We had an amazing time on our boat ride! They were able to accommodate an extra hour and provided a stunning boat that was perfect for our large group. We stopped at Isla Mujeres and had an absolutely wonderful experience!

I cannot express how infuriated I am with Viator's deceitful practices. Having shelled out over $500 for a yacht rental that supposedly included snorkeling, imagine my shock when we were told upon boarding that snorkeling was off the table. Attempts to reason with Viator proved futile; they neither resolved the issue nor showed any willingness to refund our hard-earned money. I vow never to make another purchase with Viator. Feeling utterly robbed and betrayed.

Came to Cancun on a girls trip and we all pitched in for a private day on the water.. The weather wasn't ideal, but the crew took so much care to make the best of the day!! One of our friends had a little too mas tequila lol and the crew were so kind and made sure she was safe while the rest of us went into the water... So very pleased with the service from this company eventhough the conditions weren't great for the day.. Will be back very soon with my husband with hopes for better weather 💕

My nine friends and I did this yacht adventure to help celebrate five of us turning 50. We were known as the Fab 5 or Golden Girls. This yacht was the best part of our trip to Cancún. The boat was nice. The operators were friendly and helpful. Shouts out to Victor and Fernando. They were great!
We ordered catering as well and it was some of the best guacamole you've ever tasted.
If you are able, pay extra for the photographer. I promise you won't regret it. Adrian took the BEST pictures. The pictures you see posted to this review are NOT the ones he took. His were far better and worth every penny. He did magic on the camera.
Some of the ladies swam and did snorkeling too while some remained on the boat, ate or just chilled out.
The yacht, catering and photos were a bargain...especially if you had 10 people like we did. Even including all of the tips we gave to the operators, photographer and shuttle driver, it was still well under $200 per person for an afternoon of memories. I HIGHLY recommend this yacht tour. You will not be disappointed.

We originally booked this yacht but had to be switched bc of a malfunction which was fine. The “upgraded” yacht was ok. Food we ordered wasn’t the best. The cabin inside smelled of exhaust and was unbearable to sit and eat. But overall I guess it was ok.

I would like to mention that we don’t go out If master harbor issues port closed
The day of your trip the port was open our captains have many many years experience and we will never
Go out in bad weather conditions however weather can change any time
We don’t control Weather but we always check and send new reports to captains
About weather
I have spoke to the crew and crew mentioned to me They were receiving the new weather report even know the trip to the island is only 2 miles
We always stay cautious about whether that’s why you made so the captain reading I’m texting back to the operations control office

We had a group of 7 people and there was more than enough space for all of us. We brought our own alcohol and had the crew make us drinks. We anchored in two nice spots to hang out and swim around in. The waters were beautiful. The staff was so kind and attentive. Would 100% recommend for a fun vacation activity.
