We had an amazing snorkeling experience thanks to Olaf and Cornelio! From start to finish, everything was well organized, safe, and fun. They were incredibly knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable in the water, and took the time to point out so much marine life we would have missed on our own.
Their energy and professionalism really stood out, they made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. You can tell they truly care about what they do and about giving people a great time.

Great experience. Carol and her team were amazing. We saw so many fish and turtles and even with kids (3, 5 and 9 yrs) we got into the sea and snorkelled over the coral reef

Amazing snorkelling tour! The guides were amazing and knowledgeable. I loved that they cared so much about the preservation of the reef. Olaf was so patient with me as I’m not the best swimmer. 2 hours was just enough…and man I was tired after. We saw sea turtles, barracudas, and a manta ray!!!! Tons of colourful fish and amazing coral structures. Cannot recommend this enough.

The guides were professional and the experience was amazing. We got on the boat on schedule and the ride to the spots we got in was smooth.
We had 2 guides but we were mostly with Carol, a marine biologist, who was amazing! She was helpful in pointing out where to see wildlife and making the adventure educational. It was our first time snorkeling and we would love to do it again with them! Thank you so much to Carol and the crew.

Great time. I’m not the best swimmer, but Olaf and Cornelio did so much to make me feel comfortable. Both were very patient and were there every step of the way. Jose was there too. I recommend bringing some medicine for sea sickness so you don’t throw up like me

The 2 hour excursion is a really efficient way to see abundant see life. We saw a large sting ray, multiple turtles and lots of fish. The crew was friendly and did a wonderful job guiding us to maximize seeing the marine life. Highly recommended!

We went on this snorkel trip with our small children (4 and 7). Even though we fell behind (Omar and Olaf) ensured we saw fish and sea turtles and they hauled the 4 year old all around the sea on a life buoy when she decided not to snorkel. We can’t recommend them enough.

Perfect for a 2 hour experience - just snorkeling. No shopping, tequilla tasting, lunch, or waiting on straglers for the bus. Easy Uber ride from resort. Enjoy Puerto Moralles at our leisure.

The location was great and the underwater life we saw was pretty amazing. We saw two beautiful sea turtles among other exciting things. Our tour really was not safe because they took us out while it was raining and lightning. With lightning in the sky we should not have been on that boat in the water. We have been on many snorkel trips and from an organization and guide standpoint this is my least favorite. The guides don't give you much time in the water, quickly following fish and leaving everyone behind. It wouldn't have been much of a problem if we were the only group out there but it was hard to keep up with the group because he kept moving quickly. You can't have your face in the water and also see what your guide is doing at the same time. Everything was very rush rush rush.

Richie and Omar made everyone on board fell welcomed, safety and equipment was spot on with long sleeved tops available for the snorkel trip. Toilet and showers by the jetty. Two drops on the reef and so much to see. Great experience .

We arrived to the dock about 15 minutes early, and then waited until 5 minutes past our start time before we heard anything from the team. Another family was there with us and had to ask around to find out that their boat had broke, and they were late because they had to move the equipment to a different boat. They ended up maybe 15 minutes late. These things happen, but it would have been nice if they had messaged us through whatsapp or viator. Then, we got in the boat with the other family, and they left the dock before the very young children had life jackets on, and one of them didn't know how to swim yet. When we got our to our spot to snorkel, they didn't teach us nearly anything about snorkeling itself before getting in the water, or warn us that the coral in these waters can be quite sharp. Had to find that out from a scuba instructor later in the week. Later when we were in the water, the currents were quite strong which is to be expected to some degree. However, our tour guide was swimming quite quickly and at one point, a woman from the family couldn't keep up or make much of any progress against the current. The tour guide was oblivious to this and continued forward. She ended up having to swim back the way we came to get on the boat. Our tour guide didn't realize until we got back on the boat that he had lost her, nearly 15 minutes later. While we did see a handful of wildlife, I wouldn't recommend this particular tour to anyone for the safety concerns.

I don’t know and what happen this day we ask for all the group who was the guide that day and we don’t know and is so different then we make the tours we care the coral we care the customers in all different situations and looks so bad when we all we want is just make the beast day to everyone thanks for the comment and we try better and better every day sorry that happen and only I can says is thanks to choose the tour we us we try to do better next time

Jose ran the trip even though I was the only passenger - it was an awesome experience! He pointed out barracuda, dove to show me conch, and made sure I had the best time.

I love spending time in the ocean, and when I found myself with a half day to myself while on a family trip I jumped at the chance to go snorkeling in a new-to-me location.
Pre-trip communication was solid. The evening before I got a message with detailed instructions for where to meet. I go to the pier, they found me, and I boarded the boat right away. We went out with only three passengers. Everyone spoke both Spanish and English which made communication a breeze. The love and respect they have for the reef came through loud and clear in both their words and their actions.
This tour involved two stops, both very close to the shoreline which maximizes the amount of time you spend in the water. Within a minute of jumping in our guide had located a turtle. As we were the only swimmers in the area all three of us got a great opportunity to observe a slice of turtle life, watching it munch on grass and swim up to breathe air from the surface.
The second stop is when it struck me how incredibly lucky I was to get the opportunity to peek at this underwater world. I've snorkeled in many many places and I have never seen such beautiful coral as I did off Puerto Morales. It was literally like swimming through a salt water aquarium. Everywhere you looked there were schools of fish swimming around in formation while others darted in and out of the coral. At one point I watched a group of three barracuda lazily swim by just a foot from my face. The variety of wildlife was better off Isla Mujeres, but the setting of the reef off Puerto Morales cannot be beat.
When we were finished for the day and heading back to the dock all I could do is sit there in silence trying to process the beauty I had seen. It was so overwhelming that I almost asked to book their next tour and go right back out. Too bad I had to meet up with my family at a specific time.
This was a great crew who went out of their way to make sure their passengers had a solid experience. I will for sure go out with them again in the future.

now buckle up for my review. I did not take this trip due to bad weather but here’s my issue.
Day of tour it was storming really bad. I was told everyone has canceled but he could still take me. i was at the port at a shop and it was really bad and not safe in the water. i mean no one swam in the water for the chunk i was at the shop which was from 8-5pm. I’ve been snorkeling for 6 years and i’ve never had anyone still offer to go out during weather as bad as it was. My parents went out to dive that morning and had a really tough time with the currents. if you don’t know under water the currents are less bad than the surface so if under water is bad you could imagine the surface. Still at this point i had no issue until i asked for a refund.
Now this is why im leaving my review. When i asked for a refund i did text around midnight. That is on me. I have a habit of forgetting and just texted so he could see as soon as his business hours started.which im not sure what they are. I was not aware it was his personal number. Granted he did reply at 1 am. He did get extra points for that he went out of his way to reply . Heres the issue.When i asked for the refund he tried to convince me it was my choice to reschedule and that the weather was not bad and that it was safe. It was storming for hours ,coconuts were falling off the trees , trees were bending with the wind and puddles so deep it covered entire car tires.Still not my issue. He was then so rude once i asked for a refund. I was not even rude to him and he was basically calling me money hungry or took the refund as if i was out to get him. He was aggressive , smug and rude through text. I still was not rude until it continued i did call him a name like “paw paw” i can admit. He was even rude replying to me saying thank you. He was extremely argumentative. granted he did give me my refund but he continued to try and argue with me and when i stopped replying he said “now you happy and not reply lol” “i see what kind of person you are “as if i was money hungry for asking for a refund for something he came to me first and said everyone canceled. He then kept being combative.
i’m not sure how the tour is but his customer service and how rude and argumentative he was really gave a bad vibe . My review is not to steer you away because i do not know how the actual tour is, but do book with a grain of salt . In my opinion and from my experience talking with him he’s got some issues he needs to figure out if he’s going to run a business.

Ok she don’t go snorkel I don’t know her she want money back and I give her money back , even she change the day 40 minutes before the tour because is rain I and change the day but the she don’t want to come when she change day so she text me at midnight of course is no my personal number of course is more important the business number so I am always answer she was no nice I try to tell her just I don’t understand person every one know my comments what person I am so if person put a bad comment when she don’t know me and don’t come to snorkel text me at midnight and she is no nice person I am sorry she don’t do the tour but was just because she don’t want to so careful with her if she is around other business

The highlight of our Mexico trip. Olaf and Omar were amazing guides and we saw all sorts of sealife. The reefs were stunning and it was awesome having a more personalized tour. Couldn’t recommend it enough and we will be back!

10/10 experiences. I’ve snorkled in many places in Cancun. But this one is the coolest.
This place is the best because I saw so many different type of fishes. I saw nurse shark too! The guide also can help you get transportation to the activity and back. 10/10 operator. And 10/10 snorkeling such nice different types of fish. I cannot recommend enough. Do it. Guide is very good to. He will help you during the snorkel if you need and it’s a small group so most likely just your group

We booked the experience literally 1 hr in advance and hopped in uber to Puerto Morelos. The staff was right at the drop off and greeted us. Renzo and Olaf were super knowledgeable and even their boss was really nice. The reef was stunning and we even saw 4 giant turtles hanging out, having some snacks. The water was super warm and life vests help you maneuver a bit easier in the waters. 10/10 experience for us. And now I have a new core memory of a beautiful experience in Cancun.

What a wonderful experience! Our family had an unbelievable time and were so taken care of! We spent 2 amazing hours on the reef in two spots. The guides found two sea turtles and hundred of beautiful tropical fish while being very initiative and pleasant. Thanks to Olaf, Noel and Reno for a truly memorable adventure.
