beach club with a buffet which was mid but we weren’t there for the food anyway. We laid in hammocks in the water and went to the ice bar which was so nice to cool off in. We were there about an hour and a half. Then we got back in the boat and went to playa Norte. We went shopping and hit the beach. There for about 2 hours. Again, the right amount of time. Took a boat back to the marina. We made friends with other couples and it was a great time. We got to see everything that was on my Isla mujeres checklist and were well taken care of. Our tour guide, Giovani was awesome!! STAR 5 crew!

Highlight of our trip!

Great, private yacht ride and service. Highlight of our family trip. Ansellermo, Gabriel & Samuel are the best and service was exceptional. Don’t want to forget the chef who did a great job with lunch! Loved the jet ski, drone footage and that blue Caribbean sea. Picture perfect. Fantastic team. Felt like royalty!

This experience was fantastic! Our guide was Santiago and he was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. He has even done some recent surveying of the area for his masters! His English was very good. I have never kayaked before but he gave us a quick lesson before entering the water and kept things at a slow and easy pace for us. We made a few stops on our way round to discuss the ecosystem and wildlife. This was so informative and a really nice touch to just experience how still and serene the lagoon was. Santiago took plenty of photos for us and sent them all over at the end. This was including the wildlife, so we could focus on enjoying this activity. We had a brief pause halfway round to have a snack and some water but the whole experience was well paced. We saw plenty of birds and some fish. We were given the option to kayak through the mangroves too which made the experience feel very unique. I would definitely recommend applying insect repellent, even if you are wearing trousers or a long sleeve shirt and we did get bitten a lot, even with longs and insect repellent on. We would definitely recommend this experience.

Very good excursion

I really enjoyed this tour. The activities in the cenotes were amazing, although just visiting them was very valuable (especially the beautiful closed cenote!). Many thanks to Joel, our cameraman, and to Beto, our guide, who filled the entire trip with authenticity and gave us the courage to go "Spider" on the zip line. By the way, great soundtrack! A hug!

Amazing excursion

Really fun!! Don’t go if it’s windy

It was really fun I had a blast at first then the wind picked up and it felt like it was gonna turn on the side and was scary for my first time parasailing and had them land a little earlier than supposed but now i think it was hilarious how I was scared and would do it again lol
