Excellent early morning airport transfer in Cairo! The driver arrived right on time (even a few minutes early), was professional and courteous, and the car was clean and comfortable. The ride was smooth and stress-free, which made our early departure so much easier. Highly recommend for reliable service, especially for those very early flights!

We were contacted by Osama the day before our flight with clear instructions. We landed today, Osama was at the collection point. Loaded the bags into the very nice comfortable car and took us the 40 minute journey to our hotel, whilst giving us a detailed history of Cairo and recommendations: he was attentive, kind and we will be looking forward to using his service again.

Very good experience the driver saved my trip for me bc my experience at the airport getting paperwork was horrendous but he was in place outside waiting and gave good info about the country and very helpful

After a little delay on arrival, we were picked up in a nice modern car after we messaged the company. Probably my fault for not having WhatsApp installed. My tip is if you can't see your name on a sign, move to the left of arrivals away from the crowd and message the driver. The journey was very relaxing and the driver Mohamed was very careful.

Our driver was on time and waiting for us on arrival when our plane arrived in Cairo. It was nice to have the car booked ahead of time, it's a bit chaotic in the airport and parking lot. Only two of us but enjoyed the ride to our hotel in the large SUV, plenty of room for our bags and very comfortable ride. Highly recommend!

Pickup was good. Cairo was a chaotic airport on arrival and we were happy to have had our pickup already scheduled. The driver did not wait outside with a sign with our name as stated, but the driver did what's app me. He sent us pics of his car and himself to assure us that we were getting into the correct vehicle. Lots of other people trying to get us into their vehicles. It was a nice ride to our hotel.

The image of two happy people doing a meet and greet is not the case at all. No-one met us, no sign, no indication of where to go.
We left the terminal building into the Cairo taxi area......no clue of what was happening.
Contacted the tour operator standing outside the terminal. Told us the person would "arrive in 1 minute"... after 20 minutes we could not find the person. One guy pacing around the entrance talking into his phone kept asking "are you "x" staying at the "Y" hotel"? No.
Apparently he was fielding multiple tour operators calls and was who we were meant to see - bit he had to work this out with the guy at the other end. Eventually bailed us into a car to make it to the hotel. For an arrival service this was way less than ideal. Twice the price of an uber and half as useful. Ciaro suffers from multiple levels of "operators" organizing service providers and taking a cut. Fine if it works but this really didn't. Totally disorganized. I would say avoid this option.

We would like to clarify that our standard procedure is for the representative to be waiting outside the arrivals hall holding a sign with the guest’s name. In busy situations, especially when multiple flights arrive at the same time, there may be some coordination delays, but our team always remains in contact to locate guests as quickly as possible.
Regarding your case, our representative was present and in communication with you, but there seems to have been some confusion at the meeting point, which we regret. This is not the level of organization we aim to provide, and we will review this internally to avoid similar situations.

We had an excellent experience with AHMED transferring us from Cairo airport to our hotel 30 minutes away. He was friendly and safely navigated through very busy traffic. we appreciated his persistence in tracking us down as we were unable to use our cell phone to get specific information from him on our meeting point.

Overall, the transfer worked out fine; however, it was not exactly as advertised. Communication was prompt via WhatsApp with clear directions to the pick-up point. However, there was no driver waiting with the sign or anyone to assist us as advertised. Fortunately, we had mobile data and were able to communicate via WhatsApp to confirm the driver arrival and the car. I've previously used a different service for half the cost that basically provided the same experience.

THE BEST!! we were a bit concerned when this posting did not have as many reviews, but we could not have asked for a better caring and friendly driver and transfer. Book them if you want someone to care for you when you’ve had multiple delays to the point where they even hung out at the airport for eight hours to wait for us. They were so hospitable and nice. Don’t think twice!

Overall, excellent service. Our pickup from Cairo Airport to Giza was seamless and very comfortable for our group of 8 in a mini-van. Mohammed, Osama, and their team went out of their way to make everything smooth by communicating travel plans well in advance of our arrival. Driver not present at airport after customs. Arrived late on British Airways at 2345. Tried to contact driver to no avail and took a cab. Expensive but it worked. Have not received any response or return of my fee to viator. Extremely dissatisfied and will not use this service again.

My driver Mohamed/Aptu was extremely friendly, accommodating, welcoming, and professional. He played great music. Ran the A/C to my preference. And we shared a funny moment when we saw his brother in a separate vehicle making his way to Cairo.
When first arriving into Cairo Airport the experience can be anxiety provoking. My driver made me feel safe and kicked my trip off very well.

The Airport Pickup was a breeze. Osama got us to our destination in no time. I’m so glad he left his contact, as we ended up hiring his company two more times to drive us back to the airport, where you find out that our flight to Aswan was canceled. So we reached out to Osama, and he got us a van to take us from Cairo to Aswan in no time. We didn’t miss any of our booked excursions.
