This was a great tour! We loved our tour guide Hadeer. Our guide & driver picked us up from our hotel for our private tour. Loved our driver too, very safe. We headed to the pyramids and she gave us so much good information she was very knowledgable. We had more than enough time at each spot and the camel riding was so much fun! Our camels looked happy and like they were well taken care of which was very important for me. We went inside of the pyramid which was not included but I’m happy we did it. Very hot and not a lot of room but when else will you be in Egypt at the pyramids! Would definitely reccomend this tour to anyone coming. It was so nice having someone who knew their way around & we could focus on enjoying.

Excellent private trip - i.e. only our family - in a very modern and stylish car and with a highly recommended tour guide: Farha. She is charming and very knowledgable, speaks excellent english. It does make a big difference if you have a guide who does not just give you the mere facts but who you can interact with in a proper way. Farha had the ability to bring history to live and she had meaningful answers to all our questions. Actually, the whole tour was much better than expected as the government is maintaining the site very well and the climatized busses and walkways are efficient and comfortable. This particular tour was priced fairly and there seems to be no need to pay the USD 600 for 4 pax that some operators or hotels charge. One note on the papyrus and/or oil/perfume presentation, offered after visiting the sites: you can safely skip this without missing anything. These ARE the typical sales shows where they close the doors behind you, explain some completely irrelevant stuff, let you smell all sorts of standard scents and ultimately try to sell you overpriced standard products you would get in any of the hundreds, if not thousands of shops, pursuing the same business model.

Great tour by Hadeer! It was not too short but thankfully not that long so as to avoid the mid day sun (I was here in late August). While the main stops for the tour were worth it, the last stop at the perfume and papyrus shop are not. I was given the option to skip but decided to check it out anyways since the included lunch wasn't yet ready by the time we left the necropolis. Other than that, this is a great half day tour for those looking for a lighter activity while in Cairo.

Our tour guide, Aya, was fantastic, a wealth of knowledge and experience with getting around the pyramids and shopping in town. Having a driver and lunch was really convenient as well as culturally connecting. I would asked for Aya by name.

The tour to the pyramids was fun. The tour guide was cool and quite knowledgeable about the pyramids and its history. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but the vibes were good. We were there in July, and the foot traffic was not insane. The hot weather was equivalent to Phoenix and Vegas, so I was comfortable with it.

Our visit was great. Our guide, Mona, was always attentive and showed great knowledge about the Giza complex. Additionally, we felt much safer with her around the many vendors offering us products. We would definitely do this tour with her again.

This was one of the best tours and experiences that we've had in any country. Aya met us at the hotel and brought us to the car that transported us to Giza. Her information was well presented and done very professionally at the pace we needed for good understanding of the history and experiences of the Egyptian culture at the time of the building of the Pyramids. We walked a lot (intentionally not taking the bus sometimes) and had an easy and relaxed visit. The camel ride, which was included in all the levels of the tours, was difficult at times, but an experience that we wouldn't have had anywhere else. Leaving the pyramid site and going to the restaurant was a nice trip in the car. The restaurant was excellent with a view of the Pyramids from the window almost next to us. Food was good, and Aya joined us with more information of the area and the cuisine. The shopping part of the trip was expected, and didn't last that long. Some interesting knowledge was shared about the creation of the papyrus materials.
The trip back to the hotel was not long, and our driver was calm and professional all the way there and back, easing gently through the insanity of Cairo traffic!
We are already planning our next trip back to Cairo, and seeing more of Egypt, but definitely during the winter months, to avoid the grueling heat of the Egyptian summer.
Aya was one of the best tour guides I have ever experienced!

Had a wonderful tour with my guide Hadeer. She was very knowledgable and provided helpful explanations about the history of the necropolis and local culture. Overall the tour was very well paced, with a good amount of time and flexibility to make sure I was able to see all I requested to see. Our trip to the Pyramids of Giza was fantastic. Our guide Menna was wonderful - very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She didn’t rush our visit at all and let us explore what we wanted. The whole trip was very well organised from start to finish. Menna sent us a message the day before the trip to confirm plans and again in the morning to let us know she was on the way to collect us. She answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything we wanted to know. We went to a very nice restaurant in Giza for lunch, with a wonderful view of the pyramids. The food was delicious! The driver was also excellent. We would give 10 stars if we could. Fantastic!

Book without hesitation. Our guide was Neda. She was wonderful and very flexible with our time table. We needed a faster experience as we had young children with us and it was no issue. Started early as requested and finished just when it started getting hot.

We had a fantastic half-day tour with Mostafa to the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx in Cairo. Moustafa was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. He shared interesting history, answered all our questions, and helped us make the most of our time without ever feeling rushed.
Seeing the pyramids and the Sphinx was unforgettable, and having Moustafa as our guide made it even better. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cairo!

We had an amazing tour of the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx with our guide Hussam. He was very responsive to all our questions on viator as well as WhatsApp. He picked us up at the airport with the driver Mostafa before time. The van was a comfortable, AC equipped vehicle with water bottles provided which was a blessing on the hot June day! Hussam is very knowledgeable about the history of the region and his storytelling style is engaging. The tour was very well organized as mentioned on the viator itinerary. He obliged us with regular photo stops and took amazing pictures with the spectacular pyramids backdrops. The camel rides were a big highlight which all of us enjoyed. The lunch place is also really good with a delicious buffet spread and cool, refreshing drinks perfect for the summer. If you have limited time in Cairo as a tourist, this trip is perfect to get a flavor of the massive wonder of the world and know its history! It's one thing to view documentaries and videos, but nothing comes close to taking in the marvelous feat of engineering with your own eyes and feeling the giant limestone structures from ages ago. Kudos to Hussam for enriching our travels, and grateful for this opportunity.

Temp was very hot and I asked Menna to make the trip precise and she did.
