The tour starts outside the White Mountains Visitors Center or Saco Ranger Station depending on direction.. You'll hear the story of the park and the people, then driving through the Kamcamagus Highway. As you drive the tour will play automatically as you drive and approach each destination.

We absolutely loved this audio tour!! The gps tracking was spot on which was so beneficial! The gentleman’s voice sounded like a grandpa telling us some rich stories! 5 star rating!!
Kanca tour for friends

It was a good tour of the Kanca to take our friends who have never been to the area. The narrator does need to learn how to properly enunciate some of the names/landmarks correctly (Chocorua for example). As a NH native it should be corrected so those who are learning are learning it in the correct manner.
The narrator may also want to receive professional assistance when determining activity level and distance needed for the hiking portions of the tour. One of the falls was labeled as a path that was flat with slight inclines and appropriate for all levels. The incline was more than “slight” for some of the people in our group who are fairly active.
However, it was a good way to show our friends the sites and give them a feel of the Kanca with a few pieces of history and facts attached.
