Beautiful and great boat ride. Awesome driver and very informative. Great to see it from the rivers view. Both rivers.
I’ve done this trip before and loved it. Took my husband for his birthday. First time was peaceful and a way to escape the stress and noise of the city to experience more of nature. Guide gave lots of good facts and insights into Waco. She was delightful. I’ve recommended this to friends who even live in Waco and never knew about it. Only thing we didn’t like was about half way through she started playing loud music. For us, it stopped being peaceful and enjoyable at that point. Could hardly think, couldn’t visit with each other because we couldn’t hear what the other said, and couldn’t hear just the sounds of the water making waves. In the end it was disappointing. If I do recommend it, I’ll warn our friends. We can hardly go anywhere these days without having constant music or tvs on. This turned out to be no different. I was sad.

Suzanne, thank you for choosing us to celebrate your husband's birthday and for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting, Waco history and insights, and especially your guide.
Music is a regular part of our Brazos Tours river experience and is played during a portion of every cruise. It is intended as background music to complement the experience while still allowing guests to comfortably visit with one another and enjoy the river. We're sorry the volume on your cruise did not feel that way to you.
We appreciate your comments and will remind our captains to be mindful of the volume so the music remains in the background and doesn't detract from the peaceful atmosphere of the Brazos.
Thank you again for spending your husband's birthday with us and for recommending the river experience to others.
The sun is intense for the first hour. Thank you for getting us back to shore safely. A good memory from my 64th birthday. I know my sweet girl was smiling down and laughing at me and her aunt. 10/10/26 will be 2 years that she went to her heavenly home. I miss her so much. 38 years old and had a sudden pulmonary thromboembolism.

Thank you for celebrating your birthday with us, Kristine, and for taking the time to share your experience. It was truly an honor to have you aboard on such a meaningful day.
We were especially touched by your heartfelt comments about your daughter. Thank you for sharing a part of her story with us. We hope your time on the Brazos River provided a peaceful moment to reflect and celebrate her memory.
Texas summers can certainly bring intense sunshine, especially during the first portion of our cruise. While we provide a covered pontoon with shade for much of the seating, guests who prefer additional sun protection are always welcome to bring a hat, sunglasses, or sunscreen for added comfort.
Thank you again for joining us, and we wish you many more meaningful memories with family and friends.
Jeff was very knowledgeable, we had known idea Waco had so much to offer, and his knowledge of the history of Waco is incredible. Everyone in our party friend and family enjoyed the boat tour. I would do this again only this time I would like to try the sunset tour. We did the morning tour. Enjoyed it !
The morning river cruise was a great way to start the day. Our captain provided details on Waco buildings and points of interest along the way. We gained a greater understanding of the history of Waco. The weather was pleasant and we all thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing boat ride.
This was a wonderful tour. A lot of good information and beautiful sights. Evening sunset was breathtaking. Guide was very interactive and helpful.
Great fun and informative. The driver was funny and made everyone feel relaxed. Saw lots of birds and turtles
Boat very comfortable and easy to board! You will learn such interesting history of Waco. Harry is often the guide on M-Th evenings and he was knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. There is a shade topper to protect you from the sun in summer, but still wear sunscreen as the sun will still shine on you in the front section.
What a wonderful experience!!! Our captain was great and very knowledgeable about Waco and the Brazos River.
Great way to experience Waco's history, scenery and culture from a different perspective. The tour guide was awesome - personable, knowledgeable, considerate - good fun!
It can be very hot in the beginning of the ride. Perhaps bring an umbrella for more shade. They do provide cold water.

Thanks for booking the tour and the excellent rating! Yep, it gets hot in Texas...we would also recommend that you use some sun block before departure. Appreciate your business and look forward to hosting you again in the future!
Beautiful evening cruise. Welcoming tour captain. Harry was knowledgeable about the local history in the area. We enjoyed the river cruise at a nice pace. Never felt rushed. Providing ice cold water was a nice touch.
Very good tour learned lot about Waco and the river. Guide was great. Boat was very nice. Ride was very enjoyable.
The guide meet us near the Baylor stadium at the waterfront. The boat comfortably held the weight of us. The guide provided an excellent narrative, pointing out the points of interest along the shoreline and providing area history.
Our wonderful guide, Jeff, was very knowledgeable about the area's history. The ride was quiet and relaxing.
Great clean boat and captain was very good. Boat was very comfortable and a smooth quiet ride. The scenery was amazing and the cliffs were awesome.
our guide was very good. We learned more about Waco during our trip because of her. She knew plenty of historical and comical information about Waco’s past. It was a fun time and a great group. Nothing shorting the guide, this Brazos river needs some real clean up. Trash everywhere.

Thank you for the booking the tour and great review! We appreciate it. The Brazos is the 14th longest geographical river in the country and there have been pretty severe storms recently across the Southwest US. This creates a good deal of debris down river. The debris flows through Waco pretty fast and returns to normal. Thank you for understanding.
This was a nice, relaxing cruise down the Brazos. We learned a lot about Waco. I wish I would have taken it when we first got to Waco instead of when we were leaving. We would have done a lot of different things if we had done so.
The boat was easy to find. It was a beautiful day, and we got started with a history tour of Waco. Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. I especially loved the rude back where we just enjoyed music and the scenery.
I lived in Waco for 48 years and I still learned things on the boat tour. Our guide was fantastic. Would do it again.
It was very comfortable. Part of the cruise was very peaceful and quiet and the very last part. We had a little bit of music, but it wasn’t too loud. It was really a wonderful experience! Tour guide was very knowledgeable about everything. We would definitely do it again.
We enjoyed the boat tour. Our guide was fun and knowledgable and answered questions. It was very relaxing. The river is Beautiful. No mosquitoes, that was a bonus!
We had the best time and the best tour guide! Such an informative and relaxing experience! Would highly recommend!
Great tour!! Very relaxing and such a beautiful area! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with😊
Our guide was super informational & made the tour relaxing and fun! We loved all the beautiful sights along the way.
This is a unique view of Waco with just enough history thrown in to make the cruise worthwhile. Danielle was an excellent guide and even though the weather was poor she made sure we had a great time.
Awesome tour guide and very peaceful and beautiful boat ride! There is do much fascinating history in Waco, Texas. It is definitely worth visiting!
This experience was prompt, relaxing and educational. We enjoyed the cozy seats through the scenic route.
Great experience. Guide was personable and knowledgeable about the area. Bad news: we didn’t see the sunset since the tour ended before it happened. Good news: got home in time to see it from our back patio.
We enjoyed a wonderful tour with Danielle! It’s a beautiful area and she kept us well informed about the interesting sites we passed.
