Do not wear flip flops. Lots of sunscreen. Sun hat very important.
Very good option if you would like to see places but avoid the crowds- GO AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! Very good and knowledgable guide, friendly and patient. Followed our pace but kept us on time.
Prices are higher than normal if you are bying anything while on the tour.

Andrew was absolutely fantastic—professional, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. He was always available, engaged wonderfully with my child, and made everything enjoyable and stress-free. He truly listened to our needs and wishes, ensuring every detail was taken care of.

My tour guide was great. Mika kept in good communication, arrived at the hotel early, was polite & friendly & shared her knowledge. I learnt a great deal about the pyramids & about some of Egypt's history from this tour-well recommended!
The only reason I gave 4 stars & not 5 is just because of having to pay an extra $25 for the pick up & drop off although it was already included. I think if there's a radius where it's free or to be charged, this should be noted in the description part before booking.
Otherwise, a nice & recommended experience :)

Alaa was amazing, she was very enagaging and treated us like family from the start. She was very knowledgeable about the pyramids and all things egyptian. She took so many great photos of my husband and I that we wouldnt normally get because its just the two of us. Normally its selfies only! She took us to several local shops which was awesome! The car for pickup and dropoff was new and clean. The tour was private and engaging - explaining all details about how the pyramids even came about in the first place, and more specifically how to navigate them on site. Mohamed was the best guide! He brought our attention to a lot of nuanced stories and contexts that just wouldn't have been possible without a guide.

Wonderful, enriching experience! From start to finish Passant made the day memorable, the most knowledgeable guide - there's nothing she doesn't know about ancient Egyptian history. The tour was amazing! It lasted 6,5 hours, our guide Alaaa was super, so kind, she expanded everything, she gave us advice and the driver was also nice. Except for the pyramids and yhe sphinx we also visited some local shops to buy spices and original papyrus. The food was also really good. We highly recommend it ...thank you thank you Alaa ❤️

Mohamad was a great guide - just the two of us on this tour - Picked us up on time and had great explore of the Pyramids - kept us away from the hustlers but we did get taken to two shops for sales pitch. Camel ride was fun and great Egyptian lunch

We had a wonderful day with Maria and Capoo. They picked us up at our hotel and got us straight over to the pyramids. Everything was very clear and very transparent. Maria was very knowledgeable about the area and the history and gave us time and information at every stop. We were able to ride camels, go into the pyramids and see the sphinx. She was very kind and always happy to take our pictures. Each time we finished an area, Capoo was there waiting to take us to the next stop. We had a great lunch, saw how papyrus was made, and also tried some of the local oils and minerals. We were dropped right back at our front door by Capoo. These two made a great team and gave us a memorable day. Thank you both for taking g care of us.

Ebrahim & his driver attended the hotel promptly. He introduced himself & his driver. The talk began immediately as there was so much to learn. Ebrahim has an in depth knowledge of Egyptian history & culture. We think he is a proud Egyptian man , his passion for this subject shone through. He whizzed us through the line. He was engaging & easy to understand . The tour was interesting and meaningful .He was polite and kind, taking every opportunity to teach as much as possible. This was a once in a lifetime experience for us and he put in an extra effort to ensure an outstanding experience . Loved the unique opportunity to go into the Queens temple. He didn't rush us and gave us lots of photo ops . We think we had more than expected , we went to local shops and had lunch and it seems Ebrahim knows everyone ! Ebrahim's tour is outstanding, organized and highly recommended. We wish him the best for his guture.

Straight forward guided experience of the pyramids as described. Our guide was very communicative and spoke good english and handled all of the logistics well. Pickup and dropoff from hotel was very smooth. Bring some small bills to tip for the camel ride and driver. Expect to be taken to a couple tourist traps, however they sales people aren't that pushy by Egyptian standards. The lunch is a nice authentic meal at a local spot! Only downside is they ask you to write your review in front of them and wait for confirmation that is submitted (that review is on trip advisor, not this one).

Mohamed (El Wazir) was an amazing guide who showed our family around on New Year's day. He was very knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. We saw all the pyramids, did a short camel ride, went inside one of the queen's pyramids, and after by request he took us to a local restaurant to get shawarma and baklava. Definitely recommend asking for Mohamed when booking your tour, great guide and photographer!

Using the excuse of December dense programme, we have been picked up 1 HR before the reservation time. Again using the same excuse, we were combined with another family for the whole day activities ( at least they were lovely). Our guide Bassant was rushing everything, she was kind of in a panic mood which made us uncomfortable all day. On the other hand, she has excellent problem solving skills and good English. İn the Sphinx area, we were given a very short time. The driver was good. But we had to walk to the car for like 15 minutes for the return. All of these make the score of this 3 out of 5.

We had a good tour of the Giza Plateau overall. Our guide, Mahmoud, was knowledgeable and explained the history of the pyramids clearly, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. There was a slight change to the original plan, as we had booked lunch at one of the restaurants inside the plateau; however, some adjustments were made during the tour time, and the driver returned to take us back to the hotel instead. Aside from this minor coordination issue, the tour was organised. Overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our visit.
