This excursion was the worst one that we have ever been on. The snorkeling was like maybe 15 minutes in the water where every other boat was. It was so crowded that there was no way to see anything. The food was poor and the island we were on was filled with so many people and locals trying to sell way too expensive crap. Trying to get the boat back was a struggle and very disorganized. It truly was a waste of money! We saw more sea life in the ocean at our resort.

The crews are very friendly and funny! Worth the value! They offered soft drinks, tequila and cocktails; the staffs are very responsive. The pickup spot is a bit hard to find as there are multiple agencies in the parking lot trying to sell their products to you so need to follow their instructions closely

My wife recently hurt her back and although recovering is limited on some of the things that she is capable of doing (swimming and long walks being high on that list). When we go on vacation to a place where snorkeling makes sense, a snorkel tour is something we almost always book (we have done dozens between trips to Maui, Kauai, Florida, California and Mexico). Most of the trips are largely the same, you take a boat with a group of people, they tell you that you are in a great spot and then you jump in the water for an hour or two. On this occasion we booked this tour because it had a few things in addition to the snorkeling so my wife could enjoy the boat ride, the visit to Isla Mujeres and a few drinks. When we stopped ta the snorkel spot, our guide (Carlos, this guy is an absolute gem!) asked why she was not getting in the water, we explained the situation. With no pressure, offered a solution. The solution was to give her a life jacket and a floating life guard ring and that he would gently lead her around the snorkel area by pulling the ring. He did just that, so she got to comfortably experience the entire snorkel area. Then when we got to Isla Mujeres we already had a plan to rent a golf cart to see the island (the beach at the drop off is amazing and would be worth just hanging out there as well), Carlos offered to come with us and tell us about the island. We ended up getting a tour of the island and hearing about its history from him, it was a fantastic experience! I cannot recommend Carlos and this tour enough!

We had such a great time! The crew went above and beyond to make sure we all had fun. They accommodated to our schedules and let us book our excursion at a time that wasn’t typically offered. We truly appreciated all they did for us. I do want to let others know that 9 and under are not allowed to snorkel. We had a 6 year old with us and he couldn’t go snorkeling. I wish we knew this beforehand because they paid for him to go.

Everything was great! Antonio, Omar and rest of the crew were so accommodating and open to feedback! If you are not a strong swimmer, you may want to stay back and take pictures during snorkeling. The current is strong & this particular tour does not provide full bodied life vests, just a support belt that goes around the waist. This is not a negative reflection, just a heads up on what to expect. Ask questions!!! :)

Joel and the crew made the experience a good one. Catamaran sailing was nice although we had a full 20 on our trip so seating was a little more limited (but everyone could find a place to park). The drinks (alcoholic and water) and appetizers (guacamole and chips) seemed decent and the crew was great at making sure everyone was offered these. The snorkeling was ok (not great, not bad). The spot wasn’t as nice as the one we did the day before — lots of people happened to be there and the water was a little rough, heard if you do an early tour the crowds are less of an issue (we did an afternoon tour). The visit to the island was cool, two hours to see part of the island, which was enough time for us. We walked but some folks rented the golf carts.
Would recommend this trip.

This trip was amazing. The crew were so fun and friendly and really made the experience better. The snorkeling was great, and Isla Mujeres was a gem, and at no point was I disappointed. The boat was clean and large enough to feel comfortable with the amount of passengers we had. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

On the day of the excursion, we received an email from MomoGT saying there was a mechanical failure with the boat and they asked to postpone the excursion to another day or to get refunded. Monika was really helpful and kind, and she managed to move us to another boat for the same day for a full day in Isla Mujeres, but we had to reach Marina Sail at our own expenses.
The guys on the boat were very friendly and cheerful. The snorkeling was ok, we didn’t see many tropical fishes but we saw the underwater sculptures which were great.
Isla Mujeres beaches were really nice, a little paradise. I would have preferred to go to the town to see it as well. I would recommend it. Thank you.

6 of us, all crew members were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful both on the boat and the island. Good food and drinks on board and not overcrowded. Transportation was also great.

I was served a drink with the plastic ring of a bottle in it. I started choking and received no medical attention except from a friend in my group. Be careful with what you’re served and make sure to check twice!

And first of all we have not have any passenger in the moth of march with a Brenda´s name so probably you are writing in the wrong company. But I will reply as if you were really my customer.
first of all with what you got chokingin? when people drink alcohol they become like in a unstable behavior because after a while they don't know how to drink, as Im sure was your case when you were choking because of drink served.
Don't say incredibly bizzar things like the one you just wrote. Or do you think that the crew is so incapable that if they see that a passenger is in danger of DEATH, they will stay just like doing nothing and wait for the person just to die?. What your friend did and Im pretty sure ( since I was not there to see it, but this is what we usually do when choking with a drink ) it was palming you the back of your back, which if a guide had done,it right now you would have written THE GUIDE ABUSED ME AND HIT ME HARD ON THE BACK BECAUSE I WAS CHOKING BECAUSE OF DRINK SERVED. And for our tripadvisor readers. Between Cancun to Isla Mujeres, we have the coast guard that is there to help us in case of an accident and our crew has the radio to communicate with them. The captain drives our catamaran, but the coast guard have fast boats to be in place as soon as possible.

Crew was very friendly and helpful and drinks were plentiful! My only one (big) gripe is that the crew didn’t step in earlier to address an issue. On the way out there we had a young couple on the boat and the woman/lady was drunk and was grinding on her partner in front of everyone else (including 2 young children) and being very sexual to him. She connected her phone to the boats speaker (with the crews permission) and played her music which was very inappropriate (it had swear words and very graphic details in it). She was signing the swear words really loudly to everyone on board. The atmosphere on board the boat was not enjoyable at all. I felt the crew should have intervened as soon as it happened and asked her to stop and changed the music. They did ask her to stop after about 45 minutes but by that point I felt it was too little too late.

Great half day trip getaway. The boat ride was great! Snacks & drinks were provided and all the staff was very friendly! You get 2 hours on Isla Mujeres, which was perfect. The island is super crowded and you’re better off just walking to the beach where it’s less congested and peaceful to see. Staff recommended restaurants on the island. The seafood one was delicious, get the catch of the day. Sadly, we couldn’t snorkel because the tides were really strong and it wasn’t recommended as a first time experience. Overall, we had a great time!!

The crew was fun, very entertaining and engaged. Overall a decent experience but there is some not so great moments. Pick a day that is less windy, i personally didn't do the snorkeling since I saw the wind conditions and rough waters. Everyone that did, said they didn't enjoy it. Don't waste time renting golf cart on isla mujeres, it's packed and there's traffic so you waste time siting in the cart and barely time to eat or enjoy the beach and views. Also word of advise NEVER STOP WALKING, hagglers can't maintain a convo if you're on the move. Overall great views catamaran is fun.

Personally, you should not write and tell our future clients to CHOOSE A LESS WINDY DAY... unfortunately for NOBODY one has control over the weather, the sea, the marine currents... that is out of our control.
And about the Island... we are already entering 2023, what did you expect from the Island? that was deserted like 52 years ago? Just like in Cancun or any other TOURIST place, you will find people eager to see, enjoy and explore. I don't think it's fair that you express yourself in that way *** HAGGLERS *** those are the people who are on the Island working for a living selling or renting their services. How disrespectful of you to the people who get up to get their daily bread. I would give you less 1 star and not because you didn't like our service the Catamaran. is because you in the most disrespectful and almost racist way expressed about the people who WORK. They are not HAGGLER, they were working! the Island is not a fancy mall. Is an Island with People some times more some time less depending on the season.

The Island stop was fun but very busy ! Hired a golf buggy for an hour, good fun but very expensive at $60 per hour !! Would still recommend... The Tequila etc... was in plentiful supply on the boat !!

Loved it ! very friendly staff ! small group (about 11 guests, which was perfect for the size of the catamaran) good music, lots of cocktails. Isla Mujeres was great ! we walked to a small creek north of the island which was peaceful and beautiful. my only recommendation to the organizers would be to pick a different snorkeling spot as the one we saw was a bit too crowded.

Amazing experience! They were punctual and explained everything that was happening next. We were lucky enough to have the whole boat to ourselves (2 couples), and Jose’s drinks were superb!!! They were so patient with my brother who had to turn back during the snorkeling experience, and helped coordinate a golf cart for us when we reached the island. 5 star experience!! Will always book with them when we return.

The pick was about 40 minutes late from scheduled time, the tour and staff were fun but was charged $160 for pictures taken which I think is very expensive.

And we apologize to you, and you accept our apologies, this thing you're doing saying that we were late is not correct because we handled it as quickly as possible because of the repairs that are being done on the main road and we don't have traffic control, however you did arrive and did the tour without any problem and had fun with us.
And please Im going to explain once again, I do not have any type of participation as far as the pictures are concerned, I do not sell them, I do not offer them and I am not even with you on the catamaran, there are additional services that are not part of the Tour and I think that as respect for the excellent service that was given, complain about the photos with the right person, not with us who have nothing to do with it.

did this for my birthday and had a blast!! loved the catamaran sailing and snorkeling. however, I would say to be careful if you're not a strong swimmer cause the waves out near Isla Mujeres are a little strong. but the guides were great with bringing donuts so that you could hold on and swim along with them.
Our guide was Felipe and he was great as well as the rest of the crew. Everyone on the boat was very nice and accommodating, so would definitely recommend!
And don't have much to say about Isla Mujeres other than you need to visit it. That island is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed there for about 2 hours then sailed back.

What a pity that the Liar is you... and pretend you didn't know when Viator told you and the call is recorded where you knew that PICK UPS IN THE RIVIERA MAYA there is an additional cost of $20 dollars per person roundtrip.
What a coincidence that you did see the pick up time, and that you should have brought a towel and sunscreen, but you did not see the part of the additional cost that is written right next to the time.
It's a great shame that people like you want to be clever with one. We have the badge of excellence and you are not going to be able to remove it with your lies, and do you know why? because we work hard and we don't lie.

The catamaran cruise itself was great. The Isle of Mujeres was not. Narrow streets packed with cars, scooters and golf carts, wall to wall open air shops with locals trying to sell you something. Our meeting point after free time was Diamonds International. They sold "Cuban Cohiba Cigars"there. The salesman assured me over and over they were authentic. I should have done research in advance rather than afterwards. They were fake. The guy flat out lied to me. They also sell tequila and jewelry. I'd steer clear of that too. Go to the island, just not downtown.

About the Island we dont have the control over there And we regret the situation that happened there, really if we could do something about it we would do it but that is not our area, but what we can do is precisely this, show the place where they allow us to park the Catamaran show them this complaint so that they can take action on the matter.
