The best tour guide we had in Egypt, we only wish we didn't book our other tours in advance so we could book Ahmed (Sassan) with driver, Amir, for all of our tours. They were on time, with water and VERY informative. Ahmed answered all our questions, and we had many, never rushed us, took SO many great photos. Great way to see Saqqara, Dahshur etc

I did the driver and audio guide option only. It was really good value considering you visit three sites that aren't otherwise easy to reach. I didn't get an audio guide, but my driver Mo was absolutely brilliant. He provided info about each site before visiting, he was super friendly, let me explore the sites at my own pace, no rush, no pressure. He was very nice and definitely enhanced the experience. Since I was by myself it felt like a private tour, really good value for money.

Good tour and great guide

I had a very good tour with our tour guide Eslam. He is very knowledgeable and takes good pictures at all the tour spots. He will tell you ahead of time which side has better views and what to see. I’ve learned a lot of about Egypt history from him. He is very professional and attentive, highly recommend him if you could choose your guide.

Absolutely Excellent Nile River Cruise and Entertainment Show

We had an absolutely excellent evening on the Nile River cruise in Cairo and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The entertainment was fantastic, with wonderful belly dancing and traditional Egyptian dancing that really brought the evening to life. The comedy show was amazing and had us thoroughly entertained, while the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The whole experience was a perfect combination of great entertainment, lovely food, and a beautiful setting on the River Nile. It was a wonderful evening from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Cairo. An absolute must-do for any tourist visiting Cairo! Don’t miss the opportunity to experience this fantastic evening of Egyptian culture, entertainment, and hospitality.

It really was an exceptional day - worth every penny!

What a wonderful day. Nevin our guide was fantastic and gave us a day which was exceptional. She picked us up on time, avoided all but the odd crowd and ensured we got some amazing pictures across the day. She seemed to know everyone who works across the sites and meant we were able to view or access areas with ease. We wanted to go inside the pyramid which took around half an hour to do and Nevin helped us purchase these extra tickets. It was quite challenging and gets very hot but well worth the experience. Having gone around the sites at Giza we went to the new museum and we were shown around here by Nevin also. At Giza we used the free shuttle bus to move between the sites. Along the way we stopped at a fragrance / perfume shop which wasn’t pushy and we enjoyed some Arabic coffee there too. We saw how papyrus was made, were able again to buy souvenirs without the push and got some nice things. We ate a falafel wrap on the go which was delicious and then helped ourselves to both water and fresh mini mangos, fresh dates and water that were in the car. We started the day with a pickup at 08:30 and got back to the hotel around 18:00. It really was one of those days I will look back on with very fond memories. Thank you so much Nevin for such a wonderful day.

I loved the experience! I absolutely enjoyed spending time in the boat, having Khaled as a tour guide and visiting all these magnificent places! The boat was clean and well maintained, the staff responded to any requests promptly, and they even organised a mini birthday celebration for my friend! Everything was great. The only thing is that on the last day instead of prioritising visiting the sights our tour guide took us to visit some overpriced shops, which was fine because it gave me an opportunity to buy souvenirs for my friends and family, but I would prefer to finish visiting all the sights first, and then go shopping. As a result we weren’t given enough time to visit the last temple because we had to rush back home as one of the people on our tourgroup had the bus to catch. Another thing is that on the same day we were taken to a super overpriced restaurant for lunch, we didn’t have a say in choosing the restaurant, the food there was mediocre, we weren’t even given a menu to order, and the end price turns out to be extremely expensive! The food we got definitely wasn’t worth it and it’s a bit upsetting as we trusted our tour guide (probably he gets a commission or something from this restaurant). However, I absolutely loved the personality of our tour guide, so can forgive him this :) as I already said, I absolutely loved the whole experience, and can’t wait to go back! I’m already planning to bring my husband on the same trip! All thanks to Khaled and the amazing boat crew;)

Great tour

The guide was polite and professional. He arrived on time and did a good job with the tour. At times, his English was a bit hard to follow, but he answered all our questions patiently. He also helped us with a camel, and we didn't get scammed. We were able to customise our tour as we pleased. Overall, I would highly recommend the tour.

A great day out

A fantastic day. My guide (Ibrahim) was extremely knowledgeable and helped piece together the history of the area. As a solo traveller I found it all very relaxed and timed perfectly. I didn’t have to do what I didn’t want. Just tell the guide what you want. Special thanks to our driver who got us there and back alive!
