Upon arrival at the Cairo airport, we went to baggage claim and immigration where we were met by our assistant from Rimo Tours who efficiently walked us thru every step from obtaining our Visas to getting thru customs to collecting our bags and getting thru to our meet our driver. His service was amazing. He rapidly conducted business on our behalf.
Our driver, Mohammad, drove us to our hotel and ensured our luggage was brought into the hotel for us.
We so appreciated the amazing effectiveness of performing all the services.

Everything worked out well. We were met with sign helped us get our VIsas and got us through customs helped with baggage claim and onto transport to the hotel.

It appeared the greeter was in training. But it made the process very unorganized. I booked this service for the experience to be seamless, it definitely was not. There was lots of confusion with limited communication, so it appeared there was issues. I wish I would have just booked the car service separate because that was the only thing that went well.

My driver was wonderful; however, the assistant who met me at the airport did not accommodate me very well. I specifically asked her to ensure that I got a temporary stamp (rectangular), not a regular tourist stamp. Either she did not understand or ignored me. I then had to go to downtown Cairo to Immigration to get this stamp, which took an enormous amount of time. Very disappointing.

Selma met us before immigration and took complete care of everything. She organised our visas and guided us through the process quickly and smoothly which took all the stress out of arrival.
The only small criticism was having to wait a little while for the driver but it really was not a big deal. Overall it was far easier and more comfortable than trying to find taxis at the airport. I would absolutely recommend this service and would use it again without hesitation.

English speaking man meets you at the passport control with a sign, you give him $25, he hands you a visa shows it to the officials and you are off to baggage claim. he grabs your bag, fights through customs and puts you in a taxi to your destination. Easy

As an international traveler, i am experienced with airports, passport control, baggage claim, etc., but after 27 hours of travel, it sure was nice to have someone greet me with my name, clearly printed, guide me through the process, show me where to go, and zip me past the lines. It was very smooth. I was through it all, with my bag, into an air conditioned car, on the way to my hotel with a confidant, professional driver who safely delivered me to my hotel. From plane to hotel, the entire experience did not exceed 30 minutes. It was amazing. First trip to Egypt could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you for a very positive experience!

The airport meet and assist experience started very well — everything was smooth and well-organized, thanks to Shima, who handled the airport process professionally and efficiently.
However, things went wrong after leaving the airport. During the ride, I asked the driver if he could take me to Madinaty instead of the originally registered destination. He didn’t give a clear answer — neither yes nor no — and kept circling around waiting for a response from his management.
If he had simply continued directly to my registered destination as agreed, it would have saved everyone’s time, fuel, and avoided unnecessary confusion or road risk. Instead, we wasted time driving in circles while waiting for someone to decide.
I’m now standing on the main street with my luggage, trying to get a taxi to continue my trip. This is not the level of service I expected after paying for a meet-and-assist and private transfer

Terrible organization, I hired this service for a friend. There was supposed to be someone waiting at the gate for him but there was only a driver who did not speak any language other than Arabic by the exit. After 90 minutes waiting for someone and trying to contact rimo who did not solve the problem my friend went on on his own to get the visa and pass the customs. Rimo sent a representative to go look for him after one hour and 40 minutes (when he had already gotten out on his own). I highly reccomend this service if you want to feel scammed and pay for nothing. Never doing anything else with rimo tours again. TERRIBLE

The VIP experience is meant to involve meeting the customer at immigration to fast track them through passport control and visa process. My driver didn’t even come inside the airport despite me paying for this service. I was last in line for everything because I had been waiting for him to show at the meeting point. It took an additional hour to get out of immigration because of this.

Great deal. I was met just before immigration by a friendly agent holding a name board. He purchased the visa on my behalf and then took me through customs via the crew/diplomat lane. As we walked into arrivals he coordinated with the driver to make sure he was waiting outside. Aircraft to car in 10 minutes.

They met us before immigration with a sign and quickly got our visa for us and Escorted us through fast lane for immigration. Then helped get our luggage while communicating with our driver so they were there to pick us up with minimal wait. Our driver got us safely to our hotel. They made the process easy and fast.

I booked online and paid as well as sent all my flight details, but got no assistance. I took my own ride to the hotel and finished my passport control alone. I was contacted 4 hours after the arrival to the hotel by what’s app asking me for my flight details which was sent to them when I booked for their service.

I am sorry I forget the name who helped us,He met us before immigration and came up to the pre booked taxi by him holding our suitcases,
The taxi driver was very good talking to us about Cairo and the monuments we pass through.
We were staying in Marriott Mena house hotel in Giza near Pyramids, a bit outside of Cairo town.
I will recommend to use this service specially flight land at Cairo at night.

Great for someone who doesn’t want to think about anything when they land. You will get off the plane, walk to immigration. Right before will be a person with your name on the sign. Very easy to find. Once you do, you will get visa, they will place it and get it stamped in separate area, going around the immigration officers. They will help with customs and help carry baggage. Will wait with you to get luggage. Total time from gate to car door was like 8 minutes. Then they hand you over to driver. I was tired so it was a quiet ride.
For first time visitors, this is great.
Both the assist agent and driver accept tips, remember the tipping culture for Egypt and respect that. It does start as soon as you step off the plane.
