My husband and I went on the dinner cruise for NYE/ my birthday and had so much fun! The staff is so attentive and kept our drinks full. The saxophonist was good and we had time for dancing on the way back to the dock. The food was fine- they grilled on the deck so you could watch if you wanted to. The veggies were cold, but that may have been because it was so windy that they couldn’t keep them warm on the way to the table. You could eat inside, but we chose to stay outside even though it got cold. They provided blankets and it helped a lot. We bought the pictures from the photographer- a cute reminder of NYE. They did a great job accommodating both Spanish and English speakers. Thank you for a fun time!

They let 14 drunk men( not couples) be drunk and be obnoxious. It ruined the whole night! You could not hear the music over there drunk rambling. Waste of money!!

I booked a romantic sunset dinner for two at Columbus. It was paid and I had the reservation number and the ticket too. We were ready to take off, but we were dealing with a rather unprofessional worker there. This stupid kid didn't let us get on the ship just because he didn't see the reservation number in his system. We talked to our Agency from Viator, he said no problem, he will refund the money, just buy the ticket there and we can board immediately. The captain said that there was no problem waiting for us, but this stupid kid gave him instructions that the ship could leave while we were talking to the agency on the phone together with this stupid kid, called Ivan.
They ruined my fiancee's birthday and our whole night.. worst Birthday and situation in our life.

When the booking was made you requested to be picked up at your hotel, however, this activity does not include transportation. Shortly after this was communicated throught Viator, the reservation was marked as refunded be them so no further action was taken.

Overall enjoyable experience. The saxophone player was really good and the host was good. The boat was very cute and the ambiance was excellent. Drinks were watered down so it’s pretty much impossible to get a buzz without ordering shots or glasses of wine. The food was good but not great so I wouldn’t really recommend the upgrade since it wasn’t the highlight.

Sergio, our tour master, was fun and very accommodating to our needs. Our alcohol and non-alcohol drinks were all unlimited. They served big portion of dinner. All the crews were attentive. The saxophonist is good. The trip is on time as scheduled. The place is clean. We enjoy the night. Sergio encouraged us to celebrate the night without hesitant with other people. Just have fun. Thank you Sergio and the crew. The time was not wasted. I wished to attach pictures but I was having a problem. Maybe later.

I was disappointed to be charged an unanticipated fee before boarding the boat. Additionally the wait time from time recommended we arrive was far too long and unnecessary. The cruise was enjoyable but when it began raining we were all packed below like sardines

Could do better with drinks my coke was completely watered down. Should include asking the wellness of the steak mine still had blood in some areas 🤮 it was seasoned though the part I did get to enjoy. I’d definitely do again. The host was amazing. Even if you had a prior argument after him there’s no way you’d still be upset with your partner. Great experience.

I booked this cruise under the pretense that I was getting the boat and experience outlined. For my 50th bday with 3 other couples we didn't get a sunset cruise as a matter of fact the boat that was on the brochure was broken and had been out of sail for weeks/months prior to my trip. They sent a replacement that was no comparison. Expecting a romantic sunset cruise. We did not leave until after sunset. It was not the image I expected sharing with my loved ones or turning 50. There was no apology or empathy. I would not take this tour again.

Pros: staff was great, friendly, excellent service. Boat ride was very pleasant. Nice views, etc. Dessert was good. Live saxophone player was nice.
Cons: was told to arrive at 5pm for 5:30pm departure. We didn't actually start boarding until 6:15pm or so, missing about 75% of the actual sunset. Food was cooked decently, but very bland. No seasoning or sauce on anything. (We had shrimp skewers, steak, mixed veg and half a potato)
A good time all things considered, but a bit over priced.
