This was my favorite excursion of our entire trip! We did the early morning session and had a wonderful time kayaking through the mangroves. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the local birds and was great at answering questions. Would highly recommend this one!

The guide was patient and knowledgeable. It was fun and relaxing-I really enjoyed it. Great way to spend 2 to 2.5 hours! I saw fish, a stingray, a variety of birds, and even a crocodile.

My daughter and I love kayaking, and this trip did not disappoint! Our lovely guide Christian was amazing with tons of information about the mangroves and the animals that live there. It was very immersive learning tour with plenty of time in the kayak to relax and explore the beautiful tunnels through the mangroves. We never felt hurried or rushed as we asked lots of questions and were searching for species of fish and birds. It was very relaxing, and the weather was beautiful! We have lots of great pictures thanks to Christian as well. Thank you for the vacation memories!

A unique experience kayaking through through the mangrove canals. Nice breezy workout. We did the 4pm slot and got to see a nice sunset over Cancun. Our guide, Jorge was very knowledgeable, patient & considerate.

The excursion staff did not show up. Stating that nothing was booked and scheduled. It was highly unlikely considering there was 3 bookings for 6 people that morning and each of us had an email confirmation the night before. Now I wait for a refund and 5 days later I still have not received a refund. Absolutely brutal. I wish I could rate this a zero!

Paid 200$ for a taxi to the meeting point and the guide didn’t show up, multiple people were at the meeting point waiting for over an hour.

Lovely experience - suitable for those who haven’t kayaked in a while and those who are experienced. Pace is gentle and we did see some wildlife (mainly birds) tucked away in the mangroves- felt like a quiet oasis even though it’s just off the main road! If you are doing the sunset option - highly recommend bringing mosquito repellent. Towards the end as we are disembarking the kayaks and putting them away - we were all bitten very quickly and quite a lot! It’s obviously a favourite place to wait for the tourists! Jorge was a great guide.

Different from all other popular excursions in Cancun in the best way possible! Quiet and relaxing 3 hours on the water among nature. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about local flora and fauna, and was very respectful of everyone and the environment.

We had a wonderful time with this guided experience. Don't need to be seasoned kayakers to enjoy. Our guide Christian was very knowledgeable and kept us engaged the entire time. What a truly special and memorable experience. The entire journey was so fun, from meeting the small group of a few other people, getting into our kayaks - which i shared with my partner - and of course, Jorgé was the friendliest and kindest and also knowledgable guide. We saw so much amazing wildlife including sting rays swimming under us, egrets, and we journeyed all through the mangroves. We paddled all the way to the lagoon and floated watching the sun set with everyone else being still and taking it all in, you could see on everyone’s faces how spectacular the evening had become. Jorgé was so kind and friendly and made sure we all felt comfortable safe, and were having fun. He is very well traveled across the world and had the facts and knowledge about our surroundings to back it up. if you are in cancun, even if you are staying far away, i would HIGHLY recommend you book this experience because it’s something you will be able to recall in your mind forever. Thanks for the fun time!

It was our first time kayaking and this was an amazing experience that made me want to go kayaking again in the future. Jorge was patient with us and helped one in our group find his groove to overcome his fears of it. All in all, an incredible and calming experience. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience especially for someone who doesn’t want to spend all their time sitting on the beach or drinking. The guys are knowledgeable, courteous and kind.
Ride on top kayaks, so bring/wear a swimsuit. There are bathrooms/ changing rooms. The guys recommend not taking any of your items with you as they could fall into the water and be lost or get wet. There is a storage area that they lock up if you’re ok with leaving your bag in there (we did and there was no issue. Wallets, cash, passports, ID, etc. It was a bit unnerving but we trusted that our items would be safe). Having your phone was nice but they do take a bunch of pictures of the group and send them to you.

We had a great time doing the tour at 4.30 pm to see the sunset.
Jorge was a great guide, really friendly and knowledgeable. The route itself was also very cool, going through the mangrove forests.

Generally boring. Too long. No info as described in description about birds and such. Multiple seat backs of kayaks didn’t allow you to stay upright. Rent your own kayak and explore

We sorry you didn’t enjoy our kayak adventure, we offer 2.30 to 3 hours to explore the mangroves with our guides, with this time you can record all the mangrove forest, the best schedule for birdwatching it’s very early at morning you choose out sunset schedule so you can appreciate the colors in the sky and yes observe some birds going back to their nest. Our kayaks are in very good conditions sometimes the strap in the seat gets loose but that’s something you can accommodate at the moment. Rent a kayak to explore by your self in the National Park it’s not possible, you have to go with a certificated guide.
Maybe the next time if you give us the chance we can show you the magic of the mangrove and if you are looking for birdwatching we can offer you 6am schedule.

This was a great experience for us!! Our guide Christian was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The mangroves are very peaceful and beautiful! Our tour ended up being just our family of 4 and so it was very personal. He took photos for us for no extra fee so we didn’t have to risk losing our phones or cameras in the water. I would highly recommend this!

Be prepared to put a little shoulder action into moving the kayak with your paddle. You will also see great scenery and wildlife! My tour guide, Christian was great…very knowledgeable and hospitable. If anyone had trouble with their kayak, he assisted them immediately and was glad to do so.
