We had such a good time. The staff was very helpful and informative. We were nervous about taking off and landing but it really was much smoother and easier than I imagined. We saw SO many turtles overhead and the weather was just perfect. I’d highly recommend this excursion to others.

I had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend I am typically scared of heights, but this was the best view of Cancun and also seen the sea turtles was the absolute best. The staff was amazing and my pictures and videos were great as well.

It’s such an amazing experience. The view and the sense of freedom/flying is surreal. I only wish the flight was longer. I need to add that I felt safe through the entire experience. The staff members were professional and friendly. I plan to go again!

Very nice crew . It was about 20 min parasailing. Enjoyed view from up, was lucky to see turtles from top as well.

Our pick up time scheduled for 07:15 am. After I texted multiple times they responded at 07:23 am and stated that they are notifying me in advance that due to weather they have to cancel. We were waiting outside ready to go and they notify us after I text.

Trip ruined : would not recommend this operator

Payment was taken and the parasailing reservation was confirmed, but no one showed up at the scheduled time and there was zero communication from the organizer or Viator. As a result, my entire day’s itinerary was disrupted, and I had to cancel three important excursions that were planned around this activity. This was not a minor inconvenience—it significantly affected my travel plans and wasted a full day of my trip. This level of unreliability and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a prepaid and confirmed booking. I would not recommend this operator.

It takes a long time to start 1-1.5hrs. But worth the wait. Awesome experience closest to flying that I have got. Beware of docking fees which is extra on top of regular price. The staff is very nice, they were on time and even dropped us at Ultramar.

Was never picked up was told that I had to meet them at a hotel that was 20 minutes away from our pick up

I liked this experience it was nice but be sure to double check with the company about the timing of your activity. We booked for 5 pm on the same day we arrived to Cancun in order to allow for any disruptions that can cause delays. We were actually picked up for the activity at 3 pm and we completed the activity before 5 pm. I wish they would’ve let us know more in advance so we could’ve planned our day better.

Parasail Cancun was very professional and on time. They told us that my appointment was canceled due to the weather and they informed me from a reasonable time frame that I can come anytime before 4:30 and I can still ride. Got there by 4:00pm and I was in the air for more than 13 minutes!!!! It was fun! I didn't feel rushed at all!

Our experience was great! They did free pick up from your hotel/resort and or Airbnb. Our start time was 2:30pm. We actually started early and got done at 2:30 instead. Everyone was polite. Ride time is 10 minutes. The ride was smooth and a good way to view the water and city.

Do NOT Book!!!!!! Scammed us

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! They scammed us out of 69 usd saying it was for the photo package including 1 video from the go pro. We paid and never receivedanything. We went parasailing on August 3rd 2025 and it is now August 5th, we still haven't received anything. DO NOT BOOK!!!!

This was a bit scary at first. I recommend doing this with another person because you need weight to parasail. But once you get into the air it’s a breeze both literally and figuratively. Got some really cool pics with my Meta raybans.

It was fun. Make sure you’re in the hotel lobby at the time they say don’t wait for them to call you. We missed our ride there but got it on the way back. But we basically had to Uber to the meeting spot.

I booked the excursion on Viator, it was super easy, they had lots of different excursions. The staff at the parasailing excursion was super nice, friendly and explained everything thoroughly & spoke pretty good English, so that definitely helped.

needs to be less confusing

The parasailing experience is overall good. The sailing and flying is smooth and exciting. But they need to do a better job in being clear about the itinerary. I originally booked for the site at Playa Tortugas for 10am. But one day before they say the location is at Marina Punta Norte (which is 30 minutes north of Playa Tortugas) and Playa Tortugas is not operational. They also asked me to select the time among 8am, 11am etc. which is completely from the time I selected before. This completely disrupted my schedule and I had to make the changes. So I got up early the next day in order to make the 8am tour. But when I arrived, they say the time of the tour is at 9am. They should do a better job at showing the correct time and location when the trip is booked. If they fix this problem, this tour is still recommended. I also purchased the video and pictures from them. But the first link they sent me was problematic. The pictures are not complete and the video cannot play. It took several days of communication to get what I want.
