My friends and I had an awesome experience with Jorge and his team. They all were helpful at explaining the mechanics of the jet ski and made the process quick and easy. He also gave us an extra jet ski despite me booking the wrong date. The marina was also very quite and not wavy which was perfect!

Amazing staff and very friendly. The owner, George is extremely personable. The jet skis are new and are super fun. The lagoon is quaint and great for jet skiing as the water Is warm and there isn't much traffic.

We had an amazing time! It was our first time riding jet skis, and our guide Jorge made it so easy and fun. He was super informative, patient, and made sure we felt completely safe before letting us open it up and have a blast on the water. The location was beautiful, the water was crystal clear, and everything was well-organized and professional.
They also had a photographer offering drone videos and photos for $75, which was totally worth it incredible memories! There’s a $14 dock fee, but it’s not bad at all considering the experience.
Highly recommend this activity for first-timers or couples looking for a fun, memorable adventure in Cancún. We’ll definitely be back next trip!

The equipment was heavily used and none of the gauges/instrument panel worked. About halfway through the ride the jet ski died and would not restart. I had to send my wife back to the shore to get someone while I floated aimlessly for 20 minutes. When they arrived, they were quick to diagnose the issue (a fuse) and get the jet ski back up and running. It was unclear in the booking that the ride would be limited to the lagoon side as well and we would have liked to have had access to the ocean.

I texted the owner before arriving to ask if there were lockers but never got a response. I tried calling the number but it wasn’t working. There’s no secure location to leave your belongings. We noticed the other guests put their stuff in the life jacket bin, which is probably still accessed while you’re on the water. I ended up leaving without doing the jet ski because I’m not leaving my phone, wallet with my ID and cards, and pesos in a life jacket bin on a dock.

First- if you’re staying at a resort save yourself an over priced taxi ride and either Uber or call your own taxi don’t take your resorts taxi- we paid 2x with the resort taxi. Next, once at the marina the process is simple. Jorge takes the time to explain how to use the jet ski so if you have never done it no need to worry. The whole process was easy, and the jet skiing was a lot of fun! If you go with your partner even if you book one jet ski you can change drivers half way through! The best excursion we did on our vacation!

This was so much fun! We book the jet ski for 1 hour which was more than enough time! The guide was great. He explained how to operate the jet ski, gives you the key, starts the clock and you’re off! Don’t lose the key or it will cost you $400. Great experience 10/10
