Our lovely guide was Piña and he made our excursion a wonderful one. We were fortunate to be a small group so it was a very personalized experience. He was attentive and very informative. We had a great time. Piña, Juan and Miguel were the best. Definitely recommend.

We traveled to several snorkel spots. The crew made us feel safe. Our kids are 13 and 11, both had the time of their life. We saw many schools of fish and a beautiful sea turtle. It was a very special experience. Highly recommend.

We had great time with total snorkel. On time pickup and an almost semi private tour of 5 locations. Daisy made sure we had an amazing time and took time helping us explore the sites.

Snorkeling was so much fun! The guide was extremely helpful and calm, captain Barracuda drove the boat well and they even had an extra guide to take GoPro photos and videos. We got fantastic footage with the turtles and the many colorful fish around the reef, museum and shipwreck.

Amazing trip 100% safety in mind Kiki chewy and photographer(sorry forgot his name) 1st class the 3 of them everything about experience perfect not too long but a lot covered in the time would definitely recommend

Very knowledgeable and caring staff, made sure everyone was safe and got to see all there was to see, even though currents were strong. The boat was handled well and found great sites easily and quickly.

Overpriced and overly rushed and hustled , nickeled and diced
Our guides and captain were very friendly- it isn't their fault. But at almost 400 dollars for 2 adults and 2 young kids....not worth it. And if you want the photos and videos, extra 80 US dollars

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The tour took us to five stunning spots — a cenote, a shipwreck, the underwater museum, and beautiful reefs where we saw two marine turtles and plenty of marine life.
Our guides, Daisy and Charlie, were fantastic — so kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They knew exactly where to go for the best sights, and the transportation was smooth and right on time.
Everything was well organized and unforgettable. The only thing to note is that the photos and videos offered were a bit expensive, but overall, this was an incredible experience we would absolutely recommend!

This was so much fun! We saw lots of turtles and fish, and they take you to some really interesting spots including the cenote and shipwreck. Daisy, our guide, was great and super helpful with the gear, she even had a perscription set of goggles I could use. Juan was our fearless captain, and Manuel captured some fantastic footage and photos. Thank you all! Would definitelly do that again. Makes for a fun couple of hours.

What an amazing day!! The snorkeling was so cool - I absolutely loved being able to see the shipwreck and some underwater statues.
Daisy and Emelio were incredible. My daughter was a little scared, but he was so patient and was able to get her to jump in. She absolutely loved it.

Beautiful ocean wildlife. Choppy water so be ready to swim hard from time to time. Awesome staff. I was super tired afterwards, but definitely a core memory. If you have experience snorkeling you’ll do just fine. If you’re new to snorkeling it’s still a great time, just be ready to drink some salt water haha

Very professional and well-organized. We were 8 people including my older mom and three kids (6,7,11). Chuy was our guide and he did a wonderful job meeting everyone’s needs and making sure we all had fun. The transport to and from the hotel was air-conditioned and very comfortable. The bathrooms at the dock were nice and even had a shower. I wouldn’t recommend necessarily bringing a towel for each person as you return mostly dry. There is a place on the boat for your stuff that will stay dry so no need for a locker.

This was our first experience with snorkeling and we loved it! Daisy (our guide) and Captain Juan made sure we had the best experience possible. Daisy was very reassuring and helpful, and gave us suggestions throughout the trip to help us snorkel better. If you don’t want to dive below the surface, everything could be seen quite well from the surface of the water. They were able to provide a mask with corrective lenses since it isn’t possible to wear glasses with the mask.
Do be aware that the time you choose is the time you start snorkeling, so pickup from the hotel will be about an hour earlier. We were picked up right on time and the transportation was very convenient.
We spent about two hours on the boat and snorkeling, and about four hours total including transportation to and from the excursion. I loved that the excursion took only part of the day, leaving us lots of time left to relax at our hotel. (We went to Chichén Itzá the day before and that was quite long, so we wanted a shorter day.)
I would recommend a rash guard or swim shirt for the later tours, since you shouldn’t wear sunscreen in the water to protect the corals.
I think this is such a great tour, especially for beginning and intermediate snorkelers. (I think someone very experienced or advanced might want something longer and more difficult, but it was PERFECT for us.) It was amazing to get to see the ocean life up close and I loved getting to experience this part of Cancún!

Me and my husband went here on our honeymoon for our first ever experience snorkeling. It was amazing. Chuy, our tour guide, was the BEST as well as the rest of the crew. So much fun! If you are new to snorkeling this is the one to book. They take you to the perfect spots to see corals, under water sculptures, turtles, and more. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Transport was also included and they made it so easy to get there safely.

Went to 4 different locations and had a good amount of time to explore each. Shout out to Pineapple for being a great guide! Also to the crew for being very helpful when I got a bit seasick at the last stop :)

They wouldn’t allow my daughter on the trip because she is recently pregnant. We were at the gate for the boats and had to find our way back to the hotel. They tried to talk our party of 8 to go without her and leave her at the dock for 4 hours by herself. Viator wouldn’t refund our money even though we didn’t take the trip.

My husband and son went on this snorkeling adventure and had an amazing time. They saw a lot of great sea creatures, fish and turtles. They made great memories and we got wonderful pictures. This was only 10 minutes from our hotel, so it was not a long bus ride like some tours.

We snorkeled to 4 spots . Our guide was friendly and attentive and made sure we felt safe and saw everything that was offered . Saw few turtles and we were able to stay there and watch them for awhile. Our guide was extra helpful as I had a younger child that was nervous so he attached a float to himself and tied her off to him to make sure she stayed close and felt more secure with the raft

omg AMAZING. we swam with the turtles, stingrays, so many fish. pufferfish, barracudas, lobsters in crystal clear turquoise water-it was gorgeous. loved our tour guide Pina (pineapple), so friendly. photographer got so many beautiful shots and videos of us to remember (and show off) the magnificent moments.
i’ve been on many snorkelling excursions and this was THE best one, i don’t know how it’ll be topped

Excellent adventure! We got to see so much sea life and our guide was amazing! The boat captain and the photographer were also amazing! I would highly recommend this adventure. It is about 2-2.5 hrs. They have water available. You get back on the boat between stops and they give you plenty of time at each stop to see things. You can purchase pictures and videos when you are all done for $80 and I thought that was a great price for how many we received!
