My friend and I are absolutely beginners when it comes to art, but we were guided with the most patience and kindness. Thank you for a beautiful experience and a fun souvenir!

    Had a quiet afternoon...

    Xiao_W, Dec 2024
Had a quiet afternoon designing and painting a fan and took some photos at the end. I was able to get helpful advice on painting on an irregular surface using acrylic and water based paints. Overall a nice time, but I've done quite a few workshops and this one is *very* expensive in comparison. The session I was in also felt a bit rushed as it seemed like they were trying to wrap up in 1 hr 30 mins to 1 hr 45 mins to be ready for next session which wasn't what I expected from a workshop duration listed as about 2 hours.

    Response from Host, Dec 2024

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed designing and painting your fan and that our advice on painting techniques was helpful! We truly value your feedback about the workshop's pace and cost. We aim to create an enriching and relaxing experience for every participant, so we’re sorry to hear that the session felt rushed and did not meet the full expected duration. We'll review our scheduling to ensure future sessions allow ample time for creativity and do not feel hurried. Regarding the price, we understand the concern and want to assure you that our workshop pricing reflects not only the unique setting in a Tokyo flower shop but also the high-quality materials and personalized guidance provided. However, we will take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future for an even better workshop! 🌸

    Guided, fun and original experience!

    Danilo_A, Nov 2024
Highly recommend it! It's a fun, light, entertaining and original japanese experience me and my partner shared. Ruby and the team were welcoming and thoughtful. Neither of us are great painters, but with Ruby's assistance we had some amazing results. If you want to just have fun and paint something silly or want a elegant souvenir the team will help you get there all while ensure you're having fun and have something to share back at home and brag about! As a note, the flower shop is beautiful and worth a visit in itself!

Warm regards, Ruby
