Meet in the former Harp Design shop, 808 N 15th St. There is free parking in the parking lot or on the street. Please be there at least 20 minutes early and come inside to check in, no need to wait in your car as we have a nice and comfortable waiting space.

Commence your adventure at the former Harp Design shop, which was once Clint’s workshop, where you'll see the property and the Harp House. Make a stop at JDH Iron Design, home to the renowned Texan artisan Jimmy Don, with the opportunity for discounted shopping when the business is open.

Danielle did an awesome job. She was knowledgeable and fun. She went above and beyond to educate us on Fixer Upper secrets and and showed us some great sites of Waco.. would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wants to learn about the town of Waco and a little bit more about Fixer Upper

This is a driving tour with narration. It was extremely hot and they could have started bus and cooled it off before starting tour on a 100 plus day. Stops at locations were too short to allow for browsing for souvenirs. We tipped driver but I don't recommend this tour.

Our Waco History, Hidden Gems & Fixer Upper Homes Tour is designed as a professionally narrated sightseeing experience by vehicle, allowing guests to see dozens of historic sites, landmarks, and homes across Waco that would not be possible on a walking tour. The scheduled stops are intended for viewing, photos, and learning about each location rather than shopping, which would significantly reduce the number of places we can include during the tour.
Regarding the weather, Texas summers can certainly be very hot. While the vehicle is air-conditioned, brief stops are part of the experience so guests can step out to enjoy and photograph some of Waco's most iconic locations.
We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to make the experience even better for future guests.

It is a very interesting and informative tour of some of the houses Chip and Johanna have renovated. Also learned about some of Waco history and special spots around the city. Danielle was friendly and gave lots of details about each stop.

This is a great tour for Fixer Upper fans! My mom and I took this tour as part of a weekend trip to Waco. We learned a lot about Waco from a local and got to see many of the homes featured on the show (and got to go inside one). Highly recommend!

This was a great place to start any experience in Waco. The tour guide not only gave you the highlights of the town, but shared the things not to miss. Had we taken the tour at the end, we would have missed them. So definitely take this tour at the beginning. And thank you to the guide who so graciously shared her insights with us!! We took notes on our phones and went back to visit many of the things she shared with us! We felt we had the inside scoop on things to do in Waco because of this tour!

It was enjoyable. Not a lot of walking mostly saw things from the van. Fun to see homes that were on tv and hear some of the history. Enjoyed hearing about Waco too. Lovers Leap is beautiful.

This was a nice way to see the town and some of the Fixer Upper homes. The tour guide was knowledgeable and shared local places to shop and dine. Would recommend booking this tour.

Fun and interesting way to get to know Waco. Our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. We covered a lot of ground in a relatively short amount of time. Comprehensive, yet there was plenty of time to do other things in the same day
