We chose the later pick up because we were so tired from travel. Just know that the pyramids will be more crowded and to go inside the Greta pyramid it is very very hot and crowded at those times. So consider going early even if you’re tired.
Mona was a great tour guide. Letting us take our time and taking great photos of our family. She was very knowledgeable.
I loved the camel ride too. Make sure you bring money for tips for the camel ride and for the guide of course! We got our hair wrapped at the pyramids, more expensive probably but worth it!
All the shops at the pyramids are very nice. We got gelato but you can easily get snacks or drinks.
Lunch was just ok. They could choose a better spot.

The most AMAZING Tour of the Pyramids!
From the beginning, we had perfect communication from Abdo our fantastic tour guide! He made sure we were safe and well cared for making everything seamless and wonderful! Even connected with our photographer and helped take pictures for us and directed fun videos while sharing many facts about Egypt and recommendations! TRIP OF A LIFETIME! Such a great person! ❤️ I’m soo sooo glad we booked this! Our driver was also GREAT!

We did the tour in the pyramids, along with a camel ride around the Pryamids, and lunch. Our tour guide was Mo. Mo speaks perfect English, Spanish, and Arabic. He is extremely knowledgeable about ancient Egypt as both of his parents are tour guides, so he grew up learning about it.
Mo picked us up from our hotel, on time. During the drive to the pyramids, Mo gave us some background information on both Cairo and ancient Egypt. He broke down stories of kings and other important figures into sections. He would give little little bits of information at one site, then at the next site, where there was more supporting evidence, he would continue the story a bit further. This kept us engaged and wondering where it will go. We spent the day trying to figure out what the ending will be.
The camel rides were the perfect length, as your legs will begin to chafe a bit. If you give a bit of a tip, you can ask the guy with the white horse and red mane to let you sit on the horse for a picture. It will get up on its hind legs and the pyramids will be in the background.
Mo brought us to one of his favourite restaurants in Cairo, and the food was delicious. Ask for the Nutella pastry dessert. We had to get seconds.
Mo brought us safely back to our hotel.
Overall the tour would have been good, but Mo made it extra special. His knowledge and story telling skills are one of the best that we've ever experienced on a tour, and we would highly recommend him in to anyone.

My wife and I were pretty underwhelmed with the quality and lack of information provided during the tour. We were shown labeled replicas of some of the tools that would have been used to help construct the pyramid, which the guide claimed were original. The experience riding camels shouldn't really be listed as included when the camel owner they partner with demands a minimum $5 per person. We also weren't a fan of the various bazars that are pushed to try to make additional commission off of us. I will give credit that we visited all of the sites listed on the itinerary, the guide took great pictures for us, and the guide paid for a toilet break for us. However, we don't feel like the tour's value matched what we paid for the experience given listed reasons and the fact that the lunch was mediocre at best.

Regarding the camel ride, we understand your concern. While the ride itself is included, small tips to camel handlers are customary in the area. However, we agree that this should be communicated more transparently in advance, and we will work on improving this point.
We also regret that the visits to local bazaars felt uncomfortable. These stops are optional and intended to give guests a glimpse of local crafts, but we completely understand that this is not enjoyable for everyone, and we will make sure our guides respect guests’ preferences more carefully.
On a positive note, we’re glad to hear that you were able to visit all the planned sites, enjoyed the photos taken, and appreciated the assistance provided during your tour.
Your feedback about the lunch is also noted, and we will review our restaurant partners to improve the overall experience.

We had all inclusive tour, which I would recommend. The pyramids site is vast and using hop-on hop-off busses is very convenient. Going inside Khufu's pyramid is physically challenging, inside is hot and humid, but it is once in a lifetime experience. Our guide Nada made every effort to make our tour as pleasant as possible, sharing along useful info and historical background. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide, Ghada, was very friendly and shared a wealth of information about the sights and the history of Egypt. It was a great pleasure to spend the day with her. She accompanied us throughout the entire day and also gave us many valuable tips. The whole experience was perfectly organized, and we had a lot of fun — highly recommended.
We rode camels, had enough time to admire the pyramids from the outside and also visit one pyramid from the inside. Afterwards, we went to see the Sphinx and took some photos, and then enjoyed a delicious meal. We were able to choose between different restaurants and finally decided on koshari, which we really liked. Later, we wanted to buy some souvenirs, and Ghada and our driver kindly took us to two different places for that.
Both the pickup and the return journey were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we can truly recommend. We would like to thank Ghada and our driver for this beautiful day 🤗

Our guide Lobna and driver Said met us promptly at our hotel in Cairo. We had an amazing and well planned day at the Giza pyramids as well as a wonderful lunch afterwards. Lobna asked if we wished to do any shopping and she recommended a nice jewelry store that specialized in cartouches. The prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. At the end of the day we were dropped back at our hotel. Highly recommend. Lobna and Said were both excellent.

We visited the Pyramids and Sphinx with Rehab as our guide and her excellent driver, who made us feel very comfortable in such crazy traffic.
Rehab was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how much information to give, without overloading us. She knew exactly which were the best places for us to take photos.
After our tour we wanted to go to a government store to look at jewellery, the store we were taken to, looked after us without being pushy.
The tour included lunch which was very good.
We absolutely recommend this tour and certainly recommend Rehab and her driver.

Very bad.
Guide was very bad. He was in a hurry. He told me not to go inside any of the pyramids to save his time. Moreover he hasn't taken any photos correctly.

This was the best way to see the pyramids and experience Giza. Taghreed was amazing tour guide. She explained everything and brought the tour in life. She was very helpful and patience to make sure we got everything we needed and wanted from the tour. It's definitely worth going inside the pyramid, why else would you travel to a pyramid and not go inside. The camel ride was fun and it took about 25 minutes. We mentioned we might need some ointments and Taghreed allowed us to stop and get some. She also picked out a great place for lunch! Thank you again.

This was an absolutely perfect five-star experience and one of the true highlights of our Egypt trip. Visiting the Giza Pyramids is already a once-in-a-lifetime moment, but having the right guide makes all the difference, and Hossam Gamal elevated this tour in every possible way.
From the very beginning, Hossam was kind, friendly, and extremely professional. He willingly agreed to start the tour earlier than the scheduled time, which turned out to be a brilliant decision. We were able to experience the Giza Plateau in cooler temperatures and with fewer crowds, making the visit far more enjoyable and unhurried.
Hossam’s knowledge of ancient Egyptian history was outstanding. He explained the pyramids, the Sphinx, and the surrounding sites with clarity, depth, and genuine passion, without overwhelming us with facts. His storytelling brought the history to life and helped us truly appreciate the scale, engineering, and significance of what we were seeing. He was also very patient, happy to answer questions, and attentive to our pace and comfort throughout the tour.
What stood out most was his warm and thoughtful approach. He made sure everyone in our family felt included, helped us find the best photo spots, and ensured the entire experience felt smooth and stress-free. Nothing felt rushed, and there was never any pressure to shop or deviate unnecessarily.
If you are visiting the Giza Pyramids, I highly recommend this tour and especially Hossam Gamal. It was informative, well-paced, and genuinely memorable. A great experience from start to finish.
