The guide never showed up. No one at Landmarks picked up the phone. No response on the Viator message. A dozen ppl waited half an hour for nothing.

I sincerely apologize for the cancellation of our Landmarks Walking Tour - West today. Unfortunately our Tour Guide had a personal emergency and was not able to notify us in time to contact Tour participants. I am so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced in arriving at the Tour location and finding no Guide.
We have processed a refund to you for the entire cost you paid for the Tour. Our Tours are scheduled every Saturday morning through the end of October. I very much hope you consider attending a Tour on a future date.
Again, please accept our heartfelt apologies.

The tour never happened! We waited at the meeting place for 30 minutes with the other people who were planning to go on the tour and no tour guide ever showed up! We were all emailing and trying the Viator chat but got zero communication. 24 hours later I still haven’t heard a word. Do not waste your time or money. I’ve started a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back because I’ve gotten zero communication and we did not get the service. We’re only in St. Louis for the weekend and are beyond disappointed we didn’t get to do a tour.

The walking tour we took with Sharon and Warren was absolutely fantastic! I cannot believe how much fun we had. My 16-year old daughter, 14-year old son, and I enjoyed our time with the tour guides, learned so much about the rich history of St. Louis, and walked away in awe of the rich history of the city. Despite there being several highlights about the city, Sharon and Warren were the most delightful!

The whispering arch . Susan the tour guide was just wonderful . Was great. The rain was a bit annoying zither team was great . Liked the library

Guide Richard was very knowledgeable, but he sometimes had trouble remembering info and sometimes repeated himself. He relied heavily on his cane and occasionally lost his balance. He obviously loves what he does, but I think he should consider contributing in a different way.

We saw things that we would have just walked by without the amazing knowledge of our tour guide, Rick. He brought the city to life with stories that set the backdrop to what we were seeing now.
