Amazing!! Michelle is generous with her time and passionate about her town! We enjoyed learning the history and got great tips for shopping and where to eat. She encouraged us to see the most beautiful views from all over! Definitely will do this again when we bring friends and family!!

We booked online and got a confirmation along with our “ticket” the day before our ride. Ten minutes before our scheduled departure time the driver texted to tell us she was overbooked and would not be honoring our reservation. Wouldn’t the driver have recognized the conflict earlier than ten minutes before and let us know before we drove to get there? The driver never apologized or told us how to get a refund. I was on my own to call viator. Viator was helpful in addressing the concern. Use caution if this ride looks appealing. You might be left standing on the sidewalk.

My husband and I took this trip the first morning of our full day in Traverse City. It was a great way to learn about the history, but more importantly, some of the best food and drink spots! The guide was very knowledgeable and humorous. I felt safe the whole time, and enjoyed seeing the various parts of Traverse City that I would not have discovered on my own.

My girlfriend and I got there 15 minutes early. You never showed up. We called and were told you would get back to me in 24-48 hours for a reschedule. It never happened. This ruined my experience in Traverse City.
I want my money back, a credit to my credit card and an apology would also be nice. Also an explanation would be helpful.

Excellent experience! This is an absolute must on the first day of your visit to Traverse City! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the community.
