Our tour guide Roger, was very knowledgeable about St Louis and passionate about the city he lives in!
Jennifer_C, Mar 2026
Tour guide was 30 minutes late. It was advertised as a 2 hour experience but I was told it was going to be 4 hours and we had other things planned. So we took the tickets for the arch and just left. Frustrating and huge waste of money.
Diana_B, Mar 2026
Great information about the city. Expect 1:15 from the time you join the tram line until you get back down. Total time was 2.5 hours for our tour.
Mary_H, Mar 2026
Is a well planned tour that fit my needs perfectly. Informative and fun in one.
Tip your tour guides.
Paula_C, Mar 2026
We did this tour on March 20th in the morning and we both really enjoyed the tour and the information that was shared with us by our tour guide Jim.
He shared a lot of interesting information about the city of St Louis and its origins. We wished we had more time to explore.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
A morning well spent exploring St. Louis! 🌅 Jim sounds like he made the history of the city really engaging and interesting.

Richard was a great tour guide! We learned a lot about the history of several buildings. Also, learned a lot about the arch.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Richard will be happy to hear this! 🏛️ It’s great you picked up so much about the buildings and the Arch during the tour. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Chad will be so happy to hear this! We’re glad his knowledge and personable style made your experience such a great one. Thanks so much for the recommendation.
Carrie_A, Dec 2025
This is a great walking tour but be aware that at the end you’ll need to climb stairs. A LOT of stairs. I was not able to go into the Arch because of that.
Response from Host, Jan 2026
Thank you for sharing this helpful feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the walking tour overall, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to miss part of the experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share this
Rosemary_H, Dec 2025
Chad was a great guide. We enjoyed our walking tour, and his fount of knowledge convinced us we need to return to St. Louis for longer than a one day stop over.

Our last leg from Branson to St Louis was 4 hours which meant leaving Branson at 8:30 central would put us in St Louis just in time for lunch. We parked close by in the city parking at 200 N Broadway. We strolled over a block & had a lovely lunch at UKraft then met up with Jim Davis at The Runner statue in Kiener Plaza.
The communication for our booking started shortly after booking. This helped us know when & where to meet & what to expect. These instructions were exceptionally clear. We also then had a direct way to converse with our guide should issues arise.
The tour lasted approximately two hours. We enjoyed the historical insight that Jim provided , as well as modern additions in recent years. Busch Stadium was cool to see more clearly without a sea of people on game day. I especially loved the history of Drury Inn & fur trading. The bronze statue of Dred & Harriet Scott at the old courthouse is stunning. You could spend a whole tour on that historical case alone.
Jim gave us pointers for staying in the city, game day spots, & pointers that we wouldn’t have known without his expertise. I highly recommend his tour near the beginning of your stay in St Louis!

Really personalized our experience. We learned a lot, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Be ready to walk!

Roger was an amazing guide! With the Arch closed, he called and worked with the ones who signed up. He created an historical walking tour that was interesting and informative. I saw some really interesting things that I would never have stumbled on by myself. I really recommend him as a guide but also offering a lot walking tour. We had a great time - the two women I shared the tour with and I had lunch after Roger left us at Union Station. We all agreed that the tour was really great and Roger was amazing! I would absolutely do another tour with him again! Great day!
deirdre_d, Sep 2025

Everyone in St. Louis for their 1st time should do this!

Amber_G, Sep 2025
It was great!! Chad was a fabulous tour guide. He gave of many extra pointers of places to go and things to do throughout the city. I never knew Missouri had so much history and beauty. The architecture was magnificent.
Irene_D, Sep 2025
We had an excellent tour guide (Calysta) who knew a lot of the history of St. Louis. We toured some areas close to the Arch and then took a ride up. The views were spectacular and we had a very clear day, so we could see a lot. I am so glad we decided to combine the walking tour and the Arch, it was well worth it!
Response from Host, Sep 2025
We're delighted Calysta's knowledge and guidance made your St. Louis tour so special. The views from the Arch on a clear day truly are breathtaking, and we're thrilled you felt the combined tour was worth it. We hope you left with great memories and can’t wait to welcome you back! 😊
James_H, Sep 2025
There’s a fair amount of downtown walking. I wish the tour guide managed time better as we were rushed at old capital building and Arch.
Response from Host, Sep 2025
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We’re glad you enjoyed the downtown walk, but we’re sorry the timing felt rushed at the Old Capitol Building and the St Louis Arch. We’ll look into pacing to make sure guests have enough time at those highlights. Appreciate your feedback, it alawys helps us make the experience better! 😊
Felicia_P, Sep 2025

Very informative. Easy to do.
Callista was great.
The only thing that was an issue was we were looking for a guide in a Polo shirt with the company logo, as stated on the confirmation. A white polo shirt was mentioned more than once.
Callusta was wearing a white tee shirt and a backpack. She blended in with all the other tourists. She actually found us. Lol. Other than that this tour was great. She was very passionate and knowledgeable.
Response from Host, Aug 2025
We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the tour and found Callista both passionate and knowledgeable! Thanks for letting us know about the confusion with the guide attire, we're trying to find the balance between comfort for our guides while having a unique look that stands out. We’re glad she was still able to find you and make the tour enjoyable. Thanks for choosing See Sight Tours, we'd love to take you on more explorations soon.😀
lovebeer, Aug 2025
Very informative about St. Louis and the building downtown. Plus how they built the St. Louis Arch. Out Guide took us through the downtown St. Louis, explaining the history of St. Louis and it's building then took us to the Arch and made sure we all got on our scheduled time to ride to the top. It was a very informative and short tour.
Response from Host, Aug 2025
We're glad you found the tour informative and enjoyed learning about downtown St. Louis and the Arch’s history. Thanks for choosing See Sight Tours, we're so pleased to have been able to satisfy your travel and knowledge needs. 😊

Great tour! Loved our tour guide! Wonderful info about St Louis. Finale at the Arch! Very cool views.
Response from Host, Aug 2025
Thanks for the great feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed exploring St. Louis with us and that your guide made the experience even more memorable. Did you know that the Arch is the Tallest manmade monument in the US? We’re glad you ended the tour with the stunning view at the top! 🏙️
Carlos_S, Jul 2025
Nice tour thru the arch area. Tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, took pics and answered all our questions.

Response from Host, Jul 2025
Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed your time with Mr. Davis — he's a friendly and knowledgeable guide, and we’re happy to hear he made your St. Louis experience a great one.
Daniel_S, Jul 2025
The tour guide showed up. Great guy.
He did not have enough tickets for us to go on the tour. Tour guide “Did some one call you and cancel?”
They did not call or E-mail. They are selling something that they don’t actually have control over. We structure our day around going to the arch. My 6 and 9 year old were extremely upset and no one cares but they charged me.
Response from Host, Jul 2025
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — that’s incredibly disappointing, especially with young ones involved. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. Please email us at info@seesight-tours.com so we can investigate and make this right.
Rebecca_G, Jul 2025
Beware, just booking this doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be able to do this experience.
What happened: I booked the day before via Viator and was called by the tour company the day of saying there weren’t tickets available for the Arch. Unclear why I was able to book the tour if that was the case. I tried to reschedule for the next day but the tour company said they weren’t sure if they’d be able to get tickets again. Not sure why they’re advertising this experience if they can’t get tickets… Lies!!!
My advice: Book Arch tickets directly through the Arch website and avoid this experience (and tour company) to avoid a headache. Still waiting for my refund.
Response from Host, Jul 2025

We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. Please email us at

Walking tour was very interesting. Calista did a wonderful job. She was very informative Great hearing a little background history on St. Louis. Really enjoyed the cable/tram car to the top of the arch. Was a little nervous going up but what an unbelievable view from the top!
Response from Host, Jul 2025
Thank you for Sight Seeing with us!
Our St Louis sightseeing tour is meant to provide the best possible local experience possible while walking.
We encourage our esteemed guests to take a brave step aboard the cable car, well worth the nerves during the climb as the view at the top is once-in-a-lifetime breathtaking. We commend you on your bravery!
We’re glad Calista was able to provide you with an engaging and personal experience of the locality.
We hope to host you another small group tour again soon!
Paul_H, Jul 2025
Very cool experience, our guide Calista was great, very talkative, friendly and informative. Some walking but not a crazy amount. FYI the guide does not really walk you through the Museum under the Arch exhibit by exhibit or ride to the top with you. They just drop you off where you get in line to go to the top.
Response from Host, Jul 2025
