Not VIP in any way.
Boat, crew and entertainment were inadequate at best and very low-budget in reality. Food buffet was inferior to street food and cheap quality.
For a VIP level package, we were stuck with crowds and sharing tables with strangers. We were forced to pay for non-alcoholic drinks like water and juice when this was supposed to be included.

Pick and drop off was perfect and the entertainment on the boat was excellent, drink prices was very cheap and even the picture they take with the entertainers was only €5 - great night loads of fun and well worth the cost

They never confirmed pick up and drop location requested . Later they requested another 20$ to be dropped . Nile cruise Andrea which was another rip off . They try to fleece money for everything . Read the google reviews before booking about the Andrea cruise. Food not great ,drinks are crazy expensive. Only good thing was tanoura show. I think there might be many other good cruises available , would advise to stay away from this.

Our guide Lydia did a great job meeting us and helping us (with the driver) get to our cruise on time. The cruise was great. The earlier time (6pm departure) worked better with our young kids. The entertainment was a nice introduction to Egyptian music and dance. It was loud. The food was good and a lot of options to choose from. It was a nice way to break up our trip from pyramid desert tours.

This is a scam. DON’T EVER RECOMMEND THIS TOUR TO ANYONE AND DON’T GO. The food was terrible( it was probably the leftovers from previous tour or even previous day) we couldn’t even eat them and the first thing we did as we arrived to the hotel was rushing to a restaurant. When we sat to our table in order to eat food, our fork and knife were missing so we asked for one but they brought us plastic ones instead of metal ones(Everyone else had metal forks instead of us).The tour had nothing to do with the photos they show. It was very very crowded, the seats and atmosphere were completely different from the photos. The tour lasted for 2 hours and the first hour, the cruise didn’t even move and just waited. The only matching thing with the photos was the bellydancer(If you dare to call those people a bellydancer(her waist was bigger than my face)).It was very loud and crowded, and there were people smoking inside(where everyone was having dinner). There were some people throwing their cigarettes on the floor ,next to your shoes.Our tour guide was very kind and nice person.However, as the tour went on we realized that he was only a nice to us and one more group but mean to locals( probably a tourist group). This situation made us think that this was a public event and was probably very very cheap compared to the price we and other tourists paid since there were lots of local people(which is probably the reason he was kind to us). So, THIS TOUR IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND IT DOES NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY.

Had a great time at the Nile Cruise. Our driver Desuki was friendly and on time to take us to our dinner. The show was amazing, the food didn’t taste the best, but that was coming from a picky eater American. This was the first event in Cairo, and a great way to start the trip. It’s only 2 hours long, so it was nice getting back to the hotel in a timely manner.

Such a great cruise, the guide made sure to make everything amazing! The food was beyond belief! The Dancers were amazing! We enjoyed the entertainment so much! The highlight was ending the cruise sitting on the deck enjoying Shisha (hookah) as the sunset! Amazing!!!

The cruise that I made reservation is Maxim, it was one block from the hotel. We walked to it and 2 disable got taxi(18)
The people were supposed to pick us came to Maxim and insisted that it is not the one, and took us to a crowded ship Andrea with much lower quality and price. I was really embarrassed

It was a very nice experience to participate. Our driver Ibrahim was on time at our apartment, was very polite and helpful during the drive and the cruise. The meal was good and the belly dancer and the dancing derwish were fine. We could enjoy good views of the city by night from the ship rooftop. I can recommend this event for sure. The only drawback is that you have to stand in the queue for the food for a long time - roundabout 15 minutes I would say.

Basem went above and beyond with looking after us from getting on the ship, to making sure we had one of the best tables in house, to making sure we had the best customer service. As an experienced traveler, I recommend this tour and as a travel agent, I recommend this for your clients.

The most memorable part of my experience is that I had to wait 45 minutes for my driver to show up. I have three kids who had to wait in the cold dark night for our driver. I didn’t pay to receive this type of service and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service.

The private driver there and back was great! Felt safe the entire time and he spoke English very well (thank you). The cruise offers great sunset pics, nice ambiance, fun music and good food. No complaints at all, would recommend to anyone visiting the city. Book with them!
