Hiro is a wonderful tour Guide. He speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable about Tokyo. We had a wonderful full day excursion around Tokyo. It is a walking tour and we were pleased to have experience Tokyo's metro system with an experienced guide. Hiro took us to a fabulous sushi restaurant in the old fish market area. We can highly recommend Hiro and this tour.

Was a wonderful tour! Our tour guide , Hiro showed around all several areas in Tokyo. He told us the history and showed us all the customs for the shrines. As it was mine and my husband first time in Japan it was very useful to learn the practical aspects such as how to navigate the subways and the best places to and buy souvenirs etc. We also stopped for some Sushi at a place recommended by Hiro which was delicious and also provided useful information on what to order and how best to eat the Sushi. Overall I would recommend this tour for any first time visitors to Japan - we had a fabulous time.

We loved our time with Mr. Hiri, who is an excellent and kind guide to his home city of Tokyo! We asked to walk the Imperial palace grounds on a hot day then visit Tsukiji and he was very kind and accomodating even to our grumpy, hot littles. He helped us visit an air conditioned Buddhist temple and fish market as well! After an amazing sushi place he rec'd, we had matcha ice cream from the same street. He helped us hail a cab and sent us off with a smile :-) We will recommend him to our friends & family visiting as you can learn so much more culture and history with a bilingual native!

Although our tour was limited in time due to your return flight, I’m truly happy that you were able to enjoy your final hours in Tokyo. It was a very hot day, so I made sure to take a break at an air-conditioned temple to keep the children comfortable—and it was a special bonus that you were able to witness a rare ceremony there.
Ending the tour with authentic sushi at a popular spot in Tsukiji Market was, I believe, a perfect way to wrap up your memorable visit to Japan.

Hiro was a great guide to show us the highlights of Tokyo on the subway
As first time travellers to Japan a this our first full day we appreciated the advice on using the subway.
Hiro made sure that we saw the things that were important to us and explained everything along the way, he was great company

Our tour was with Hiro. He was flexible and we were able to customise the tour to our preferences. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We even got to eat at a well known Ramen place due to his quick thinking and flexibility. Five stars!

Hiro was great! good english, and took us around using public transports and we learned a lot of history. Did this as a family with 2 teenage boys. Hiro took us sushi restaurant for lunch that served the best sushi we had ever had! it was glorious.

Hiro-San was a great tour guide. We enjoyed a memorable day in Tokyo. He has excellent English and a thorough knowledge of Tokyo. He took us to many different locations. There was a street parade happening and he calculated where to go on the subway to see it. We emerged from the subway station and within seconds the parade came around the corner and passed right by us. We highly recommend Hiro.

Hiro was a wonderful guide. I was traveling with my sister and our daughters (18 and 22). He found the right mix of cultural sites per the adults’ wish list and shopping and current culture to meet the desires of the younger set. His English is great - very easy to understand, and he tailored the trip to our specifications. We found a great spot for lunch with his guidance and ate sushi with the locals. Highly recommend Hiro!

Our tour guide Hiro was fantastic and passionate about his job. He had an extensive knowledge of the history and culture not only to Tokyo but all of Japan. We were so impressed with Hiro, under his expert guidance we saw many sights we never would have found and learned about them as well. He always found the elevators at the stations to help with the many stairs. His professional manner and knowledge was a gift and he also took many photographs of us . Highly recommend hiring a guide for your first day in Tokyo. Our guide Hiro was able to maximize our time here by creating a custom tour to the places we wanted to see. But he was also very knowledgeable and educational about the histroic sites, the culture, and etiquette of Tokyo and Japan. Highly recommend going on this tour with Hiro!

Our tour guide was Hiro-san and he was great to me and my four teens. There was a lot of communication before we got to Tokyo and he really designed our tour time around us and what we were interested in. His time was extremely valuable as he knew where to go and when would be best. He loves being Japanese and loves sharing it. He is a life-long influence on how my kids understand Japanese culture. If you are a planner and would like some local knowledge to get the most out of your time I would highly recommend him.
