Meet in the former Harp Design shop, 808 N 15th St. There is free parking in the parking lot or on the street. Please be there at least 20 minutes early and come inside to check in, no need to wait in your car as we have a nice and comfortable waiting space.

Commence your adventure at the former Harp Design shop, which was once Clint’s workshop, where you'll see the property and the Harp House. Make a stop at JDH Iron Design, home to the renowned Texan artisan Jimmy Don, with the opportunity for discounted shopping when the business is open.

This was a nice way to see the town and some of the Fixer Upper homes. The tour guide was knowledgeable and shared local places to shop and dine. Would recommend booking this tour.

Fun and interesting way to get to know Waco. Our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. We covered a lot of ground in a relatively short amount of time. Comprehensive, yet there was plenty of time to do other things in the same day

Never watched a full episode of the show. Not interested. Went for my wife and daughters. The tour was well run, great guide who grew up in Waco and very informative. Still not interested in the show or the couple. But enjoyed the tour, going inside one of the remodeled houses, and asking about Waco - which was extremely interesting. If you’re a fan, highly recommend. If not a fan, a good time being with loved ones who are fans.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. We got to go in the 3 little pigs fixer upper house! She drove us through a beautiful historic home neighborhood which was nice. And jimmy dons shop had a great sale we got to stop and shop at. Great tour!

Our guide Sue was extremely knowledgeable about the history of both the city of Waco and the Magnolia brand. As we drove around she pointed out important landmarks of each of the above and shared anecdotal stories with us. She was able to take us inside the Three Little Pigs house to showcase Chip and Joanne’s talents.
This tour was everything we had hoped it would be.

Great tour! The guide was knowledgeable and had great stories. We saw quite a few of the homes featured in Fixer Upper and stopped at Jimmy Don's shop briefly for shopping which included discount for being with the tour. I recommend this tour.
