Outstanding historical tour – a must-do in Egypt!
I highly recommend this tour to Saqqara, Memphis, and Dahshur. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Exploring the Step Pyramid, the Bent Pyramid, and the Red Pyramid gave us such a deep understanding of Egypt's history that you simply don't get by only visiting Giza.
The organization was professional, and the pace was perfect. It was wonderful to see these ancient sites without the overwhelming crowds. If you want to see the "real" history of pyramid building with a reliable and knowledgeable team, this is the tour to book. Truly a highlight of our trip!

The tour was amazing, not so popular as a lot of other tours but it's probably the most beautiful thing we have done during our vacation in Egypt.
Our guide Karma is a very nice and kind person, well prepared and it is a pleasure to talk with her. Also the 2 drivers that accompanied us through the highway and the desert have been perfect!

Great day trip to Fayoum
Amr our tour guide and Ahmed our driver were both amazing! Amr is very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and culture and was willing to answer all of our questions. Each stop on this tour was fantastic and the lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant was delicious. I highly encourage anyone to take a tour with Amr and Ahmed. Our private car was clean and comfortable. Ahmed was a great driver navigating the traffic in Cairo and Fayoum.

Excellent Tour !!!
We had an incredible experience visiting the Giza Pyramids with our amazing tour guide and driver! Traveling with my wife and daughter, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of us.
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate—bringing the history of the pyramids to life in a way that kept all of us engaged, even my daughter. Every detail was explained clearly, and all our questions were answered with enthusiasm.
Our driver was just as impressive—professional, punctual, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. Navigating the busy areas around Giza is no easy task, but he handled it with ease.
Together, they made our day smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to explore the pyramids stress-free and with a personal touch!

Highlights of downtown Cairo with an excellent guide.
Our guide Mohamed and his driver picked us up at our Giza hotel and took us to see the main 'downtown' Cairo attractions. It was complicated because a) it was the Muslim holy day (Friday) and also b) Ramadan, where people fast all day. So the tour was a bit rushed, but it had to be that way, and we felt we missed nothing really. An excellent guide with good English and we learned a lot from him on the trip. Highly recommended

Unforgettable experience
My visit to the pyramids and the ancient tombs was an unforgettable experience, made even better by my guide/photographer, Omar, a knowledgeable Egyptologist who brought every site to life with rich context and fascinating stories. Walking through the tombs and standing before structures that have endured for thousands of years gave me a deep appreciation for the history, beliefs, and daily life of ancient Egyptians. I’m so happy I came.

My husband and I had a great time! The tour guide and driver were very knowledgeable and took us to the main attraction tourist locations as well as other hidden gems. The tour was actually private (which we did not know). I would recommend this trip! This dynamic duo team were both named Ahmed so it’s easy to request when booking this excursion.

Experienced tour guide for family of four (two young boys)
We had such a great day with Ibrahim. Everything just ran really smoothly from start to finish. He took us to the Grand Egyptian Museum, then the pyramids, camel rides and the pacing was just right. We never felt rushed, and covered all the main highlights, he definitely knew what he was doing!
He’s genuinely kind and easy to be around, and he did an awesome job keeping my two boys engaged and entertained the whole time. He was also accommodating and flexible, which we really appreciated.
Honestly, I’d highly recommend him.

Beautiful, unique experience in Cairo, highly recommend!!
This tour was definitely a highlight of our week in Cairo for our family of 6! Our tour guide, Mirna B. was very knowledgeable, and was also kind and helpful with our 4 children, buying them snacks, helping us carry extra jackets, and making sure the children were safe in the crowds the entire time. The story of St. Simon the Tanner is incredible, we learned so much visiting the Cave Church in Garbage City. This is one of the most unique sights in Cairo, definitely a must see!! Getting to visit where Mary, Joseph, and Jesus stayed when they fled to Egypt, and even seeing the well where they got their water from, was truly an experience our family will never forget. After a few days of visiting pyramids and museums, it was beautiful to witness the fervor, enthusiasm, and the devotion of the Christian community in Cairo and to spend some time teaching our children about the ancient roots of their faith here. 100% recommend!

Walid will share his vast Islamic, Old and Coptic knowledge and love of Cairo.
Walid was the best tour guide! It was like a professor teaching us very important details and answering all of our questions. He made learning fun ... And with humor. This was a very comprehensive view and a fairly long day.... Which is what we wanted. We even asked for a slight itinerary change and he accomodated. It was a good balance to Giza-focused tour, covering the history and religions in Cairo. We wanted to end in Khan el-Khalili and Walid and driver accomodated that.
We were not forced (we were offered and accepted) to stop at a papyrus or perfume store but these were definitely "tour only" locations ....not in a common market. The quality was excellent but the costs higher then elsewhere in Cairo. We saw buses stop at other (similar) shops on the same block but otherwise not in a pedestrian area.
The only thing that could have been better was the lunch. The food was good but I would have preferred a well-known local restaurant with options to choose off a menu (I wanted famous koushari). We were not able to pick items that we may have preferred. Honestly, I don't like buffets and I also would have liked to control what my family ordered, how much we were charged and to pay with a credit card. Paying for the meal, instead became a foreign currency transaction to the guide. I think this too is a common tour practice and not under control of our guide.
There are many quick tours available for a few of the locations we saw but this allowed a much more detailed view and we appreciated the quality of Walid's knowledge. Ask for Walid by name!

I would highly recommend
Our guide, Isaac, and driver, Hamza, were both friendly and welcoming throughout the tour. Isaac was especially knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and informed at every stop.
We explored the rich history of Coptic and Islamic Cairo, visiting remarkable sites like the the Hanging Church and Mosque of Muhammad Ali. Isaac also kindly helped us capture memorable moments by taking photos along the way.

Pyramids, Sphinx, papyrus paper, lunch and museum trip.
The trip was fantastic! We were picked up right at our doorstep by a very friendly driver and guide, in an air conditioned van. Throughout the day, Deen our lovely guide, answered our questions and provided us with a world of knowledge on the pyramids, the sphinx, how papyrus paper was made and many, many artefacts in the museum. Before the museum we had a lovely lunch at a quiet restaurant that made fresh and delicious dishes. This is a child friendly tour - I had my two small kids with me aged 5 & 8 years old, who had a blast.
