Denny was phenomenal with his stories and knowledge of both the town history and paranormal experiences. I’ve been on a few tours similar but how he engaged the crowd so well and walk the fine line between historical and paranormal storytelling perfectly was very impressive. His tools are also good and up to date for the ghost hunting that really help immerse you into the activity. Overall great experience, definitely worth it and would go again any time I’m back in Williamsburg

I didn't see any spirits but we did here one and our guide had a flair set up that was turning on and off when asked.

Our guide/investigator Denny was one of the most engaging and knowledgeable storytellers! His knowledge of the area, combined with his experience as a paranormal investigator, led to an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in the history of the Historic Triangle with a paranormal twist!

Our guide Denny was great! He told stories, used the paranormal equipment and let us use it too. That part was great! Now for the annoying part, there were three kids probably 14-15 years old that were loud, annoying, kept asking stupid questions. There were many people that were annoyed by them. This should be an adult tour or if under 18 they should have to be supervised. They were ruining the experience for some of us.

Best ghost tour we have done and we have done many. Adding paranormal tools to the mix while telling ghostly stories was a blast. Denny was great.

Denny, our guide, was phenomenal! He knew the stories and the area well. He has had first hand experiences with energy. We witnessed communication through spirit box and rods. I will admit that I got goosebumps a few times. You will not regret this excursion.

Was okay, but regret spending the money on this particular tour. Just not much excitement from the start. Stories were okay, but never really felt engaged or like we might experience any paranormal phenomena.

Sorry you didn’t like as you can see by all of the other reviews our guests love this tour. It is a very engaging tour because if you want to you can use the equipment and you can do as much as you want on the tour it is up to you. Our guide has 20 years experience in the paranormal.

Denny was great! Super interactive with the group and very knowledgeable about the history of the various houses on the tour. My daughter loves the paranormal, so this was the perfect birthday gift! Definitely recommend!

The only reason I am not giving this tour 5 stars is because we were originally scheduled for the Dead of Night tour with ghost hunt. Not only did they NOT let us know they had canceled it until the NEXT DAY, we had to scramble and book this tour as our info for the investigation tour just disappeared! Then, when they were trying to reschedule us for the ghost hunt tour, we had 2 people from the company texting us separately, and therefore ended up booked for 2 tours on 2 different days. Despite scheduling issues, the tour guide was great, he gave us time at each stop to explore and investigate. Very fun once we had all the bugs worked out!

I spoke to the guest that wrote this review, and she stated that she got confused about another tour that she had bad customer service with. It was called the ultimate dead of night. She did end up going on our tour, the dead of night tour, and that is when she was saying that the Tour guide was wonderful and that she loved it and she was trying to go back after I spoke to her and leave a five star review but via tour would not let her go back in and change it. Thank you thank you for trying to do that we really appreciate it and we would love you to come on one of our other Tours.
