Pickup is included and optional. Pickup from Playa del Carmen is only available for the morning schedule. If your hotel is located outside our pickup area, a central meeting point will be recommended during reconfirmation. If your hotel is not listed, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel so we can arrange the closest pickup location and time. If your hotel or vacation rental is outside the pickup area, you will be asked to go to the nearest meeting point. Please check the list of hotels on the checkout page to confirm if your hotel is included among the available pickup locations. Pickup usually occurs up to 100 minutes before the activity start time, depending on traffic and distance from the park. Your exact pickup time will always be confirmed by one of our team members, so please keep an eye on your messages or phone.

It was a good and fun experience. I personally think that they should include lockers in the pricing considering that they force you to purchase lockers before ATV riding and they mention that water shoes are suggested because the cenote area is very slippery. It was just a lot of new information arriving there. Luckily, I didn’t show up empty-handed.

It was meh…..the “lunch” was not good. It was advertised like we were going to be given chicken fajitas but when we got there we were told it was either pork or veggie tacos. We could have paid $10 for chicken tacos or other tacos. The pork tacos were plain. The horses were beautiful but it wasn’t a 20 minute ride like we were told. It was more like 10 minutes going around in a circle. ATV riding was fun but rocky(we also had to spend 35 per person since it wasn’t included at first). We couldn’t bring our phones with us through out the tour and the pictures that they took were expensive! Zip lining was probably our favorite activity that day. Overall, some parts were okay but we didn’t really enjoy the lunch or the costs that weren’t known prior to the tour.

Horseback Riding and Cenote with a side of migraine

The horseback riding was great. The cables for Zip line were thin and I wasn’t comfortable with doing that activity. The grounds were lovely and overall the experience was good. The driver who took us was rude and played the music so loud my head hurt. We and others asked for it to be turned down a notch but he refused. He expected a tip for the migraine he gave everyone and was upset when he didn’t get one.

To be honest this place...

To be honest this place is a little of the grid. We went specifically for horseback riding and it was only 15 min at most. The cenote we decided nit to do because it was very small and didn't look clean at all.The zip lines were very short and not very high at all. The food was 3 tacos that was chicken mixed with what I think was black beans. You have to pay for something to drink. The staff was very friendly but this excursion was way overpriced for the quality of what you get. We paid $250 for a family of four and I would say a fair amount for this would be at most $25 per person. The area that it's at and the quality of the excursion I would have to give it a one star.

Had so much fun it was a great experience, the only problem I had was the driver that picks you up was driving crazy almost causing two accidents. The excursion was supposed to start at 1:30 but starts after 2:20pm because of all the pick ups on the way to the excursion and it ended at 7:40pm we had to cancel our dinner reservations

Awesome Experience Overall. The guides were very helpful and accomodating as we added ATV riding to the agenda on the spot. Our family had an amazing time on this excursion! The ATV jungle adventure, ziplining, cenote swim, and tequila tasting were all fantastic. It was my kids' first ATV experience, and the staff was so supportive in helping them enjoy it. Even my wife, who had never ridden a horse before, loved the horseback riding portion of the tour. Highly recommended!

Lied about the activities & very rude… 2 people got hurt really bad during the quad riding, they don’t have medical professionals and really did not care or help the people that where in pain. Also the horseback riding was 30 minutes but I only rode for 8 minutes. When I asked for compensation or the pictures for free ( they charge 50USD) they were ignoring me. DONT EVER BOOK HERE!!!

Activities were so fun, instructors were nice & cool Only cons as to why I wouldn’t come back, although the transportation is included, we had to sit for exactly 1 hour to get brought back home, & my group was just miserable waiting that whole hour & yes we’re outside of course so that’s what made it suck how we were ready to go home. Also, I got charged an extra 50 pesos for my pictures for “government fees” because I used a credit card, like wtf? They also charge $6 for lockers, you go anywhere else, lockers are included, they definitely know how to rip people pockets, like food & drinks I agree these things should cost, but a locker bro? Come on now. We had to keep constantly asking for the photographer when it was his job TO CAPTURE everyone’s moment. & the worst part, at the end, the hosts started asking for tips 🤣🤣, like pulled out his helmet & said to give if you’d like while we stood in a circle ready to go lol. That was so tacky, you don’t ask or beg for tips, it’s given by CHOICE, that moment was so weird & uncomfortable. All in all, there was a lot of waiting around for my group of 7, honestly, unorganized if you ask me.

Very disorganized and inaccurate description of length of activities

Totally disorganized. They group you with people who have some different activities which isn’t mentioned ahead of time. So they then say you can purchase that activity or wait around for 30 or 40 min. They also describe the horseback riding as 30 minutes but it was more like 15. What’s worse is that it took 30 min to wait for previous groups to finish which then cut into the cenote time so we ended up with 15 or 20 minutes while others that did not book horseback riding had almost a hour. So in effect we got punished for buying more activities.

My husband & I had a great time on this tour. Everything was very well run & the staff was friendly. Chris was our guide and he took good care of us. The zip lines weren't too high or too long, but still provided a thrill. The horseback ride was great for us as it was my first time riding a horse. The cenote was beautiful & has a spot for you to Cliff jump and rope swing. Definitely recommend this experience.
