I had a private transfer from Luxor to Hurghada with Ahmed and it was a very pleasant experience. The car was clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made the long drive relaxing. Achmed was friendly, professional, and drove safely throughout the journey. Everything was smooth and well organised, and I felt well taken care of. I would happily recommend Ahmed to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free transfer.

The driver and the guide Hassan was really good. Always helpful. Hassan has good knowledge about history and he is passionate. They stayed late until we finished the museum. Really appreciate it. It was great experience. The lunch was great too. Clean and nice place with great good. The vehicle was brand new very clean vehicle. It was a mitsubishi suv, very comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

We had the best experience with our guide, Mohamed, and driver, Rami. The operator, Mirette Tours, was extraordinary right from our first communication with them. They were super responsive on WhatsApp and answered our many questions. About a week before our scheduled date, they messaged us to confirm pick-up location and whether we wanted to make arrangements in advance for camel rides and entry into the pyramids. The day before our arrival in Alexandria, they sent us the name of our guide, his WhatsApp number, and the meet-up point. We arrived in Alexandria by cruise ship and met up with our guide and driver outside the cruise port gate at 7:00am, after walking past all the cruise excursion buses and over a bridge. Mohamed provided us with a photo of himself so we could easily locate him. The vehicle was perfect; a large 13-seater minivan for our small group of 5 + driver and guide, and the AC worked well. We headed off immediately, but our tour guide informed us that we would be stopping at a gas station near Alexandria Gate/Toll on the highway because the fog was too thick and the main road was closed until it cleared. We ended up waiting over 2 hours. Nothing could be done about this, and all the cruise ship buses were in the exact same situation as us. We, at least, had Mohamed explaining what was going on, a coffee shop, a bathroom, and the ability to walk around while waiting. Once the fog cleared, we were able to get to Cairo in about 2.5 hours. Mohamed let us relax, but also chimed in every once in a while to explain something along the road and to answer our questions. Our experience at the Pyramids of Giza was outstanding! We had a passenger with some mobility restrictions and Mohamed and Rami somehow managed to get permission for our vehicle to enter the pyramid complex so they could drive us directly to the various pyramids and stops. The camel rides went very well (4 of us at the same time; no scam!) and the experience going inside the pyramids was well coordinated (one of us went in, the others waiting 20 minutes with the guide). Mohamed knew what he was doing, and we appreciated how he always explained things, never rushed us, and interfered with local hagglers and security when needed. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The guided tour of the Egyptian Museum was also excellent, and we could tell our guide was passionate. Our "lunch" ended up being a dinner, since everything got delayed due to the morning fog, and we would not have had time to visit the museum if we went to lunch first. The restaurant was excellent. The selection of Egyptian food was good, and none of us got sick from it, which was one of our initial concerns about eating in Egypt. After our meal, it was past 7:30pm and we decided to skip going to Khan Al-Khalili since we were tired. It took over 3 hours to drive back to Alexandria from Giza, and we got back at 11:30pm. This was an almost 17-hour day; well worth it, but definitely exhausting. Overall 10/10 experience. Everything in the listing was accurate. Many water bottles were provided. Our guide and driver were extremely flexible and accommodating to our group. Thank you, Mohamed and Rami.

Ahmed is an experienced tour guide. Although we had stuck in traffic for more than an hour due to closing the highway. But we still got all the spots attractions experience. Nice arrangements and knowledgeable information about the history and rules. Excellent !!

Very nice tour of Alexandria. Tour guide & driver were excellent. Private car is the only way to go. Forgot tour guides name but she had extensive knowledge about Alexandria. Tour date was 10/04/25 at 11 a.m. She provided us with water & the restaurant she took us to was over looking the fishing boats & Med. sea. The lunch was a very pleasant treat with baked sea bass & the pita bread melted in your mouth. We felt very relaxed with them and they made our tour a great day. Thank you for great day. First let me say how easy it was to book a tour through Viator. Easy to search and reserve. Second, let me comment on JoJo Tours. They were very communicative and helpful in ads aspects, keeping in touch via WhatsApp. And saving the best for last. Driver Mr George and guide, Naelah, were a great team to provide a wonderful excursion from Alexandria to Giza. Both offered us date filled biscuits to enjoy along the way. Mr George drove like a pro in the crazy traffic. Naelah was so knowledgeable on the history of the pyramids and the various artifacts in the GEM. During the drive she shared diagrams of the pyramids with their entrances and tunnels. She was especially kind and considerate to my husband, who has difficulty walking any distance. She was very patient to wait on him and offer him a helping hand when he faltered. If you’re ever in Alexandria and need a private tour to Giza, do yourself a favor and book with Naelah through Jojo Tours and Viator. I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful day we had.

So I’m giving this 5 stars because of the support staff… the tour guide, his coworker and the driver. All were great. Everything was fast because, hey, it’s a group tour of something you could spend a week doing. The museum was amazing, and our guide (whose name I don’t remember, more on that later) was a wealth of knowledge. The lunch was great and the shopping was what I expected. I’m not a shopper. The one criticism I have was the lack of communication from the tour company. This is our first cruise and we didn’t understand where to meet the bus or our tour guide’s name, which is important because there were multiple Let’s Explore Egypt buses. We sat on the wrong bus for at least 30 minutes, and we asked if we were on the right bus about 3 times and were told yes. Finally they realized something was wrong and figured it out but it caused a delay for everyone. All of this was avoidable. So management, get yourselves together. If we received a simple note saying “go across bridge, meet your tour guide Amun” (not his name… I don’t think) we would have figured it out. Again, the tour was awesome. Logistics? Not very good.

We've had a pleasant trip that was organised by Here Egypt Tours. After booking, we received whatsapp communication from Bassant who provided us with all the information we needed. She connected us with our tour guide, Tarek Ibrahim, who was a very kind man. We took the overnight train from Cairo, so it was nice to be picked up by an air-conditioned bus at Aswan train station by Tarek. Over the next few days it was quite a busy tour - because there is so much to see. We left early in the mornings (preferring this) to see sites with less visitors, and having the afternoons open to chill and relax. The food on the Cruise was excellent - the chef tried his best to offer a variety. We really enjoyed the foods. The Cruise Staff was not the most friendly, but you're mostly out sightseeing. I must thank our tour guide Tarek - he really made sure we wanted to do certain things. We didnt want to do 'extra' side visits like the Nubian Village, or perfumeries, so we were happy he checked what we wanted to do. Unfortunately our hot air balloon was not able to go ahead due to weather. Our guide Tarek actually informed us on the first day already, which I really appreciated. It was a government decision for safety. Overall I wish the trip could be longer - both for us and our guide. He really took us through temples fast but highly detailed. Shame, I'm sure he was more tired than us! Bassant from the operator checked in with us every day. And swiftly refunded us via Viator the hot air balloon that could not have proceeded. Highly recommended to other travelers! This coming from being highly sceptical about all the options on Viator. Thanks Bassant, Tarek & Here Egypt Tours.
