From Okubo Station, use the North Exit, follow the path on the right to the south and turn right at the Y-alley with coin-operated parking on the right side. You will see a building with brick-coloured tiles and a signboard of our shop 'FAST and FURIOUS TOKYO'.

ALL Participants will need an International Driving Permit issued in the format of the 1949 Geneva Convention from a government authorized association to drive in Japan. • EXCEPT participants with licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco will need to obtain a Japanese translation of their license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF)

Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that requires a Japanese translation, the physical domestic license + official translation) and physical passport
Drivers' licenses issued by countries not covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
We will send customer agreement form after reservation, so all participants have to check it before tour.
We do not recommend participation in this activity to individuals with illnesses or injuries that impair their ability to drive.
