This Sunset cruise was the highlight of our trip to Cancun. We didn’t realize when we booked this experience that it was the evening of the “Blood Moon” It was a perfect evening to enjoy this once in a lifetime event. Special thanks to Arturo and the whole crew. They kept us entertained and the drinks flowing. The food was good too.

The crew was wonderful. We didn’t have to do anything. They brought you drinks as soon as your drink was empty and delivered food to you. It was a little windy and cool after dark, so I would recommend a light jacket. Wonderful and relaxing experience❤️

We were picked up late which I think contributed to us missing the sunset. Unfortunately it happened, but the cruise was fun and the people on the boat were a lot of fun as well so that made up for it.

Overall this was a good sunset cruise. My wife and I have taken many of them. We wish the boat would have turned around sooner to be able to enjoy the sunset longer.

Company came and did not call the phone number on file. There were so many emails the pickup time was lost among the information. All of my other tours called if we were not at the meeting point on time. The Viator app did not have the correct pickup time, just the tour time. Very disappointed in the company. Also heard there were other parties not picked up that week.

Overall good experience! Transportation was 5 minutes early, no hiccups. Excursion lasted almost exactly 2 hours, beautiful sunset. Drinks watered down but were passable. Food was basic meats, veggies, fruits, very good. Great music selection, lively atmosphere. Boat was “comfortably crowded” - every passenger had a seat, but there were roughly 20-30 on board. Photos were slightly pricey, but crew ended up offering nearly a 55% discount for 7/10 photos quality. Be prepared for increased Viator docking fee - other agencies only need their customers to pay $5, but I had to pay $10 per ticket, so I was lucky to have grabbed an extra $20 on the way out the door. Overall - great option for a short excursion with super friendly crew in a beautiful area.

Luxury is a stretch. The staff was excellent though. Drinks were OK, my partner liked them more than I did. Also, the snacks/charcuterie board was basic for the price.

If you are ever seasick, bring something to help! Sheba took excellent care of me. Otherwise it was such a lovely experience. I enjoyed myself even feeling queezy. Gracias amigos!!

Water was a little rough but the sunset was beautiful. The boat was steered so that everyone, no matter where they were on the boat, could see the sunsetting in different times. The charcuterie tray was ok. I would have liked more crackers.

I did this as a solo trip & had the best time. Everything was well coordinated, between the pickup driver and sailing team. The boat was well-kept, with music playing and an open bar. The food is basically charcuterie (shrimp, cold cuts, cheeses & spreads). Daniel was amazing and brought all the vibes, and of course, the sunset over the blue water was magnificent.

If you are going to call it a sunset tour you should probably turn the catarman around so we are able to see it at dusk. Also, the photographer could do better on pictures taken. Our photos had the peoples knees behind us, background of the people, make take photos of us when the sun is going down. Also, for food options I think it would be easier for chips and guacamole or more fruits.

DO NOT BOOK!! Don’t get me wrong the sailing itself was beautiful and the crew was very nice, but the transportation to and from was HORRIBLE! Our driver was 15 min late, we then proceeded to sit on the side of the road for another 30 min waiting for another van to bring us passengers, so we ended up being late and started the excursion late and the crew didn’t make up for the missed time. When we left we were told we would be dropped off at 9pm, but didn’t arrive back until 9:45pm and missed our dinner reservation we planned for. Very unorganized and the transportation ruined the actual experience

Very beautiful, I didn't realize there was going to be a photographer to take pictures of you. It was $20 USD for one picture or $60 USD for all of them so I picked to have all of them. Would definitely do this again!

Sailed all the way to Isla Mujeres and back. Snack was better than expected and lots of variety. Drinks were readily available and the crew did outstanding.

Took my fiancé on this cruise for his birthday ! The cruise itself was nice. Only complaint we had was the charcuterie board. My boyfriend is a vegetarian and we just expected more cheese and crackers ! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! The drinks were good !

Awesome cruise! Unfortunately, I got sick at no fault to the cruise line. I was dehydrated and did not eat. Ivan was attentive to my needs. He was so kind, considerate and compassionate, and it was helpful to have someone of his knowledge at such a difficult and unfortunate time. My family took lots of photos and shared that the music and food were all great! They shared that seeing the sunset was the best. I will make a point to do a repeat on my next visit. Thank you Ivan for your kindness and compassion at such a difficult time. It will never be forgotten.
