Our guide Rania was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledgeable, patient, funny and took lots of photos to help us remember the day. We wish we took a photo with her! We strongly recommend this if you’re wanting a special experience.

Another incredible tour offered by EMO tours, the driver and guide were both professional and knowledgeable, with plenty of insider knowledge. We were able to enter the great pyramid before many of the other tourists, with only a few people inside we were able to get some amazing photos.
The buffet lunch was delicious and would be impossible to leave feeling hungry!

Overall great experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and was able to convey the history to us in an understandable manner. The driver was also very friendly and kept his car clean and in very good condition.

We travelled with two small children and both the guides and the driver were very patient and attentive with them and were flexible when we needed to change plans (having earlier lunch). The guide made lots of memorable photos for the children. Thank you so much for an amazing day!!!

I took a full-day tour to Sakkara, Memphis, and the Giza Pyramids with a driver Mahhmoud and guide Heba, and overall, it was a good experience. The driver was very safe and professional, and the guide was friendly, knowledgeable about the Egyptian history. The highlights were definitely the ancient sites, especially Sakkara, though I wish we had spent more time there exploring additional pyramids and tombs. The only downside was the time spent at the carpet, papyrus, and essence stores. The visit to the papyrus store was uncomfortable—the staff became overly pushy and aggressive when I chose not to make a purchase. Despite that, the tour was well-organized and offered a great introduction to some of Egypt’s most iconic landmarks.

What worked: Guide and Driver both arrived on time, picked us up from the hotel and took us the the places that were on the itinerary.
What did not work: Guide (Osama) was totally inexperienced or not at all interested in showing and telling anything. Moreover, Guide worked against us. The vendor agreed to give us camel ride at the pyramids for 500EGP per person but the guide went and told the vendor not to do that and forced us to get a camel ride for 25 USD per person. Guide also got upset with us and did not tell us anything afterwards for the rest of the tour. It felt like we had two drivers for the rest of the itinerary. Not sure how we could have asked for a better guide or prevented this. We had booked six more excursions with Viator for our Egypt trip and we had amazing experiences with the rest of them.

We had a brilliant tour with Hazem as our guide. We went early and he knew all the tricks to get us through security and queues quickly, and he was really knowledgeable about the history of the sites. He took brilliant photos of us too. The tour was well organised with great stops, and they even dropped us off at the GEM at the end. A very comfortable car with air con and Kerim was a brilliant and safe driver.

Our tour guide Mohammed was great. If you can request him I would highly recommend it. We took a private tour of the pyramids in giza from our hotel in Cairo. The car was new and comfortable with a professional looking driver. Felt very safe. Our guide gave us good info on the history and told us what the hyroglyfics ment. There wasnt any pressure to buy anything at the gift shops or if you want to skip anything thats ok. We had a great time and would recommend this tour to our family and freinds.

There was wrong written information about the entrance tickets, the guide also wanted 25 pounds parking fee, he didn't explain much. He just drove me to the places and said you can look around by yourself, no explanations most of the time. He stayed at one place and was the most time on his phone. The tour ended after 4 hours instead of the announced 8 hours. He was also very angry, when I complained. Avoid this tour!!!!

3 star due to the guide and poor arrangement. They changed meet time 8hours before tour starts and had bad communication regarding meeting the guide.
The guide had strong accent which we barely communicated with each other.

You must use a tour guide and a private car for these sites to know what you are looking at, and have less walking.
Our tour car and guide showed up on time and were professional.
Tour guide was friendly and knowledgable. The car (a van) was comfortable for 3 people.
We would have liked to spend more time at the pyramids. Instead we were heavily encouraged to take Camel ride (1000 EGP per person for a 15 minute ride) and visit the Perfume shop. EMO tours who organized this tour probably takes a heavy commission on these. Later we learnt that the official price for a 1 hour camel ride was 500 EGP per person)
Lunch at the buffet Valley of the Kings was average (overpriced for 500EGP the package charges us per person, in reality its probably 200EGP per person).
We could have saved significant money by booking this directly through a local tour operator or our hotel.

Effecient one day tour to visit both pyramids at Giza and Saqqara and also Memphis Open Museum. The guide also brought us to buy papyrus drawings and parfum, which are really optional, and decline if you really dont want to visit and buy.

Saw major highlights of Giza in one day with a late pickup of 11am due to our flight. Due to shortened time span I think effected guides ability to delve into a lot of detailed history. Due to the amount we saw we opted to pass on lunch. Our guide was very creative when we hit a literal road block with heavy traffic. We walked a short distance and took a TukTuk ride to our final destination!
Could have done without the oil/perfume store however enjoyed papyrus stop!

I’m so glad I decided to book a day tour in Cairo with a guide. Ahmed Brakat is an amazing tour guide who shared so many fascinating insights into Egyptian history and made sure I fully understood his explanations. I learned a lot about ancient Egypt and the stories behind the pyramids. The tour was well-paced, and Ahmed gave me plenty of time to take in the sights and snap some photos without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!

What a brilliant tour. Our guide Mohamid and Driver Abdul were excellant . Nothing was too much trouble and it all planned out perfectly
We got to the places we wanted to see with no problems even though the roads were busy and when we got there Mohamid explained everything perfect and he took some great photos of us.

Our guide was very good. Provided us with a lot of information on the pyramids, sakkara and mephis. She helped us take wonderful photos and made sure we had a good time overall. The driver was very good also. Good driver and felt very safe with him in control of the vehicle.
I'm still giving 5 stars , but was a bit disappointed that even though I paid for included lunch tour we got a surprise bill at end of our lunch.
Overall our tour was very good.

This tour was definitely worth it! Our tour guide Muhammed and our driver Bilal were great people, friendly, helpful and respectful. It was great to have our guide Muhammed around us all the time. We felt very safe throughout the trip. He informed us about everywhere we visited. He took lots of beautiful photos. Bilal our driver was a very good driver. Lunch was great too.

I want to thank to our driver Ahmed. He was the best driver we ever had. We booked only the car but with him, it was like a private tour with a lovely guide whom even enter to the temples and explains everything we needed to know about that place. He gave us sufficient times for each stop, taking us to the exact location to have the best photos and helped us to have amazing memories with my husband. We would totally recommend this tour, especially with our lovely driver Ahmed. If you have the chance, ask for him!
