Choose from among three different transfer options, two of which transport you from your L.A. hotel to the Citadel Outlet and then on to LAX for your evening flight, and another that returns you to your hotel at the conclusion of your day. We booked our Citadel tour as we had to check out of our hotel by noon but our flight wasn’t until late that night. We were picked up by a lovely driver, he was very chatty and we enjoyed the conversation plus we were the only passengers. The day we went to the Citadel was so wet, it did spoil our day as everything is outdoors, but you can’t do anything about the weather so we just dealt with it, I did have a umbrella so that helped. It rained up until around 4pm. We had the advantage of the VIP lounge, on check in the girls were lovely, very helpful, showing us where we could stow our bags, the run of the kitchen etc. Of course we managed to do some damage in the stores, it was great to get lunch and take it back upstairs, finding a dry area would have been difficult on that day. Love Orange Chicken from the Chinese restaurant. We had a brief afternoon stop too, coffee and I purchased some divine chocolates from a store downstairs to the VIP Centre. Our departure was bought forward by an hour due to the rain, we’d had enough. The bathrooms are amazing heated toilet seat!!! Great clean bathrooms to freshen up in before we left for the airport. Our return driver was the same man from the morning, again he was lovely, thank you sir! We hope you had a Happy Birthday on the 13th. I would recommend this shopping outlet if you have time to kill. Not sure I’d do it again, but maybe the wet weather just didn’t help.

Great way to spend your last day with a late fight out of LAX

We had an 11am check out of our Airbnb and the bus picked us up right on time. The VIP lounge was fantastic and well worth it. On our journey back to LAX we had to wait 20 mins for other guests who were a no show. This was very annoying.

Thank you for the review. So sorry you had to wait for another party. The package is a shared van package. Apparently they left earlier by their own means and did not inform us. We did not want to leave without them. But thank you for your patience. We greatly appreciate you and your feedback.

This was a great shopping experience on the last day of our American break. We had transport from our hotel on the strip to the Outlets, where we had upgraded when booking to the VIP experience and was given our own apartment sometimes shared with free snacks and drink. There was a lovely array of discounted designer shops to explore and places to eat and with transport back to LAX Airport, it was the perfect way to end our holiday.

We had a party of 9 booked on this tour, we were kept waiting for 30 mins on our pick up from the cruise terminal, when the driver finally arrived not even an apology or acknowledgement to the lateness. I called customer service to arrange to be collected 30 mins later than the original pick up time from the outlet mall and the immediate reaction was a no, we cant change it. Very unhelpful, I pushed for the later pick up time as due to the first transfer being 30 mins late they did reluctantly agree. The driver picked us up on time at 4.30 but it was a white-knuckle ride all the way to the airport. The driving was appalling, he was driving so fast and braking so late I felt we were going to be in an accident, it was a relief to finally get to the airport and get out of the van. All in all poor driving and poor customer service, I would not recommend.

Apparently there is an outlet group closer to airport than this. Having said that had a good time although a lot of shops not to our liking. Driver going to shops was dreadful and van not to clean. Driver to airport was fantastic and van clean. Just check if thwe shops are what you are interested in.

I would recommend this tour to anyone who has a late flight out of LA. We had a fantastic day, our pick up at 11am was on time and we had a good ride out to the outlets. The VIP lounge at the outlets is absolutely stunning and spacious. The amenities are fantastic, they have drinks and snacks available plus your own private bathrooms. The VIP room and staff friendliness exceeded my expectations, it was really great. The discount cards given gave great savings. The pick up at 6pm was on time and our driver was friendly and got us to LAX in great time. I would do this tour again. It was a great way to spend the day, which is usually quite a difficult day to fill if you have to take your luggage. Everything here was made easy.
