We are NOT on the West side where the domestic airline Air Iceland is located. The address varies between GPS types but one of the following should work: Building 313 / Hangar 1 / Nauthólsvegur. Itinerary

The vast, remote landscape surrounding Reykjavik is difficult to access, and its size is hard to truly appreciate from the ground. Take to the skies for an unforgettable perspective of the volcanic terrain.

Choose from a morning or afternoon flight, and make your way to Reykjavik Domestic Airport. Meet your pilot and receive a quick safety briefing before climbing aboard a helicopter. You can even sit right next to the pilot for a front-row view.

Soar up and over the Reykjanes Peninsula, a dramatic stretch of land featuring black-sand beaches and rugged lava fields. Learn about the geological history of the peninsula from your pilot as you sweep over the steaming volcanic vents and dormant craters of Seltun Geothermal Area. See mud pits filled with mineral-rich volcanic soil and geothermal hot springs of a minty-green hue.

Fly above several lakes that dot the region, including massive, mountainside Lake Kleifarvatn and Lake Grænavatn, which owes its brilliant emerald shade to mineral and algae deposits.

I highly recommend this tour. Eventhough the weather wasn’t the greatest we had amazing views. The helicopter pilot was very professional and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the experience and would use this company again. The only thing I was disappointed in was that we had one person that was sick so couldn’t make it last minute and they wouldn’t give me a refund. It’s an expensive ride and 5 people still went so not sure why they wouldn’t give us a refund for the 1 person.

Helicopter tour was the highlight of our trip. We did the volcano tour and landed near a volcano that we were able to climb for pictures. The views were great and the pilot was very nice. This country is so beautiful and it's a unique way to see it.

Everything about this tour was wonderful. We went out in the morning, but the weather was bad so the company organised to take us out again in the afternoon. The staff were fantastic, especially the pilots, and the tour took us over the incredible landscape, with a view of volcanos and geothermal areas that you just cant get from the ground. Landing balanced on the crater's edge of a volcano was incredible!
